Spoke to ABIGAIL who assured us they did have the specific car we were looking for. We drove there for over 2 hours just to find out they did not have it and instead, their manager was trying to sell us something else. Drove back home for another 2.5 hours. These people try to lure customers in with their lies to then try to convince them to purchase something they don’t want. They don’t care about wasting people’s time and gas as long as they have a shot at convincing them to get whatever the heck they have in stock.

The service associate who helped me was rude and unprofessional. He didnt greet me or smile, wouldnt make eye contact, and was short with me when I asked questions. I waited for my services to be complete. He called me to let me know my car was done, even though I was in the next room over. And when I approached his desk, he walked away and told me to see a different associate to finalize. Completely unprofessional. I will not be returning.

This is regard to their constant harrassment that you will receive if you ever respond to any of their ads online.!!Do not answer any of their online ads..EVER!!They will constantly hound you day and night through any means possible..whether it be phone , text or email. English or Spanish..its non stop...I honestly feel thats its an illegal practice and they need to be called out on it. Even after you request for them to stop calling you they still persist...so due to that reasoning its probably best to avoid them at all cost....cause of they do this to try to get your business..who knows what they do to try to make you buy a car from them..so just avoid it and do not respond to any of their ads..PLEASE!!

These people are awesome! Our salesman, Alonso, was extremely nice and calm. You definitely do not get the slimy salesman vibe off the guy, and he listens to what you want and doesn’t push like most places. He also wore his mask appropriately the entire time. Omar and Vanessa were also extremely helpful and made me feel comfortable through the entire purchase process. I will be recommending all my friends and family and anyone who ask to come here for there next car.Kudos to the whole team for the excellent service.

I am older and hate taking cars to the deanship because it was more expensive. Their tires came in lower than Costco (and had them is stock) and I love their 3-pack of oil changes. Khaled has helped me several times and is very detailed with explanations and friendly. Love this place because at least I dont have to worry, they take care of me.

Before signing any contract with this company, be aware of any additional fees they include and do not tell the customer.If you are going to buy from this store, I recommend that you check everything online, on the stores website and after checking it, call. Check everything out and avoid future problems, avoid cars that have paint protection and GPS service, they sell these extras together because they cant make any changes, thats what they say. Make sure they dont include these unnecessary items.Both services are cheaper outside the dealership if you want to have this type of paint protectionThe gps service they offer, for an incredible $1000, wanting to create a fear in the customers mind saying that the car will be stolen and that this service is essential was the biggest lie Ive ever heardYou can find the same type of gps and functionality for under $100 on amazon or googleI was very well attended by the seller but dont be fooled by the fake smiles, they have goals and they just want to put as much as they can into their contractMy big problem started when I went home and read my contract again calmly. And I visualized an additional $3,000 in fees. Additional unsolicited maintenance services and items that were added to my car without my request. stay tuned.When I came back the next day and talked to the finance and sales manager. Their response was “Its signed by you, isnt it?! I cant do anything about it”. The same people who smiled at me the day before the contract was signed. and just 24 hours after signing the contract with an additional $3,000, they completely changed their stance when I confronted them. And believe it or not, I informed them that the previous dealership I bought a car with made a totally dishonest contract to hire various additional services, and told them everything they did to me. they said it wouldnt happen in their store, but they did the same. pure illusion. reseller is reseller, they will hardly change their attitude towards customers.After much emotional stress, the store manager approved a refinancing of my vehicle, but removed only the GPS from the costs, not the paint protection.And believe me, a miracle happened, the sales manager had said before that the gps could never be removed from the car, but after the store manager removed the gps from my contract, miraculously (ironically), the sales manager removed the gps from the car. simple plug.The sales team is loyal to each other and disloyal to the customer, my experience was the worst possible, the focus should be on customer satisfaction not just hitting targets and earning money in an unfair way deceiving your customerI sent an email to nissan usa and everyone who could read what they did, I never go back to this store and I dont recommend it to anyone from my social cycle.They have competitive prices and good cars, thats what brought me to this store, maybe its the same for you, but like I said if you go shopping with them read everything first dont sign anything until you clarify any points you have.And to finalize a piece of advice to the managers of this store, dont think that deceiving your customer is the best alternative to get more profit, it has the opposite effect when the lie is discovered. causes revolt and repulsion.Focus on your customers satisfaction and if you want to sell anything additional be clear and tell the truth dont hide information. Advisor was very respectful, but for some reason the technicians cant figure out the problem with the tracking control indicator. This occurred after they performed work for another problem. I feel insecure about the work they are performing. Im constantly having to go back and spending more money and time. Please address this issue asap. Thank you.

Dear Sir/Madam,Please refer emails below and the attachments.This is the third email I have sent you and Ive gotten no response at all.The brand new vehicle I purchased from your dealership on Saturday 02/06/2021 is still under repair at your dealership.I was called back today 2/9/2021, to come to pick up the vehicle that it had been fixed but no! All the issues were still there and once again iwas told to leave the car and I would be called when it was fixed.I dont understand why I should be inconvenienced by these vehicle issues that I didnt cause. I bought the car in good faith and that the car would be brand new and in good working condition. Secondly, because Im getting ready to seek legal counsel about this whole transaction. I was going through the paperwork from the sale and I just now noticed that the $3,310 charges I was explicitly told were non-negotiable by the sales rep are actually not a requirement for obtaining financing.Please let me know if you are going to replace the vehicle or just cancel the sale.Best regards,-Cliff.

Very good costumer service on the day i purchased the car (Nissan Sentra S 2021) on the first week of February 2021,Alonso & Vannesa helped me out as much as they can to get the car that day, nice, friendly, and they work with me, & let me tell you my credit was not good at that time, & they really did help as much as they can to help me get finance to get the car, yes the wait was long but the wait was worth it! TRUST me! there are no complains at all, i loved my visit.🙉Today 4/16/2021 Oscar helped me out with my car maintenance, Listen to what i was saying about the car, He explained to me what they checked, they did an oil change, and got washed & Vacuumed and the car was ready. Terrible experience. I went to this dealership prepared to purchase a car. I expected a professional experience, instead I got a sales rep calling me babe, sweetie and honey. I questioned the way he addressed me after a few times of him doing it and instead of stopping he laughed and continued addressing me like this. If I was a man I would be boss to him but because I am a woman he called me sweetie. It is very awkward, uncomfortable and straight up creepy for a grown man to call grown woman sweetie. I went in to purchase a car, I deserve respect like any other customer. I walked out after it got too annoying for me to sit there in front of a man who was treating me like I was a child. I didnt let him know why I walked out but I want to make it known here why I did not buy a car from this dealership. The creepy sales rep is Famossimo i believe.

I had additional questions about a driving belt replacement, which was indicated as need for immediate repair and was told I dont know thats just what they recommended. This service appointment was good. It was quick and easy. I did feel the crew working weren’t very professional. They were all friendly and nice but every time I walked into the service desk they were chattering with each other and talking about personal business. Not everyone was wear a cave covering correctly, including my service advisor. It was really upsetting to see this neglect in a pandemic when we should be protecting each other.

I bought my car here last year. Purchased the 3 maintenance service for $150. The first service and second went smoothly. But the 3rd service for went horribly wrong. First the engine light started to come on the day after my car was serviced. I called and mentioned it to the service Dept. So they scheduled it to have it looked at and supposedly fixed. Service guy (Khalid) said they fixed it and gave me some weird reason on how abs why the engine light was turning on. It didn’t make no sense to me at all. So, I was like ok whatever s as long as you guys fixed it. The follow day the engine light turned on again. At this point I’m getting upset on how they said they fixed it. I called again and spoke with Josh Fuentes- service manager. I explained it to him on how frustrated I am with the service there. This will be my 3rd time going there in a month. He stated that he will have his master mechanic take a look at the problem. I said ok this better get fixed because I’m wasting my time To keep going back and forth because your previous mechanic messed up my car. I also mentioned that the temperature gauge is not working property. It stay on cold while I’m driving. He said they will take a look at it as well. I’m just frustrated that I have to keep coming back. Will not recommend this place if they keep messing up my car. Or will ask them to replace my car at no charge.

He is a star employee.He listened to any issue I had, large or small. He kept me updated on what was going on and set clear expectations for the time it would take to complete the repairs. I had an unexpected car problem. I discovered the problem, called this place, got an appointment, brought the car in, got the faulty part replaced, paid a reasonable price, and left. The whole process only took two hours. TWO HOURS!!!! Super nice staff too! Fantastic place, highly recommended! Alex was very helpful!

Very manipulative staff. Went for a change oil, waited an hour and half and the car came out unwashed which is a service that should be provided along with the oil change. Talked to the staff, took my car in and out in 5 minutes with the same status “DIRTY”. Spoke to them again, second round SAME THING. With these behaviors, not sure if they have REALLY changed my oil or no. So untrusted. Will never come to this place again neither will I recommend it to anyone.

I took my car in for repairs and got the impression that the service center employees get paid on commission. The service prices were apparently up for negotiation. When I mentioned that the quoted price was much more than I expected the rep helping me went to speak their manager and came back with a lower price. It seemed shady, like they purposely over charge for the repairs and if questioned about the pricing they will make adjustments. People just want a fair price upfront. I will never return because I felt like I was being scammed. Real bummer

BEWARE! Terrible new management. If you happen to bring your car in to be serviced make sure to double check your entire vehicle. I took my car in for a few simple things and received my vehicle back with damage to the interior. I addressed this immediately to OSCAR in service and I have had to hunt him down to follow up. Only to find out they will try to fix this issue. My car was in mint to condition up until leaving my vehicle at this location. Very frustrating and disappointing. If theres another place you can take your car to be serviced you should. Several thumbs down 👎👎👎

We made an appointment over the phone with B to see a used Ford Fiesta advertised on the website. We told B we were coming to see that car, and we set a time to meet. Drove an hour down from Hollywood, arrived on time, and were told B was at lunch AND that the car was actually not yet available to be test-driven or sold. I will say Maria did her best to try and salvage the situation by showing us the vehicle in its current condition, although we still never got a verbal Sorry for all of this from anyone. Later that afternoon B texted to ask if we wanted to change our appointment - he apparently still didnt know of the situation - and when we texted him what had happened we got no response.Flash forward to two days later, we get an email from a customer service rep asking how our experience was. I emailed her what happened and, again without apologizing, said shed forward my email to her manager. No follow-up.In full transparency I told them I was willing to give them an opportunity to make things right - a first look at the car when it was available and a great deal (heck, maybe $100 of the sticker price?) if we were interested - before leaving a public review of the experience, as Im not out to embarrass companies in public if theyre willing to go an extra mile to fix a situation that they messed up. But no apologies, no follow-up, nothing.So many options when it comes to buying a car - go to someone who actually gives a [----] about you and your experience.

The office was clean and people were wearing their masks. Senior Citizens are really concerned when leaving home these days. 1. It was easy to schedule an appointment with the service coordinator Calete.2. When I arrived for my appointment a service representative came out to my car. The same who I have made the appointment with. He was warm and friendly. He Promptly checked me in. When I asked for a time estimate he stated it would be 1.5 hours. My car was ready in the time stated. I was also shown the lounge.3. The service manager, Candie, also made it a point to introduce herself.4. Customer service for me is very important. I found that to be true of all the staff including the receptionist. I asked her where the treat shop was. She quickly came from her desk, walked me out the front door, and pointed me in the right direction!5. I was very satisfied with my first customer service experience with the Service Department.

I received zero communication from the service agent the entire time my car was there which ended up being over 2 weeks. I had to constantly call and track her down and it was always her day off when I needed things to happen which caused a bigger communication break down because the covering rep did not know the details of the problems I was having. When I finally did pick up my car they said they found a problem with the ac system and had it fixed under warranty (not the issue I brought it in for nor was it a problem for me) and when I picked it up the ac was blowing hot air. Wow! What a car buying journey. I’m glad to have ended it here at Surf City Nissan. Now, I have been to about 10+ dealerships and by the time I got in contact with this place I was over all of the phoniness, lies and sharks! I had been receiving texts from someone named Angie who was putting a bit of positive car buying pressure on me. I finally caved in and walked in on a Sunday, of course with no expectations and doubts of driving off with a car. She handed me over to this incredible man named Omar who was extremely welcoming, kind and honest. He was straight to the point, there wasn’t much negotiating, he respected what I had and what I was looking for. My experience with Omar was outstanding, I definitely will follow him in his career when it comes to buying or refinancing in the future. Starting with the first first handshake, to the test drive to the wrecked nerves of waiting for the banks approval to the final goodbye Omar was a pleasure to work with. I am so happy with my purchase and highly recommend stopping by if you’re looking for a car. Yes, they have terrible reviews but they are now under a new ownership and it seems to me things have changed for the better. Bryan the finance manager was also very honest and upfront, the only thing I have to say is that my warranty paperwork was incorrect and the initial offer no longer stood after I had to return to correct the paper work. It was a lot less beneficial for me. I do believe it was a honest mistake so I won’t let that represent the service I had there. Thanks to all of you for getting me into a car! I am so thankful!

Can I just start of with with AWESOME customer service I received from KAHLI. He kept me informed with everything they were doing to my car. Also the friendliness of my shuttle drivers, they took me back home and picked me up to go back and pick up my car. Thank you for making me feel at peace.

Excellent service and very pleasant experience. Ricardo helped me out with everything. He answered all my questions, was very patient with me, and made sure I understood everything. Ill be looking for his service next time I come and will definitely tell people to come here.
