DO NOT EVER use them to finance your furniture. it is more of rip off than Rent A Center or Aarons Sales and Lease. If you do not payoff within the same as cash window, your balance will more than double, and there is no such thing as a discount for early payoff. Management staff is rude, and unprofessional. You could be 2 days late on a payment and they start calling 2-3 times per day , and have the nerve to call your place of employment, in addition to whatever references were listed at the time of application. I suspect their collection practices are on the verge of being illegal, or at a minimum unethical. There is no need to pester an individual unless there payment is at least 10 days late. Even mortgage companies dont start bugging until you are least 15 days late. When they call they act as if you have been sent to collections. We Will NEVER use them again, and shame on The Room Place for even partnering with these crooks. If you choose to use them, make sure you understand the contract 100% and know what you are getting into financially. I did not and suffered the consequences...

If I could give these people 0 stars I would!! First off they lied to me about the prices of my furniture! I was only suppose to pay 1700 for the furniture and after I signed the contract I had to to pay 3331!!!! Where did that come from? Then they sent my loan to another Agency without notifying me or courtesy call or anything! And the icing on the cake is they KEEP ON ADDING MONEY ON MY LOAN! I paid 620 4 times on top of putting down 500 deposit and the new company telling me I have 1000 dollars left? No! I have about 350 left on my contract and I’m done period!!! Please read my story and TURN AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN

If I could give 0 stars I would! This place is terrible! I purchased an couch and dinning set for 1800 I paid 216 a month for 2 years! There are soooo many hidden fees. the staff is rude and unprofessional the 24 times I called or went in to pay. I 100% do not recommend this place!

Pleased be warned! The staff is very horrible and unprofessional...The district manager James is a complete joke! Allen, Erin and the rest are all unprofessional! Its amazing to me that Ive called corporate more than twice with not one concerned return call. I can go on and on about my horrible experiences such as asking to speak to the manager and being on hold for 45 minutes...Ive been in the store and watched them say Im not answering the phone for that customer and laugh about it. I work hard for my money and expect a certain level of respect and customer service. I guess wirh corporate not returning these concerned calls allows them to feel job security! I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy....please be warned

NOBODY SHOP AT EASY HOME FURNISHINGS They are a terrible, and have have unprofessional staff. I was a former employee of eazy home, who quit due to the unprofessionalism the management style has! They are rude and unfair to their customers. Not only that..... THEY HAVE ROACHES AND BEDBUGS. And they lie and say your getting new furniture, but its all used at least once, and they overcharge you for it. If your running late on a payment they dont work with you at all, they just keep calling you, your references, and your job until you pay, or theyll show up to your house, to repo it.

Hate hate hate them!!! Never shopping here again. They take your money and then say you never paid them. Gave them $300 for 2 mattress sets that cost $400 and they said I only have them $80!!! I paid my couch off in full instead of payments and they said I never have them a payment! I would never recommend this place! Stay away!

This is thee worst place ever! Do yourself a favor - wait to pay cash for whatever you need. They prey on low to lower middle class people with exorbitant and hidden fees. You have been warned. Wait to pay cash for something that you want or dont buy it at all!
