I was in and out I 30 minutes fast and great service

I really enjoy the services provided to my auto. My initial first visit is when I applied for the Tires Plus credit card. It was right on time for my new set of Firestone tires. No annual fee and low monthly payments really helped out my financial situation. This a for sure go to when my vehicle needs service.

This place was awesome they are pretty fast on changing oil.. Great people work here and nice attitude .. Great service all around i will come back .. Thanks tire plus

Always friendly a little slow at times but always keep u updated with status of your car. Manager Jason is really curteous!!

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They explained everything in detail and in a way that I could understand. They went above and beyond to assist me in getting my problems solved.

Ive been here numerous times for oil changes on both my car and new SUV. They replaced my SUV tire after it got a nail in the side of it. I prefer this location over Avon. Always a positive experience and good service.

Got my oil changed recently and after the work was all done and i drove for about 5 miles i noticed my car was not up to par at all. My wife had her oil changed the same day and her check engine light came on immediately after her oil change and has been experiencing some rough noises that we haven’t heard before and i mean its a fairly used 2014 Ford Escape so there couldn’t possibly be anything wrong with the car so early in its years. Had anyone else had this experience? I fear this company might be intentionally messing with cars to get people to come in for maintenance. I arrived at 6:50am this morning. I observed two males leaning on the front counter. I waited 15 minutes for them to turn on the open sign at 7:00am. At 7:12am still the sign was not on. I called back to back as I watched the males behind the counter. 1st call, I think his name is Joshua, answered and as I asked if they were opened he slammed the phone down. Second phone call, he picked up as Im watching him, and he slammed the phone down. Third call, he seemed really annoyed, he answers, I asked are they open and he answers yes. I asked can I get and oil change and he stated it will be a while and slams the phone down. Now my original appointment is at 3 to get new tires. Im cancelling as I have always done business here but will not be treated so unprofessionally. I waited in front of tire barn down the street and got my new tires. I wonder how many others have experience d this horrific service. Please cancel my 3pm appointment.

Nice people, but the place itself seems a bit unorganized. Show room has an empty feeling. There is dust build up in the ceiling vents. Just needs a lil TLC is all, but again, nice people

The worst experience i have ever had. Long story short they BROKE 3 things on my car 1000 dollars later and still no apologies or reimbursement for the damage they did to my car. I only went in for an 89 dollar alignment. WARNING. If you do not want to be out of pocket for EXTRA unwarranted issues. DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY.

I arrived at 930am at this location and 2 cars in front of me. 1 lady was waiting for a oil change. She was waiting 2 hours for a oil change. I notice how much walking around and just standing and chatting. They are not serious about work. They constantly argue with one another to do something. All I wanted was 4 new tires that one of the tires was already off for a donut. Hardly any customers in the store and around 6 employess in the store that’s suppose to be working on cars. I was at this store from 930am-130pm just for 4 tires. Then they said I needed calibers. The car was in working order and all a sudden the wheel sounded like it was gonna fly off. They wanted us to pay around 900 bucks to fix. I went to a real mechanic at Indy lube and it only cost 203.00. They are just dysfunctional. My vehicle was being worked on and I asked the guy to grab my money out of vehicle so I can go eat. He goes to the back for about 10 minutes as I’m waiting, comes back out to answer the phone, looks at me standing there waiting. I had to ask another guy because they pay attention more to a phone call than anyone in the store. Walked over to kfc to eat, cane back and waited...then a guy comes out says let’s gwt you ringed up to pay. I told him its already paid. He start doing his part of the job putting info he needs to do and I asked him “what am I waiting for if it’s paid in full and the car is done” then he gave me my keys as if I was bothering him doing what he should’ve done already. Before they tell you what needs done on your vehicle I strongly suggest you take it to a real mechanic shop. That place needs help desperately especially when you have 6 people in the back on vehicles and only 3 people waiting as one is waiting over 2 hours for a oil change. You have been warned.

I took my car in at 11 am to get the tires aligned and balanced. I asked how long it would be, I was told a couple of hours. I imagined 2 hours max, maybe 3. At around 3 hours after I took my car I called to check on it, I was told my car was next in line, and would be done by 5pm. I just went and got my car and left. They wasted my whole evening. If they would had told me it would take that long to get my car I would had left, or had a plan. But they lied when the employees knew how long my car would take. Ive been here before and know that they do a good job, but its outrageous that they lie about the time your car will take. I walked around the mall with 2 stores next to this place for 3 hours because of poor costumer service.

Got my car fixed at a reasonable price. had to wait longer than i was told but they got the job done.

I have never had such good service at a tire store, Jason was very kind, and went out of his way to make my day much better than it was, nobody wants to go to a tire place, if you have to, go to tires plus.

Blew out a tire driving from Tennessee to Wisconsin. I was lucky enough to blow the tire at an exit where I could stop here. They were quick, extremely helpful and accommodated me late on a Sunday so I could get home. Thank you!

I had a funeral to travel to on Monday. Found out Saturday I needed new tires. I made arrangements with the Wasington location for Sunday so they could order my tires. They lost power and were closed Sunday. Called the Lafayette location and they got me in same day with tires delivered within 2.hours. They were very helpful during a stressful time.

Typically good service... Having an older car work has to be done... Last experience I had a nail in my tire... I was told it was on the side and couldnt be repaired... Obviously, they wanted me to buy a tire from them... Well I have a warranty on my tires from discount tire... I let them know that... When I got to Discount tire the placement on the nail was not in the side and was fixed in 10 minutes... Integrity is questionable..

This place used to be good. They completed the job quickly and correctly. Now they take forever and dont even do the repairs correctly!!

Im from out of town and my brakes started grinding and I couldnt make it home. These guys got me in at 4pm on a Saturday and said they would stay late and do what it takes to get me back on the road the same day. They came through and at a price that was reasonable considering the circumstances.

Great people and service. Its just the selective few I encountered this morning seemed bored and aggravated like they didnt want to be there. And after I paid, just threw the change on the counter in front of me rather than putting the change in my hand.

If they cant get an upsell they will sabotage your car!Bought my tires here and then came in later to get a free rotation and an oil change. Was told that the rotation was not possible unless I paid $ 330 for new tie rods that I bought NEW for $ 30 later. Paid a different shop $80 to change all 4 tie rods plus rotors and pads! They changed my oil and added too much. Blew oil all over my garage floor. Left all 4 of my tire caps off had to chase them down for 20 minutes to get them back and I had to replace them. Incompetent does not even come close to what these hood rats are. Worthless! Dont walk from here.RUN!

My tires are under warranty and I have road hazard. The tire was off the car and in the trunk. When I show the tires plus guy the tire, he automatically said we cant fix that, it has a piece of glass stucked in there, and automatically he said I could get you a quote on four tires, I dont want four tires,I want this one under warranty fixed, but when I called another store, they said yes we can fix it, this is my last time at this 38th street location, if you want to spend money, come here!

My fiance takes her car in and they double charge my card. When i call to ask about it, the store manager calls me a liar and starts yelling at me. I hung up and filled a complaint. Now an investigation has been started. These people will rip you off. Do not go here. I just saw that someone else is complaining about the store manager Josh. Hes the the one that called me a liar and started going off. Man needs to be fired.
