Ive been to this location a few times for parcel pickup and the staff have always been super friendly and helpful in making sure your needs are met. I was there today and both a lady and a gentlemen were helping me with my parcel pickup. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. The other thing I really love about this store is its always very clean and well organized.Highly recommended

Alex and Samira are wonderful. I traveled for a year and they made sure that my mail followed wherever I went. They took the time to call me if something unexpected came in. It was like having small town, personal service with all the capabilities of a big city business. They actually care about the items that they ship. I had a business package that had to arrive undamaged and Alex took the time to assess how best to send it and proper packaging. Wonderful customer service oriented business.

Great service, love this place. I go here for anything I need shipped out. With that said, please change the hours list here to your current hours. The sign on the door says open at 10am everyday, not 9am as is listed on here.

This place is the best! The owners, Alex and Sammy, are so friendly and helpful! Sammy won me over when I stopped in with some questions about forms on a dhl package. She took care of it all and shipped it off. I knew then and there I was going to move my mailbox service to Mailbox Express. We also use their notary service which is so convenient. They are open 6-days a week and have great hours. I look forward to coming in to say hello and catching up. They have the sweetest puppy too. I cant say enough about how lovely this business is!

Fantastic service UPS, FedEx, DHS, US Postal Service, shipping services, mailbox services, notary services packaging boxes and supplies. Great place to support your local business and have a PO Box that is on beach Boulevard address. Be sure to note the hours as they are closed on Sundays. Alex is a wonderful new owner and most helpful. Just recently I sent a UPS Christmas package back east and realized later I had the wrong address. I called Alex and he went the extra-mile and stayed on the phone for 1 hour for UPS assistance He gave them the tracker number and corrected the address on my behalf. Otherwise, who knows where the package would have ended up. Thank you again Alex.

LOVE THIS PLACE AND THE OWNER!!!! Have had a mailbox here for over 10 years. The owner Jay is a kind man that is always cheerful welcoming and helpful. Would totally recommend! Enjoy the Christian music playing. A little shocked at these reviews. This man is always a sweet gentle soul everytime I go in there. Im sorry to hear of these experiences as I interact with this man almost weekly and he addresses me by my name and is always all smiles.

Do not go here for FedEx. I was charged $55 for sending a single document on Friday at 1 pm from HB, CA to be In GA Monday by 3pm. The package did not arrive until Tuesday. I filed a claim with FedEx who guarantees delivery and they said they had already issued a refund to Mailbox express for $30.35!!!!! WTF? So this loser here not only charged me an extra $25 just to take my single 8x11 document over the price of fed ex, they are refunding $30 back to him. Great, he just made $85 for just being open and pretending to be nice. I always ignore the complaints and go here, will be posting on Google too to warn people. Go to 5 points

RUDE AND GRUMPY OWNER!!!Maybe the owner of this store doesnt need my business or has become so complacent with his current customer base that he no longer cares. Ive had a mailbox here for 3 years and EVERY time I go in, the owner is rude to me. He throws my packages on the counter, gets irritated if I ask to use his pen to sign a form, its rediculous!Not to mention the place is outdated and dirty. He has product on the shelf that looks like its been sitting there since 1984. If youre looking for a PROFESSIONAL mailbox service, this is not the place

Supper rude owner !! I was waiting in line the guy said leave boxes there I asked for proof that I left packages there he says leave and go to ups store!! Totally rude and I asked so you dont give any proof that you leave packages here he says no go to UPS store he is limited in English he is a Asian man not nice! I would have thought he would have been nicer I am almost due but not even then was he nice I told thanks for being rude and he started laughing!! I am going to call ups corporate store and let them know how this drop of center treats there customers and express mail!! Very disappointed never been treated like that !!
