Just became my shop of choice overnight. Kenny is beyond professional and a straight shooter. Brought my truck in for an A/C repair, they had to rip out the entire dash to replace a specific part, no small task that is for sure. Within a week, my A/C stopped working again, I called Kenny and he didn’t hesitate, told me bring it back in. Got a call a couple days later, the part that was replaced originally ended up being bad from the manufacturer and Kenny took care of everything for me. Said he would make things right on his end and just handed me my keys and said you are good to go. Just wanted to say thanks for getting the job done right to the team at Discount Auto Repair! I’m sure Ill be back (not too soon of course).

They are true mechanics and I say that because they still of their passion for the work cause Ive gone to other places and they act like they dont even want the work and thats their job

Once was told never trust a guy that doesn’t smile. Well this was proven true here. Bought a car and boy what a disaster. Issues from day one. Had to have transmission repaired. Own said he would rebuild transmission for 1500. And ended up replacing a 150.00 part and still charging me 1500. Needless to say the transmission is still not right. Shifts poorly inbetween gears. Would not recommend this dishonest place.

Paid over $500.00 for a full 4 wheel brake job. The warranty is short, and the price was WAY TOO HIGH. I could have saved at least TWO H7NDRED DOLLARS by getting it done by Walmart. I wont make this mistake again.

After calling 3 different Ford Dealerships (one of them twice) none of them would agree to just put on MotorCraft pads without without turing the rotors. Secondly the quotes from the 3 varied by $150. One of the dealers had quoted a firm figure, I called back the next day and the estimate increased by $94. The good news is that when I contacted Kenneth of Discount Auto Repair. They kept their word. Kenneth said he would get back to me with a firm figure. He in fact called back in just a few minutes with a complete estimate but said he hoped that the OEM Pads would get there before 3:00. Just shortly before noon I called to check progress on the parts coming in. Without irritation, Kenneth said hed check and call me back. A few minutes later he called back and said the parts would be there by 1:00 and asked if I could get there byby 1:00 I arrived just after 1: 0 and to my surprise the truck carrying my parts had just dropped off the parts. The job was complete in a timely fashion Judging by other reviews i read and how the brakes worked after I left I know that the job was done right. Richard B
