We have used Drexel twice now. The first time was to update our kitchen. It came out beautifully! This time we are updating the master bathroom in our new house. Mariah has been so helpful and attentive. Shes really easy to talk to and has given us some great suggestions so far. We look forward to the end results. This place is truly one stop shopping with flooring, fixtures, cabinets, and more.

We had the best experience with Drexel Interiors. We loved our current cabinets and wanted to build a dry bar upstairs and a fun sports type bar in our basement. I called Drexel and Kelly helped me each and every step of the way from setting up the initial appointment to come into the showroom to measuring our space to make sure things looked right to hand holding and providing a white glove experience throughout the entire install. Our new bars look amazing! Kelly went above and beyond as she continued to check in, asked for pictures to make sure things looked right and she even quarterbacked our counter top portion of the install which is with a different company. I would highly recommend Drexel interiors and if you are there, ask for Kelly!

Amazing from start to finish. Beth, our salesperson handled our purchase expertly and efficiently. Drexel worked with our timeline. The installers removed the old flooring as well as bundled and stacked it neatly in our storage room. The new floor is exactly what we wanted. We’ve already recommended Drexel to friends.

Kelly had great suggestions for keeping costs in check but helping us to get the kitchen of our dreams. We were able to source the beautiful slate flooring and hardwood floors through Drexel as well, making the entire process seamless.There are so many choices that have to be made and I am thankful that our contractor pointed us Kellys way! Drexel is the place to go. We walked in and Kelly greeted us and directed us to different places in the store and then let us look on our own. Didnt try to sell us anything, let us pick. She was available for questions and answers when needed. Just the right process for us. A small problem with the counter top company, not the fault of Drexel, but all worked out in the end without too much problem. Installation crew was good. Got right to the job to get it finished in one day. Had a couple door fronts with bad marks from the way the wood grain took the stain. Those were replaced without question. Minor adjustments made in a timely manner after cabinets were up and used for a few weeks. Very good customer service and experience overall.

Kelly was wonderful to work with! She helped us pick the perfect vanity with a middle cabinet to store linen and sheets! We will definitely use Drexel Interiors for our next remodel!

Helped with design with spectacular results and great pricing, was going to re-face kitchen cabinets but they beat price by a lot now we have the kitchen we always wanted great job I will send and have sent everyone to them

Drexel installed a kitchen floor for me. There were a couple of things that had to be corrected, but after I called Jessica, she relayed what needed to be corrected, and it was done. I really appreciate that. I also appreciate the knowledge and professionalism shown by Jessica Bostic. She is fantastic. I have carpet to be installed, and will have Drexel do that, as soon as I can.

Asked for help did not get any

We were greeted when we walked in however once a gentleman came over we were immediately taken to the cheapest set of cabinets they had and were not shown anything better. He didnt really appear to be interested in helping us and we had to drag information out of him. We had just flown in and feel that we were really judged on our appearance. We are taking our kitchen remodel elsewhere.

Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! Take it from a contractor that has been working in the construction industry for 20 years. Run as fast as you can in the opposite direction. They are worse than bad. Ive not in all my years delt with such a mismanaged and backward bussiness. My experience with them has proven to me that they are anything but an honest, forthright bussiness and that they do not in any way hold customer service in high regaurd or really any regaurd whatsoever. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else (anywhere else) for your new renovation,remodel materials. They took advantage of some of the kindest clients Ive ever had the privilege to work for and if given the chance i believe they will do the same to you. Dont look back on this moment with regret wishing you had taken heed of this warning. Shop elsewhere.

We have had all the floors in our home replaced by Drexel Interiors. They did an outstanding job each time they were out and were very competitive from a pricing standpoint! Highly recommend!

Seems friendly, and if youre willing to make a deal could be a place for you. They also do more conventional design and custom build cabinet and flooring.

I would NEVER use them again. My laminate flooring began to separate. I had to phone three times before someone would come out to look at it. He said he would discuss with his supervisor and call me back. He never called me back. I called again and left a message. My call, of course, was not returned.

Beth Glazier has ALWAYS been our go to gal whether it be for a large remodel, or even just her opinion on paint colors. She has a way of pulling together materials and colors you wouldnt even have thought of and having it be amazing. I always recommend her to anyone I know that is looking at remodeling ANYTHING in their home. :) She also will be the first to tell you if something isnt the most economical approach or if she doesnt have the best selection in store. And will give you suggestions for other companies that they have relationships with. Shes got the style YOU need!

I can not in good faith recommend this company. Our kitchen took months extra to be completed. Wall space was mis-measured, cabinets had to be reordered, delays and little customer service. I have been waiting for months to talk to the owner and he will not respond. People quitting, little to no communication, work having to be redone. I could go on and on. For the money we spent, I am very disappointed.

Go see Beth Schaeffer! Not only did she help us create a beautiful home in our budget, but she also is there years later to help us with questions. I do get a bit if a run-around if I dont ask for her by name, so I just makr sure she is available before I go.

We had Drexels put in our floating floors last year the wasnt scratch resident like they said they did a terrible job now with it only being a year the floors are coming apart Wouldnt recommend them to any of our friends or family now we are going to have to put in all new floors downstairs!

We have had a horrible experience dealing with Drexel. The showroom is a disaster, the salesperson weve had to deal with is a communication nightmare. We didnt realize how bad it could get until we were past the point of no return with her (materials had been ordered). I had hoped once construction started, we wouldnt have to deal with Drexel anymore, but I was wrong. They claimed we owed an additional $663 for countertops because our design changed. The design did not change, rather her original order was wrong. Over and over I have requested a summary of the original order to compare it to the final order, but she refuses to provide it, claiming the estimates are priced by the job, not by the square feet. How then, did she arrive at an additional $663 for countertops if the job doesnt factor in square feet? This back and forth has been going on for weeks and today I just noticed an UNAUTHORIZED CREDIT CARD CHARGE for $663. I have filed a dispute claim with my credit card company and will be refunded, but am furious that she actually did this. At this point, I probably need to cancel my card because I do NOT trust her.

Do NOT do business with Drexel Interiors! I have had the worst experience. My floor started separating after less than a year. Then working with Beth was awful! She would never get back to me. It took over 5 months and repeated visits for them to finally approve to completely reinstall my floors. Now, today is the day they are supposed to be reinstalled and they have cancelled, AGAIN! I am out money for a dog and child sitter and they dont care. Seriously the WORST service.

My husband and I were pricing countertops at several places. Drexel matched the price of Menard AND they had financing which menards did not, so we were estatic that Beth worked with us so well!

They did the floors and tile in my new home. Less than two years in and I have already had to have the tile fixed and the carpet is separating. Save yourself a headache and skip this company.

I was there for 20+ minutes and no acknowledgment to say well be with you or offer of help. 9 people inside with 4 of them busy on the phone...I was the only customer. I guess $10,000+ of cabinets and possible flooring wasnt worth well be with you in a few or can I answer a quick question even if it was an accountant not a salesman.

Called by my boss to pick up cabinets, one broken, so drove there for nothing.
