A place that literally has everything you could possibly want for your home. Lots of parking here and not too crowded

Going out of business sale. Spent over an hour finding things I needed, once at the register was notified that I couldnt use my coupons. Nowhere was it posted when entering the store. Not on the windows, door or inside except for on top of the counter at the register. So after spending all that time, couldnt use my coupons. If you are a member, you can get additional 20 percent. Doesnt seem very fair. Was so frustrated I put all the items back into the cart, totally full, and told them to keep it. Today I went to the Lafayette store and had a very pleasant experience.

I was able to find some individual flatware (forks and spoons) and a few other kitchen supplies. The young man who rang up my items was very professional and everyone spoke to me from the time I entered until the time I left. I will definitely be back. 5-star experience.

Great value on bath items. Clearance items are an unbeatable value. My only complaint is that the cashier was struggling to focus on my order and had difficulty ringing up and bagging my items. He seemed very distracted.

Sorry to see them close..always something to see with marvel at every visit. Nice people work/worked there..

2 employees went out of their way to assist me in getting the product I was there to buy. Saved me time from searching for it. Appreciated!Update:. As soon as I got home I realized the product that I had purchased had a large crack, so I drove all the way back, obviously perturbed. When I went in to make the exchange, the woman at the counter was abrasive. She certainly has no business working with people. She should have apologized then maybe said lets take a quick look at this (new) one to make sure it isnt broken before you are inconvenienced again. No apology or anything. So after giving her a chance to play the customer service roll, I told her that I was opening the packaging to avoid the same situation. She looked at me so rudely like I had offended her personally. I was miffed at this point. As I was on my way out of the store one of the really helpful male associates that had assisted me the first time, apologized and I nicely thanked him again for his help and for being so professional. I will go back, but I will avoid the woman who rubbed me wrong if possible. My advice to Bed, Bath & Beyond is to train each associate that works with customers to ensure that they learn how to always provide excellent customer service and that they are happy and in cases like mine, learn to apologize for the customers experience.

Very helpful. Called for an item and they actually went to check on the floor & held it at the front. This is no longer the norm for many dept stores. Very friendly cuatomer service from the manager on the floor to the cashier.

Loved this store. Staff was very helpful from the time I stepped in the store and as I shopped. At least 3 different staff ask if they could help. 👍👍

The employees were extremely friendly. I was asked a couple of times if I needed help finding anything. My cashier ways very personable. I went in for a Bluetooth shower speaker, and they had several from which to choose. They also have a nice selection of home decor items. Customer service is so valuable and this place really does it right!

Nothing exciting. Said online there was a big clearance sale going on. Only clearance was the markdown broken as is stuff

Love the bridal registry service! Staff were exceptionally helpful with assisting in process with selection of best gifts for Bridal Shower & upcoming Wedding. Process was seamless!

Spent over two hours looking for curtains and draperies. Had a basket full, then had to make a decision. Well, I was happy with my choices.

Average looking BB&B. No special features, display or products. Some areas of the store need more attention than others to straighten, organize, and to replace pricing and signage.Not a bad store but nothin to write home about either.

This is a Bed Bath and Beyond pretty much like all the rest except for the fact that this location in Indianapolis IN has an associate named Randi. If you are lucky enough to have her assist you with your shopping needs, your experience will be outstanding! Going above and beyond to help us find exactly what we needed was her mission and she succeeded in doing just that. Its the service that makes the difference. I only wish more people understood what exceptional customer service really meant.

They would have gotten 5 stars if they had been a little quicker opening other registers. But they did open 2 lanes and relieved the long wait. But it was late afternoon on a week day. Perhaps it was unexpected to get that many customers at that time of the day.

Nice store, good selection, friendly staff. One of the few stores where the staff seems to be readily available but not overly aggressive. Also, the products they sell are generally of good quality.

This is a very interesting place one of the very best for house hold items good prices and quality merchant dice. You may have a problem finding things but they have great help who are very willing to jump right in and find things.I found out that they are more than willing to help you find coupons for there products on your phone. This is a great place for buying nice gifts.

So much to shop! I mean, I went in for a pizza pan, and came out with that plus a chopper, and a list of items that I want - I mean need ;) - for my birthday. The employees there also made the trip worth while; extremely helpful and pleasant.

Yesterday afternoon, I came in to exchange a cracked bowl. Apparently the bowl is one a set and not sold individually in stores. Kasey and Melissa went above and beyond to help me. I was so impressed with their attention to me issue and willing to make it easy for me! Thanks, ladies.

Good location, needs few more smiles and cordiality on part of all employees and this place will seem truly welcoming. Overall a great place to shop, love it!

I have never had better customer service in my life than when I went in 2 weeks ago looking for a portable AC unit. Gary helped me find one and then went far out of his way to look up the decibels (since I was looking for a quiet one) and teach me how I could hook it up. I really appreciate his sincere effort and time to help me. Thank you!

Items are sometimes hard to find but the staff is very knowledgeable and know where to direct you.

Good for speciality kitchen items. Always quick about opening more registers when it is busy.

SARAH.. NEED I SAY MORE. She is the absolute best in so many ways. She knows her store in and out has GREAT customer service and if I couldve I wouldve just taken her home to help me vamp my brand new house. I love having a brick and mortar store to go to but trying to find someone who works there to help is next to impossible. And they are not to happy about it.

Rounded up all my coupons and saved a bunch. They take them past the due dates.

Its always great when you go d the EXACT thing that you want. I wasnt sure that it even existed (decorative drapery pull wand). BB&B had a choice of 4 finishes! And the price was excellent compared to the plastic junk on Amazon.

Employees could be a little nicer and helpful. When you dont know the answer dont just say I DONT KNOW and walk away, go find the customer the answer to their question.Secondly if you dont honor Groupon coupons dont team up with them offering to groupon members.Nothing more aggravating then getting up to the register and being told you cant use the coupon on a very simple item.

The go-to place for that wedding registration! Love that they carry the kate spade bridal collection. And the cherry on top is the complimentary gift wrapping station.

Management is not helpful at resolving issues. They are not the company they used to be.

Would 10 out of 10 recommend your bridal registry here. This was the only registry , I didas they had EVERYTHING I needed in styles I loved. Jackie in Indianapolis/ Castleton area personally assisted me and my maid of honor, spent 3 hours with us walking around the whole store giving me all sorts of wife advice (who knew oxi clean was so amazing!?!?) She recommended a set of pots and pans I wouldnt otherwise buy (Zwilling Energy Ceramic), and I am so happy she did! They are the most amazing set I have ever seen. Thank you so much for Jackie and a wonderful experience! All her time and energy paid off for me!

Store was great clean and well put together the staff was helpful in looking for what I camefor but they didnt have what I wanted even though online it said it was in stock.

I have never gone to this store and found a friendly sales clerk. The coupons that are in magazines for 20% off are not worth the rudeness of the staff.

For such a high priced chain store I expected a better selection of items.

Finally found a very soft (low fill) pillow!

I always find things I didnt know I was looking for when I go there! No matter how many coupons I take in with me, I always have to dash back out to the car to get a few more!

Excellent customer service. I did not catch her name, but the lady who was helping us was very helpful and patient in saving us an additional $300 on our purchase.

Staff is helpful and the store is sensory overload but they have pretty everything you need there to equip your house aside from appliances.

I could shop in there for days. I got a blanket and sheets set on clearance. Got rugs runners for my hallway. Found some bath mats and got all my dish cleaning supplies . My friend found a giant pillow for her chair.

All the employees are very helpful and nice. I love this store.

Some of the laziest and poorest customer service I have ever experienced. Quite honestly I expected better and should have received it. You wait and wait for someone to help you, then you just have to go to the front and find an unpleasant manager to go back there and pretend to give a damn about your problem, pretend to help only to get called away, not excuse themselves and not come back. Of course what do you expect by a store run by incompetent women...If you cant find it yourself or have questions, forget it!

This location is consistently messy, dirty and unorganized. Hardly any of the displays are plugged in or working at all. It’s an embarrassment.

Never have in stock what internet says. Charge 20% more then amazon and then after $29 membership to get their spam mailings. Used to be a real kitchen store.

Customer service folks were not helpful and were even rather rude. Probably will not visit this location again.

As seen on TV has taken over, we just were wasting time before keystone at crossing opened.
