Go in and talk to Chris, straight up guy. Did a scan for free. Normally every one charges about 80. He called me back with a quote in a reasonable time. Customer care is hard to come by.

Super nice and professional. He made sure I understood everything they needed to do for my car and was transparent about everything. Good prices. I didnt feel like I was being scammed out of my money and will definitely be coming back for any future repairs and services!

Theres certain services that we shouldnt have to live without and common courtesy is one of them. I paid to get my car re-evaluated but I shouldnt of had to clean up the mess left in the car when the service men removed drivers manual & etc. Put stuff back in the glove box ....Geesh

I Had my 05 Honda accord timing belt changed. Wow! Sounds soo much better now then it did before I brought it in J&F Auto sounding like it was not going to live! I’ll tell you what, I’ve never taken my car to a shop before. I was always scared of being taken advantage of since I don’t know anything about cars. I took my car here due to my power steering starting to go out. They called and explained what they were going to do before just doing the job. They were nice and friendly. Price was reasonable. My car has plenty more work that needs to be done and this is where I will be going from now on. Thank you!

Used J&F many times for repairs on several automobiles. Service and price is always professional and fair. Great staff, great work.

After they had my truck for 3 weeks, the owner called to apologize. Without having to call asking questions constantly or complaining, he worked with me on the price. I wasnt happy not having my truck for so long however they made it right with me. I will definitely be returning for great customer service.

Recently had work done to my 2008 Audi tt at this shop. I was treated fairly and the prices were great. I will return in the future for any repairs to my vehicle. I highly recommend this shop.

Had my water pump go out on my accord, chose to buy my own parts from amazon. called around and some places wouldn’t do it, others up charging me for labor as I wasn’t buying their parts. Called on a Friday, said Thursday was the next day they could work on it, unless I could drop it off and they could work on it when they had time.I dropped it off on Friday, they said it’d be done by weds... They called me Monday and it was done! Not only that but everyone I interacted with were as friendly as you could hope for. Next time my car needs work that I can’t do, will definitely call them first.

Wonderful customer-service. They gave me a ride to work and picked me up. They made sure every step of the way that I had transportation. After fixing my car, they warranty their work for 24 months. You cant beat having someone who treats you like you are important working on your card.

Only visited to get air in my tires. In the ten minutes I was there(large tires fill slowly) I had interactions with 4 or 5 staff members, and all were extremely friendly! Exactly the experience youd hope to find at a family owned business. Wouldnt even charge me for the service.

After AAA called him, Noel (Joel?), coming off a tow to Chicago, gently pulled my Prius with the shredded tire up onto his flatbed. This was after midnight on a Saturday night, in the middle of an 8 or 9 lane freeway collection. I was against the concrete barrier down the middle, west of Indy.He took me to the 24/7 Pomps Tire Service. It cost me an extra $28 because it was beyond what AAA would pay for. By 1 AM I was back on my 2700+ mile trip home.It is incredible that all of these good people, in the middle of the night, could come together and make it work. That would begin with the AAA guy and his flashing lights who stayed with me for 2 or 3 hours, until I was towed away.

Hands down good people. Had a screw in tire, mechanic fixed me up, went into pay..was told no charge! Most places would not have done this. Will take my business to them in the future.

Towing Service was fast and the driver was very friendly but he dropped my car off at the mechanics shop and lock the keys in the car. Had to call and have a locksmith come out and let me in the car. The Locksmith charge was a $130. The owner of J and F towing said that they would reimburse me the charge for the locksmith but when I got to their shop They said that it was too much and offered me $35.. Whether it was too much or not Does not change the fact that I had to pay to get in my car because their driver locked the keys in it. Thanks about for nothing!.

I had my exhaust falling off. I took my car in late in the day and they kept it over night so they could get me squeezed in even though they had a full schedule. Called me with a quote same day I took it in, and when I went in to pick up after fixing my car the following day the price was cheaper than quoted. They didnt need to replace as much as they first thought. Love that they were honest and didnt charge me. Saved this single gal and mother some money. 😍 Integrity goes far in my book. Came here all the way from Florida where they messed up my car completely . My dad told me to take it to j & f auto . They kept my car for 2 days and when I was revived it . It Was Good as New perfect !! Their customer service is exceptional I just love these people . Thanx For for the service again !!

They inspected my car and gave me a list of current problems/concerns. They charged me $95 dollars for this assessment but then subtracted this assessment fee from the repair costs when I decided to have them fix the problem. Staff was superficially nice but had an underlying rude tone. For example, one of the times I was waiting in the office a staff member made a joke about a client to another staff member. It just didnt feel very professional. I really wish I could do a 3.5 because I feel like that would be more representative of my experience.

I love this shop! They are honest and good at what they do. I went in because my car was running rough and they fixed it up and took alot of stress off. They explained to me what was wrong and as a woman not knowing a whole lot about cars they broke it down and answered my questions.Wich was comforting because other places ive been to have screwed me . I made friends here that I trust. This is the only shop I trust my cars with. I run to them for EVERYTHING now!
