Our vinyl plank flooring from Floors to Your Home was installed yesterday. We are beyond pleased. Adam carefully guided us through the entire process to make sure that we understood to make the right decisions. Chris came out promptly to measure the rooms. The installation crew worked very hard to make sure that everything was perfect. The quality is amazing! The vinyl plank looks and feels like real wood!

Most horrible experience I’ve ever experienced. Sold my mother flooring at a good price and then turned around wanting there products back because of the mistake they made on there end of saying someone had already purchased the product 10 minutes before us. But they I feel lied and just wanted there product back . Then they got rude and one employee actually argued with my mother and said we were taking from another customer when again it was there fault on there end to sale merchandise to another if it was already purchased. My mother had the receipt and everything and they would not give her merchandise. Then another employee was tape recording us as if it was entertaining to see customers upset . Honestly they treated us at the end as 2nd class people. I don’t want to feel like it but I feel because of our color they didn’t want to sell the merchandise to us for that great price
