Everytime I go in the staff working are so sweet and helpful. Never pressured to buy anything. Always willing to answer questions and explain the difference between items they sell. I also love they support local artisans from Indiana.

Cute little shop of novelties and trinkets in the Mass Ave district. Lots of fun items -- some with adult themes (my favorite). Also a good place to go for gifts! When the world isnt broken anymore, I can absolutely see this place being busy with walking diner traffic from all the neighboring eateries. If youre in the area, you should check it out.

I love Silver in the City! Its a must see stop if youre visiting Mass Ave and Downtown Indy! I have been coming since maybe 2009(?) and it always has the cutest and best gifts, cards, and jewelry.

Gave my mom the puzzle subscription for mothers day this year! She (and my dad) have loved having new puzzles arrive each week. The puzzles are of excellent quality and fun variety! There was a delay in the final puzzle shipping and Erick (from Carmel location) was so helpful on the phone and went above and beyond to get it worked out! Absolutely LOVE this store!

Great little store with lots of funny merchandise!

When Im in the area, I always enjoy going to Silver in the City. They have a unique selection of fun gifts and local products. But they really impressed me more recently. Unfortunately, a good friend of mine was furloughed during the Covid-19 crisis, and I think overall, weve all had to carry this heavy burden. I wanted to make her day a little brighter. The team at Silver in the City made it extremely easy to put together a nice gift that included them writing a personal message inside a card for me all through their website. The package delivered earlier than I expect, it was relatively cheap, and a nice surprise.

This was such a nice little find when my teenage sons and I were exploring the city. Nice selection of souvenirs and gifts, and just a lovely little shop.

I cant explain on how much I love this local shop. When I first went in there I was so happy to be there , some beautiful lady with blue hair greeted me she was so polite. The energy in there is so peaceful theres jewelry with crystals , feminist items, and crazy socks with funny quotes on them. I highly recommend this place for young adults and teenage girls around sixteen and seventeen years old like myself. Im surprise there not global.

I had such a great experience with an online order and had to share. I dont usually write reviews but Silver in the City did such a great job and they deserve 5 stars! Sarah went above and beyond to make sure that my package was sent gift wrapped with a special handwritten note. They offer specialized gifts that can suit any occasion. They have a unique selection that you cant find anywhere else! This place is definitely special and provides great customer service as well!

Oh, the things that youll see!! So many eco-friendly products!!! I was sooooo happy that I found this wonderful little shop. I found something for everyone on my gift list. Oh, and I also found some metal straws for bubble tea! I had silicone straws for regular drinking, but I hadnt found any of those extra large ones that you need for that particular type of tea. BUT THEY HAVE THEM!!! Seriously stoked that I found this place.

Great little shop located on Mass Ave in downtown Indy. This is a must visit for anything and everything Indiana. Tons of locally made products as well as some more main stream items as well. The shop has goodies in every corner of the store. I always have to check out the magnet section for some fun and quirky addition to my fridge.The one side of the store is all the local Indiana items, as well as some more main stream items. The other side of the store is locally made jewelry from rings, necklaces, earrings, etc. Really cool stuff and really unique stuff as well.The staff is very friendly and fun to engage with. Theyre all so unique that its interesting to hear what they have to say about different products and just about topics in general.Always a treat when I visit this store...and as always its great to be able to support a local business.

The most wonderfully insane collection of oddities for any occasion. During the Christmas season, you are just as likely to be pummelled by a sweet old ladie picking herself up some profanity inscribed socks as you are by some dude grabbing his partner a rainbow flag. Go for the ambiance. Go for the mischief. But most of all go for the unique gifts, friendly staff and one of the best shops along Mass Ave!

Staff here are friendly and sincerely interested to help you make good selections. I have patronized SitC many times, always for jewelry. Selection is superb including several local artists and a wide variety of both raw and cut stones. New inventory is brought in regularly. In addition to the jewelry, this is a great place to find Indiana themed gifts: t-shirts, mugs, art, etc.

Great boutique for unique and/or local gifts! Most items are reasonably priced, but some of the local items can be expensive (as artisan made items usually are). They have a nice selection of jewelry, too! I love to pop in when Im hanging out on Mass Ave to see whats new, and I always go here for one-of-a-kind gifts.

This place is the best place to go for beautiful, hand-made jewelry. All other jewelry stores are lifeless and cold. Just walking into other places makes me feel like copper pennies taste - not good. Silver in the city makes me happy when I visit and the staff is friendly and helpful - even to old folks.

The staff there are very helpful in helping you find what you need. They have a lot of silver jewelry from artisans around the US. Silver in the City also carries fun items like a Big Blue Whale Strainer, a cup for tea with a manatee poking its head out, and many cards for any occasion. They have a section that has clothing and they sell items that are made out of the old RCA dome top.

So many unique items that you couldnt find other places. Great gifts. Awesome employees as always.

Some things in the store can be a little pricey but most of them are from local venders so its worth the money!

Love the variety of choices that are available in this shop as it is a wonderful place to find a unique and cherished gift for someone that you just cant find anywhere else except perhaps the Internet. Creativity surrounds the small shop and you find yourself imagining more for yourself as you go round looking at things. Five stars was not given because the young and eclectic staff are mostly friendly but some were rude and bossy to others shopping over silly things like where to stand in line. Also there were so many staff present that it was very difficult to get around as the store is small and I believe they were meant to ensure no one was doing anything wrong. With the shop being so small it was very easy to hear the comments made by all staff. I was shopping at the height of holiday gift giving season, so perhaps the staff issue was only seasonal.

I have several pieces from them and they hold up well.But back to the gifts, lets just say that if you are easily offended, items in this store may leave you aghast! There are cute classic gifts like mugs and seasonal items, but my favorite things there have some swear words on them and they are funny!!Also, SINC carries gag-type gifts, left- leaning stickers for your car, interesting little things you never knew you needed, books, funny magnets, and lots more.
