I’ve had my box at the Mailbox Station for close to 20 years. Jeremy (owner) is awesome. I’ve never had an issue, he’s always helpful, accommodating and offers great service.It’s nice to have a key with 24 hour access and be able to have packages delivered to my box when I’m out of town. Having a Main street address is great for a business address.Highly recommended!

Great experience! After agreeing to a one year commitment and paying the entire one year cost, I expressed some hesitancy about the size of the mailbox. Instead of saying tough luck the owner, Jeremy, was willing to refund a majority of what I paid. Even better, he came up with a resolution to install a large mailbox to accommodate my needs. This level of customer service is unusual. I was impressed and will be honoring by one year commitment!

We have had our mailbox for the past 4 years and Jeremy is professional and courteous every single time we go in to check the mail. I left my phone in there one time and he put it in my mailbox for me:).When we closed out our mailbox he was genuinely sorry that we were moving in, but offered to hold our mail and send it to us if needed. Ive been a customer of the Mailbox station since the 80s. The owner Jeremy is awesome! Hes always helpful and very accommodating to his customers. I always have my mail when I need it, unlike the post-office, where god forbid they actually walk to my front door to leave a package. Im able to drop off all my outgoing packages which is a must in these days of online impulse shopping. And Im able to access my box during closed hours which can be helpful,One of the best things about using Mailbox station is my business address a) is static between moves and b) does not appear like a PO box. Its a Main Street address and suite (box) number. Having an address on Main St in HB is like icing on the cake!Honestly, I dont know what I would do without the Mailbox Station as its is a very important part of running my business.

I do not recommend this business. The owner regularly calls parking enforcement on cars that use the spots near his store. Not a very good way to build the small business community.Edited to respond to your reply.Yes, because you literally called parking enforcement and caused the ticket.
