I love Vale! Everyone is so nice especially the ladies at the front desk. They are very reasonable and have great quality work. This is the only place I will take my car to for repairs! Their tire and rim repair is great and reasonable as well!!

Walked in just after 8am without an appointment for brakes, rotors, calipers...they were accommodating and got me in with a bit of a wait. They were up front and communicated the wait time and even got me in a bit earlier than expected. I was able to login and work from the shop, with no issue. They have various work spaces for a bit of comfort and privacy. The staff were very friendly and informative, answering questions and explaining things without issue. Their prices were fair and reasonable. I have always had pleasant experiences there and at the adjoining tire shop. I will definitely continue doing business with Auto Vale Express and highly recommend them for vehicle service needs!

I have been coming here for many many years since they started on the gravel lot on corner of 46th and post. Great place for used tires trying to save money. I take several vehicles there all year, every year. I drive a lot so this is a viable option. I spend hundreds here annually, possibly close to a grand but not quite. I remember paying $25 but as someone who runs several businesses I know prices must go up. I go in there and deal with the lady or the the gentlemen who manages changing the tires. Today dealt with another guy he clearly told me $35 and 7.50 for balancing. I went back inside told her 42.50. She obliges states you can pay at the end. The grandmother say your car finished and then they give me a receipt that states 52.50. I responded he told me 35 and 7.50. She goes out there along with me and dude say different price. I paid the 52.50 but there are to many places near by to get discounted tires for 30 . You have lost my business permanently.. Funny thing seen a friend literally after I leave their and begin to tell him about this situation 😆 He states they are always $35, bad bad business. Changing price !

They were pleasant. And quick. I waited 20 minutes and my tire was repaired. And super cheap. Great used tires. I could not afford a new one. My roommate told me about this place and it worked out. 35 or 40 dollars.

My family discovered AutoVale a few years back when we needed a transmission for my mothers car. The mechanics gave us a low cost alternative to other, more specialized, shops. The counter staff are courteous and extremely knowledgeable. The mechanics diagnose and insure car issues are identified and fixed. The customer areas are inviting and include a movie room, vending area, free coffee, and sitting areas. All designed to make your wait comfortable and less stressful as other shops. Definitely recommend.

I refuse to take my car anywhere else but here. These guys are friendly, patient and willing to answer any questions a customer may have. This place provides high quality service at the most reasonable prices in town and theyre waiting room is extremely large almost like a hotels lounge.

Professional, honest, local and to the point. They helped me out and told me I didnt need to change my wheel bearings, when I thought that was the issue. They did tell me I would need to get my right lower motor Mound and CV Axle fixed. Its great to have a local shop that you can trust, who isnt just about profit.

Great service and overall genius business strategy! The place is designed to make you feel comfortable while waiting on your vehicle, while waiting there is a designated room with home theater seating and access to Netflix. Complementary coffee and even menus of local restaurants nearby incase you get hungry, this is super convenient and the hometown feel makes you feel good about doing business here!

Without a doubt, this is the go-to place for automotive service. I brought my Jeep in thinking that I was facing dome major problems that I more or less diagnosed. Most other shops would have called after inspecting and say that I was right and it will cost $$$. Instead, they openly said there were no problems and the other issue I said I would tackle later - well, they jumped in and fixed it, knowing full well that it would be okay with me. Top notch service!!!

I paid over a 1.000 dollars here two weeks ago to do everything underneath the car including breaks all the way around rotors disc brakes everything you can think now Im taking it back tomorrow morning because the brakes are grinding I hear popping sounds in the disc brakes and it back I have no idea whats going on hopefully they can fix it and I can give them a better mark and back

We had a fantastic experience. We needed to have brakes and rotors replaced. We walked in, received a quote, agreed to the reasonable price and waited. The wait was short and pleasant because they have a comfortable waiting room with netflix and wifi available for free. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. We will return for all of auto maintenance and repair needs.

Service was fast and affordable with no obnoxious upselling. They even had a quiet room with WiFi for working while you wait. I think this place will be my local go-to from now on.

Don’t a good repair shop. They scratched and damaged one of my rims. And did not want to take responsibility of the damage. I am someone who takes very good care of my car, I check it every morning. And this day my tire was flat so I took it to the AutoExpressVale so they could put a new tire. The tire is good, but they really damaged my rim. Whether it was when it was rolled over to the machine or the machine did the damage. Do NOT bring your car here!

Personally, I do not recommend this place, I took my car to have an air conditioning and brakes service done. about a Diagnosis that I already had from the original Auto Dealership. I took him there for the most accessible schedule since I leave later. I showed them the Diagnosis that I already brought more detailed of the Ford. And they told me that they are not based on that that they had to do their own Diagnosis, which would cost me $ 85 to $ 140 dollars at the most. Now they are telling me that it is something of the transmission and that they have to do another Diagnosis that is worth more than $$ 357 to detect the problem and that the battery did not pass the test and apart if I want the air conditioning repaired it would be another Diagnosis apart that It comes out at $$ 355, and to that they add the $ 140 of the initial Diagnosis just to tell me that the transmission is failing and to know the exact detail of each thing you have to do a separate Diagnosis that exceeds the price. They do not have discounts nor do they handle coupons as in the Original agency of the cars.

Hello, the truth is that this place is really bad, I went to this place 3 times because it recommended a llantería, that they were very good mechanics and they charge comfortably, but honestly it was not so. Very bad attention whenever you are told they are very busy, I took my car for 1 problem that I had and as I left it in that place and I went to an errand, then they marked me on my phone telling me that they have another problem, and that another price came out, and then they called that another price came out they seemed desperate and rater that they like to get money from people, my car only had one problem and then they took 3 problems and I did not accept I went to another more comfortable place where if you They attend well and are friendly, not like these, the truth is that I dont recommend them there very carefully when they take their car. Notice how many failures it has because otherwise in this place they will take out other failures and break it down.

I went for an alignment and they left it worse and they didnt tell me how bad the car was, I had to take it to another place more awake
