I own several rentals & bought a fridge & stove for one rental, while out of town, HUGE mistake!!! Stove had spray paint over grease, oven wont light, fridge wont keep things cold in freezer. Took over 2 months to get William the owner to go take a look, did NOT fix a thing! I offered to pay More $$$ to upgrade to anything that just worked, as that MIGHT bed a little cheaper than starting all over again, but He would not take me up on doing what was right, even for extra $$$! DONT WASTE UR $$$ UNLESS U GOT LOTS TO WASTE!!!

This place is really aggravating me!! Purchased a washer and dryer set two weeks ago. Washer is making loud noises on rinse and spin mode. I’m calling all phone numbers that were given to me. Nobody is responding! Terrible communication! I’ve been trying to get ahold of somebody for weeks now... phone goes straight to voicemail! I’m getting really upset. Haven’t been able to enjoy my washer like how I want to. Every time I go to the new location to try to confront these people in person they are always closed. How sway!!??

Im a second timer willing to give my black business a chance I bought a stove an refrigerator willing to give my black business a chance ,, I wanted to up grade my refergerater for a newer one an since then its been nothing but junk an trouble I call the owner from one tele number no answer, use another number answer right away, but my point is I will never go to them again, if u like your money try a few other sources, Empire is straight ghetto, I hope he survive in Broadripple at his new location, I notice at the old location on 30th someone busted his windows I dont wish bad luck on, William it is that he needs to pull it together may God continue to 🙏 bless him Im hoping it works out for the business but not with my money.

Its really a sad business I really recommend going to a place that stands behind there product no matter what,do not give your money away, my freg dont work an it was full of roaches,be carful its a sure sign this business is bad when folk break out windows, to your business save your money go to the white folks. Please do not use unless you want to throw your money out the window. Brought dryer, worked 2 times and quit working. Ignored my phone calls and request to replace or repair. Dont let them tell you it was because they were closed due to virus. They could of easily said they would schedule an appointment in future, instead of ignoring calls and hanging up. Had someone else call and when they found out what they were calling about hung up on them. Now I have a $188 dryer that does not work. Only option is small claims court.

This has to be the best brand/used appliance store in Indy! People there are kind and they are willing to work with there customers. William always gives the best deals and is very customer friendly. Bought a washer and dryer 3 years ago and it still works! Even when the fuse went out after the warranty expired they came out and repaired the the dryer for a minimal fee. Really pleased with my purchase would definitely recommend and will use them again.

Got a washer dryer and fridge about 4 years ago and they all still going strong. Solid customer service

Poor customer service, poor communication, and don’t stand by their work. I had them come repair a washer for me (after multiple phone calls following up on my request, should have been first clue) and the only time William was responsive was when he “wanted his money” once the job was done. Anyways the washer breaks again in 3 weeks and he doesn’t respond to any communication regarding the issue. Save yourself the hassle and stress and give someone else your business.

Asked them to come out and fix my dryer, they showed up 3 hours late and then charged me $75 for (and I am not exaggerating) 11minutes of work. 11 minuets from the time they walked in my front door till the time they walked out. They fixed the dryer, they charged me at $450 dollars an hour rate for just labor!

They offer quality appliances for affordable prices. Would recommend this place highly!

If I could rate this a 0 star I would!!! I do not recommend this company to ANYONE! They sold me a refrigerator that didnt work right from day one. I have been dealing with this for months now. They continue to prolong the problem by not having knowledgeable technicians to figure out the problem in the first place. They only guess at the problems on your dime. Their warranty is no good if they cant even figure out the problem! I have been through 3 ice makers, and now 2 new compressors and still not working right. They want YOU to fix their TRASH they sell you. Horrible customer service. They claim to test their products before selling them but if that were true then my refrigerator would have worked from day one. Dont waste your time and money like I did. I am out of so much money on this deal... This place is a JOKE and will be out of business soon Im sure. Next step for me is small claims court and BBB as well as the Environmental Protection Authority due to the SGGs (freon) they released openly and carelessly into my home on several occasions. The Climate Change Response Act (CCRA) went into effect Jan 1, 2013 and this is illegal as well as toxic to not only us and our pets but our environment. They seem to think this is OK?? Please take my word and do not buy from this company. Lesson learned here!!!

I purchased a kenmore elite washer and on the first use of the washing machine it leaked terribly onto my floor. The washer I had before did the same thing which leads me to believe a old hose off the old washer was used on the new one. I have checked the main drain and everything is flowing properly the issue is the hose or the machine itself. Horrible customer service as the owner did not respond to my text or phone call regarding this matter. This shouldve been treated as a priority as water can damage my floor.
