Janelle and staff are always attentive and professional. I frequent this store often - mostly for pre-paid drops - and they are always welcoming and willing to go out of their way to be friendly and offer me extra envelopes for convenience. I can appreciate that working in this environment can be a thankless job. I have personally worked in a UPS store in the past, and understand the many misconceptions among the public regarding what is expected when utilizing the services of a mailbox store. Employees are often subjected to a certain level of abuse - especially regarding the price of packing & shipping, or expectations regarding notarial services. I am highly familiar with it all - and can appreciate the delicate nuance of providing satisfactory services while also maintaining integrity and yielding a profit. The staff at this location is a class act, and should know how appreciated they are.

During a business trip I had occasion to use this store for faxing, scanning and binding and they were super helpful and actually friendly at the same time. These days thats not always easy to find. Thanks everyone for your help.

I went in today to ship a laptop to my brother who lives in Canada. The manager (sorry, didnt catch her name) was very knowledgeable, explained the process very well, and recommended the best way to ship. The employee (also didnt get his name) who initially greeted me was also very helpful.

I had a large, very heavy package I was returning. I was 10 minutes late, and after awkwardly dragging the package from my car... all the way to their front door, did I realize my mistake. As I started to drag it back, a woman poked her head out of the door (I assume the owner?) and said I can take that, I just cant scan it. I was so relieved! Come Monday, Amazon acknowledged the package and I received my refund. I just want to say how much I appreciated her help. (The package was a 65 pound bunny hutch). The costumer service was atrocious! I get to the store and the gentleman behind the counter on the computer doing something that is clearly not work related. I say excuse me and he nods, but doesnt reply. I ask him if I can print something out for my mom for mothers day and he groans and says, sure. It gets printed out with an awful amount of cropping around the photo. I request to see another copy of the photo that is not cropped because the first was not something I was going to use, nor was it suitable for a mothers day gift. Begrudgingly he prints out another copy. I get to the checkout counter ready to pay and he charges me for the two copies. I ask him why should I pay for two copies if I am only using one. He gives me a BS answer. I say Im not going to pay for something I will not be using. He says that I can either pay for the two or everything goes. I say you could easily take the second copy off the payment. He says, I could but I provided you service and the copies, so no. Im thinking in my head, you provided literally no service and, when you did, you were extremely rude and reluctant! Eventually, I payed for the BS work and my copies.This place lacks the costumer service training it needs for me to ever come back. To the gentleman who wouldnt budge: your service was one the worst Ive seen ever. By the way, even though it is a Saturday why were on the computer doing non working related stuff when a costumer was waiting for some assistance?

This store is convenient and that comes at a price...the price. The staff was pretty helpful here and I got printed what I needed to get printed pretty effortlessly.

Horrible policy on printing. They dont support print by email and want to charge $2 minimum for computer use. I need to print 1 page for their shipping label and they want to charge me for computer use. Typical upcharge for UPS. Horrible company.
