Tried to get me on a $600 wheel bearing charge when I took it for a second opinion my wheel bearing was perfectly in tact and I actually need 2 bolts for $6.99.Had to pay a $100 diagnostic fee to be told they were 100% wrong 👍🏽

Have been upfront and they show me what needs to be done. Reasonable with recommendations letting me know what is needed vs what is really necessary

My wife and I have been taking our vehicles there for more than 10 years. I believe their customer service is very good, their prices are fair, and they dont try to charge for repairs we do not need. Overall, very pleased.

Went for a oil change, they only put in quarts, it says right in front by the oil refill that it takes 8 qts. Had to stop and buy 3 qts

I wouldn’t trust them with any major repairs… do not get your GM serviced here because they will beat around the bush and charge you random repairs when the engine actually needs new piston rings. Was able to diagnose my problem free , save your $125 and just google the issue and find a real mechanic.

Been going here for the last few years and always get great service. Would recommend Best-One use floor mats and remove there gloves before they drive customers cars. The steering wheel is easy to clean off but grease in carpet floor mats is hard to get up.

Great service to start with. They not only beat the competitors price but go the extra mile. Called them 2days prior for quotes after calls everyone else in greenwood they offered to match any price I got and have my tires ready next day. Dropped off early and my car was ready fast with zero issues the free inspection was very helpful as well thank you guys.

I had a screw in my tire at 5:30pm leaving work and they were about to close they stayed open a few minutes later just to patch my tire up I am super grateful! They made sure I was able to get across town safely and I truly appreciate that.

My trailer tire blew out early in the day on the way to loading it up. After getting the spare on, I called them up. They had two replacements in stock (both tires were pretty dry rotted and I certainly didnt want to take the chance of going through this hassle again anytime soon). They got me in and out within a couple hours even with other folks in line. And they salvaged and remounted the better of the two remaining tires on my spare rim. They may not necessarily be the cheapest, but they sure save me a lot of headache on a rough starting Friday. Thumbs up!

Everyone is so friendly...went in to have my oil changed out within 30 min..I went right after they opened. They let me know that my car had a few issues and gave me pricing to get it fixed.Always a good experience.

Even though I was shocked at the total price quoted I knew it was before they started and they were timely and polite.

When I got home from getting my oil changed and tires rotated, I noticed that my front tires (which are always dirtier than the back) were still on the front. I called and the mechanic did not see the order to rotate the tires( I do appreciate his honesty). I had to go back today to have the job finished. After asking if they would compensate me for my return trip, they did give me a coupon for $15 off my next oil change. I am writing this as a reminder to always check that the job got done.

I had a lot of front end work done to my Acadia and the shop recommended Best-One for my front end alignment. When I called to make the appointment I was expecting to have to wait but they were able to get me in the very next day. Everyone was great! I was in and out quickly, paid a more then fair price and appreciated the cleanliness of the waiting area. I will be back!

Needed new tires, got an excellent price and quality work. Also, discovered that I needed brakes and shocks which got expensive. However, the van is running great and I am good to go. 👍

The service was quick and prompt, however the service desk when my car was ready he gave me my keys, and didnt say what was done , so I asked him what was done about the low air in my tire , he than said there was a screw in the tire , so I than asked him did you plug the tire and that was the end of the conversation this person needs more training on his jod description.

I have been using Best One since they were Indy Tire. My wife and I have always received good service, accurate repairs, and good pricing. I trust their technicians. As a foreman in a shop I have a deeper understanding of the mechanics of a vehicle than the average person. I have never caught them trying to sell me or my wife services or repairs that are not needed.

Got my tire fixed after it got a nail stuck in it which kinda sucked but then they gave me a discounted oil change and made my day. I will be back :)

I hit a chuckhole and needed 2 new front tires. BestOne replaced them with the wrong size. This took a little over an hour. I told them the newly installed tires were bigger than my existing tires, but the man at the reception desk insisted they were the same size. The next day my dashboard light came on. “Tire Pressure Low.” I immediately took my car back to BestOne. They admitted they installed the wrong size tires and replaced them with the correct size, while I waited 90 minutes. I asked for a price adjustment but they did not give me one. No sooner did I pull out of the parking lot when I realized something was wrong. The car was not riding smoothly. A mechanic test drove it and made adjustments while I waited another hour. I know things happen sometimes, but this was afrustrating experience. A lot of valuable time was wasted, and I was not reimbursed for the price difference of the cost of the tires. My car is riding OK now. Good outcome but frustrating.

I went here on a Saturday . I was having a terrible day .I had a bolt stuck in my tire. Id went to Sams Club, Wal Mart ,and Tire Barn. All of them establishments said they couldnt help me. They were too far backed up. I even called another Tire Barn .They were really rude and said they couldnt help. I stopped in here,they were closing in 30 minutes. The guy behind the counter said no worries. They were extremely friendly and got it fixed. I wished I wouldve went here first. I couldve saved a lot of time. Highly recommend.

Chris was extremely helpful. He was helping me deal with a tire warranty company, who was being extremely difficult. And he did not give up and kept me informed every day. I am very satisfied with my experience here. He ordered the tire and got it aligned very quickly! 10/10 I would recommend coming here!

Have been going to Best-One Tire on the south side formerly Indy tire) for 30 years. Always good service on all our cars during that time. My kids also take their vehicles there. Even had the store manager loan us his personal car one time when they had to keep our car overnight for a part. Your not going to get that kind of customer support just anywhere.

As always, clean facility, kind, professional personnel, quick service. I have to say that I was surprised/ disappointed that it was $68 for a simple oil change. Thats about $30 more than Ford charges.

I brought my Toyota Camry to Best One Indy for an oil change. I’ve been here several times for other issues. I was pleased with the service and will continue to call them when I need car repair or service.

Went to get a tire repaired and they did a great job quickly at a reasonable price. No complaints here. Im looking to buy a new set of tires for another car and will probably go here.

Called on a whim with a little window of time, and they got me in to inspect my car in minutes! It had been making noise, so I was especially impressed they still saw me immediately, despite not knowing what kind of work to expect. Matt and Lucas were awesome and were fast and super friendly in getting things checked out!

Don’t be surprised if you make an appointment and they still don’t get you in for a couple hours because a dealership wants something done and they come before all other customers. I was told it would only take 30 minutes to inspect my brakes, but here I am three hours later and they’ve lifted my car and taken the tires off but that’s it. So much for making an early appointment so I don’t waste my whole Saturday.Update: we’re now at four hours and they keep saying it’s “almost done”. I wouldn’t be so upset if they would just be honest and tell me it’ll be a couple more hours so I know I should call someone to come pick me up. I have plans with family out of town that I’m now at risk of missing.

I was traveling back to Nebraska and I noticed one of my tires had a cut down to the cords in the sidewall so I wanted to get a new tire for obvious reasons. Anyway, I called I believe 3 or 4 other places and Best-One of Indy was by far the cheapest place. Even after having them replace the tire that was bad and balancing all the other tires it was still cheaper than the other shops. They told me it would take about an hour and it took about half that. Very pleased with the friendliness, and helpfulness of the staff at Best-One of Indy. Will always go there when Im in town. Thanks again and I made it home safe last night!

Traveling to the south side, I was pushed out of my lane by a semi on the interstate, and hit a pot hole pretty hard. Busted a belt in my tire, and bent the rim. Best One of Indy got me in quickly, and was able to put on a new tire in less than an hour. That wheel is now a spare, but, I am grateful they were open and have enough techs working that they could get me in on short notice

Went in without an appointment. They fixed my flat tire in about an hour. Reasonable price.

I had an appointment at Subaru for an oil change and then an appt at BestOne on 30th st. At least I thought I had an appointment at Best One. My Subaru got pushed back an hour and a half, so I went to Greenwood Best One after calling to see if they could help me. They told me to come over; they got my car right in! I would have had to wait at other Best One. We live in Shelby County and I’m coming to Greenwood from now on. Very nice people, large facility. I’ve done business with 30th St Best One/Indy Tire for years. No more.

I came in requesting an oil change and an alignment. I was informed that the alignment wasn’t needed, so it was not performed and I wasn’t charged for it. They got me in and out pretty quick and they treated me right.

I originally got the reference off of yelp. best-one was in the #1 slot so I checked the reviews and I saw that there was someone to respond on every review and there was an accomodation for a mistake from the workplace to the customer. Right off the bat that is a place that takes responsibility. So undervalued from a customer perspective so.... Thank you!! Anyways I am having problems with my car and I give them a shot..... I have a manual transmission. My car dies randomly when I am in neutral but it will start back up after 10/15 minutes. So I had to take it in to get it looked at. Well when it comes back on its working so there was nothing to scan to figure out what the problem is so they couldnt fix it. My engine light was on because of the solenoid and they took it out and put it back to make sure everything was okay and the light went off. So it must have just been a sensor miscue from that not being in/on correctly. They didnt actually do work on my car but they checked everything and it ended up fixing it. They didnt charge me for something that it wasnt just to get a sale. Thats an honest company. I want to thank you. A business that is honest and takes responsibility has my respect. Thank you

This place is awesome! Not only are their prices significantly lower than any place I called, but when they found out I lived only a few minutes away, they offered to come pick up my van for free so I didn’t have to mess with the waiting room and my 4 small kids! They brought it back to me in a few hours later in great shape! Cannot recommend them enough!

I typically go to another location, but Shelby St was on top of it. Got my car in Monday morning. They knew the issue rather quickly, but needed a part. Came in Tuesday, fixed and out the door by Tuesday afternoon. Very friendly. Explained everything. Provided my company’s discount that I get from the other location as well.

Took my car here the workers are awesome! hard workers they let you know whats going on with your car i was told to take it back to my repair guy bc he left huge bolt not screwed in all the way .
