I recently used RiteRug for new carpet to replace old damaged carpet. Rachel was wonderful to work with - quick communication and the process was simple. I’d planned to use a big box store and had picked out what I wanted but the installation timeline was too long. I gave Rachel a call at last minute and I’m so glad I did. she found a similar product to what I had picked from the big box store but this was available quickly before my move in date and was slightly cheaper too. 2 family members have already expressed interest in using Rachel and RiteRug in the future.

I referred RiteRug to a client who was getting his carpet replaced before he listed his home for sale. They were referred to me by a few other Realtors so I thought it was safe to refer them to my client. BIG MISTAKE. The installers were horrible. They put seams in the worst places they could go, even putting seams in areas that could have been done with no seams at all. The worst part was when they rolled his antique piano onto the hardwood floor in his kitchen. They gouged the wood with the wheels of the piano. It took months of complaining and finally my client threatening to sue them before they agreed to come back out. The lady at RR admitted the crew they sent out was new to them and that his house was the first time they had used that crew. You can still see the scrapes in his hardwood after their supposed repair. Never again will I refer this company. Tish Flooring is the only carpet company I refer now. They do a phenomenal job and their installers are very good.

We were highly impressed with Rachael Campbell with Rite Rug. Rachael’s knowledge and level of integrity was outstanding. Once she saw our home décor and wall colors, she was able to quickly pick out the best samples she knew would work for our home.We have shopped all the stores in the area (including the “big box” store’s) near our home hoping to find quality carpet at a reasonable price without any luck. The one thing we knew from all our shopping around was that the carpet was going to be expensive. We were greatly surprised that when Rachael presented us with a total quote for the carpet, pad and labor, the cost was better than $5,000 less than the nearest competitor and much much less than what we expected to pay.Rachael and Rite Rug was excellent choice for our home, the service, and low price were beyond compare. The Rite Rug team came in and quickly removed our old carpet and pad then meticulously installed the new pad and carpet. The pad is supper soft and has a nice bounce to it.Rachael called two days prior to the day we agreed for installation. Buyer beware! I wish I could include photos, you can see every seam where the carpet comes together. Not nit picky with a magnifying glass, oh that’s where the seams comes together- SUPER OBVIOUS, the carpet is fraying at the seams. Someone walking into the house asked “is this carpet original to the house?”, my response was “no, it’s 2 weeks old, we just picked the worst installer in town”. The installation was in April and it’s been promise after promise that this would be corrected and still nothing. We’ve been back and forth between the local and corporate office, Dorothy at the corporate office hasn’t returned our call for 2 weeks now. Nearly $6000 and we have carpet that looks like we self installed while inebriated. Because frankly we could have self installed and done a better job.

Had an absolutely wonderful experience with RiteRug Flooring. Rachel Campbell is the absolute best. She knows the industry and her recommendations, experience, and professionalism were so valuable. She was there to answer questions in a timely manner and nothing was hidden. We replaced the flooring on the main and upper floor of our home. We purchased laminate and carpet for less than the competitors without sacrificing quality. The outcome is just beautiful. We feel like we have a new home. Both laminate and carpet installation teams were professional, fast and super courteous. The installation manager even came out to inspect the work. We are very impressed and highly recommend them.

I gave this horrible company a “one star” only because there is not a negative one hundred available. Rite Rug is contracted by my apartment community to provide installation of carpet to the renters. FIRST of all, they need an updated calendar to make appointments and show up. SECOND...whoever Harvey is, he is useless. My dogs feces is more productive than he is and “Harvey” is supposed to be in charge of this circus that I have had to deal with for two days.Basically, please do not use this company. It has been a horrible experience.
