Havent been into an auto parts store for a while and I was somewhat surprised and happy. I asked a couple questions that maybe have been asked a million times but the guys arent answer them clearly and precisely just like I was an old mechanic coming in to find some random part. I was made to feel like I knew what I was doing and of course I had no idea.

They are very tolerant. Our dad has been behind their store in the back parking lot fixing his truck/step van, which is not a small vehicle for 3 days now without being hassled! Amazing, much appreciated!!

This AutoZone is the best in my opinion because their service has been better here then all the other ones Ive been to. You can also rent tools at no charge for using them but you do have to leave a deposit that you get back in full as long as you return the tools in the same manner as you rented them in.An there is ton of parking for customers with RVs or trailers who need to use any of the services they provide for there customers.

I appreciate the service that I was given at the Warner location for AutoZone. I went in there last night Friday to ask questions about a battery I was greeted by Terrell and Janet they were very knowledgeable and very helpful. Very hard to find people that are helpful and the customer service industry. They went out of their way to help me and should be commended.

I went to AutoZone in Huntington Beach on Warner Avenue on a Sunday, desperate for help to replace my driver’s side windshield wiper because I am starting a new job Monday, March 15 and it just so happens to rain that day. Well knowing that I have no idea how to replace a windshield wiper, Jacson L. , Sales Customer Satisfaction associate, saved the day!!!! I asked for assistance and he did not hesitate one minute to help me. What took him only two minutes to replace, would have taken me two hours! It’s wonderful when businesses like AutoZone have employees specifically hired and trained to cater to customers needs. Thank you Jacson!!!!!

Good store had my Ford key duplicated here, they did a great job.

Always replace your wiper blades immediately - in the parking lot in front of a store after buying them if you can. AutoZone is so scummy. I bought these blades but didnt put them in the same day. One was fine, the other someone had apparently returned and put their old blade in. I went into this store and asked to exchange it but didnt have my receipt since they should be able to look me up by rewards number. The manager, David Lopez, said he couldnt return it without a receipt even if I had the rewards number. So I called customer service. The first guy I talked to said that the wiper blades werent even on the transaction. So I asked to talk to a supervisor who confirmed that they were and gave me the numbers to give to the store. I go back in and do the exchange and then after typing in the numbers the same guy tries to make the excuse that he couldnt look it up because I didnt buy it at this store. But he hadnt even asked that the first time. I said, which is it, the lack of receipt, or the different store? And he said it was because of the receipt. Get your story straight. The auto industry in general tends to be scummy but there are definitely better chains out there.

NO LINES! Friendly, Prompt, Service with a Smile. Ive had a couple less then perfect visits to AutoZone, but since they are the closest auto parts store to me, I gave them another shot. Todays visit made up for past transgressions. Esteban was friendly, and outgoing, getting me the moment I walked into the store. I approached the counter and explained what I was looking for. Unbeknown to me, the headlamp was NOT behind the counter, but on one of the aisles. Didnt matter, Esteban quickly walked over, retrieved the correct one, and brought it back to me. I paid, and he thanked me with that trademark smile, and I was on my way. Im hoping all my future visits are as nice as today was.

I came to the store to get new wiper blades and came across Jacson just after he finished helping another customer. Immediately, he asked me what I needed and offered to install the blades on my car. I was very impressed with his attitude and thankful he installed them because I earlier tried to remove the blades myself and was having trouble with one of them. Jacson made my experience seamless and quick! Great customer service!

At about 5pm on December 5th I came into the store looking to purchase a new battery and get my old one tested. I was told that nobody could help me because there were only two people in the store when I had just seen another person behind the counter. I asked when more people would be returning and they said they wouldn’t be able to help me the rest of the day. I have always used autozone for little mechanical fixes that I need instead of going to the mechanic but now I will be just going to the mechanic because I wouldn’t trust lazy liars with my car anyways. Thanks for nothing.

Nice place to buy parts. They can and will find your part if not in stock. Parts like oil and air filters are readily available along with batteries and light bulbs. Open late will loan specialty tools when needed. The only draw back is pricing. Hard for them to compete with big box or online stores. But their the best bet in a pinch.

The good thing about Auto Zone is that they can look up just about any information you need in their computer to make sure you get the right products. Additionally, their price is pretty reasonable. Sure you could shop around but for me its also convenience.When it comes to stuff for your auto they have lots of it.The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because for years I have been getting my car battery at Auto Zone. The last time they said they could not find my information. I usually keep my receipt in the glove box..but had taken it out for AAA to run a test and had it with those results and misplaced it. I thought no problem Im in the system and I could get the discount..since it was still under warranty. Nope ..I had disappeared from the system. Finally I went back and they found me. Which was kinda convenient to find it just after the warranty expired. I had been explaining the situation but didnt get the issue fixed.I still go there for other things because they still have decent prices.

Well stocked up store with K&N filters and the recharger which I needed to get. Currently theyre out of change in coins so, if you want to pay with cash have exact change.

Crazy expensive!!!!! Over 10$ for a quart of oil! Crude oil is at 65$ for a full55 gallon barrel right now haI got same oil at home depot for 26.00 for 5 qts or 5.49 per qt

My visit with auto zone this morning was REPULSING. I went to go get my car a new battery with installation ( which they said they OFFER) , after one of the men said that they can replace the battery, he came back after saying he couldnt anymore because he claimed it would take TEN MINUTES TO INSTALL. BEFORE WHICH I made sure to ask him if it was OK to TURN OFF MY CAR, warning him it wouldnt start if I did, he confirmed with me that he would replace and install the battery again so I proceeded to listen to his professional orders. We even called to confirm before going in that they have the capability of replacing the battery which they said they did.Didnt know that I showed up to a bakery..... we asked him why he changed his mind and he said because it would take 10 minutes to complete. But isnt it your job to install a battery??? We were dumbfounded.... we asked to speak to the manager and he was just as dishonest. We called him out and told him that him and his team are so dishonest and that we were appalled that he wouldnt even change the battery or EVEN JUMP START THE CAR.We told him that the car is literally not even starting and he refused to jump it. We ended up calling Triple A and they came to that auto zone and jump started the car. Me and my parents are still in utter shock that they refused to TAKE our money and do their JOB in replacing the battery or at least jumpstarting the car... SO repulsing, we are disgusted by this service. We expected the manager to correct his employee who was dishonest and LAZY, instead the manager was JUST AS LOW. So disgusting.I DO NOT recommend this place whatsoever. you would think during a global pandemic people would be more kind to others and serve them, however we were mistaken.

I can always get what I need at this AutoZone and the employees are so friendly and helpful.

My check engine light came on I asked the guy at the counter if he could check the code ...he said go ahead and do it yourself and gave me the meter ....that was cool ..... went back in the store they downloaded a printout of the codes and what I needed it to remedy it....... thought I was going to have to wait around a long time for someone to come out and do it but it was simple and straightforward with no up sell... I appreciated that ...its hard to say what the place is like on any other given day but on this visit thier service worked for me. ......

Great place for most car needs. Most staff are fairly knowledgeable, feel free to ask questions if you have them. My only recommendation is to make sure that if you are ordering parts in, you look at prices with the representative. They usually have options so dont necessarily take the first option, there could be a better deal.

Its a good location and they have good parts and good prices I seem to find everything I need all the time. Theres good shopping centers in the area to and things to do as well. I would definitely recommend it and call first to make sure they have the parts you need.

They generally have what Im after. The only reason for 4 stars is that most times Im there I have to wait too long to be checked out. Ill see what seems like five or six employees walking around, stocking shelves or just talking to each in the back, out of sight. I have literally waited in line more than 15 minutes behind a guy asking about almost every part under the hood of some old Chevy, while employees came and went, in and out of the back while I stood there. Today was much better.

Large store,helpful service and good hours(open late 10pm). Almost forgot they have loaner tools and OBD 2 readers for public use too. Only drawback is no trash cans to toss old parts away.

Was told by a very sloppy dressed guy named Rudy I had been in the parking lot too long (I was waiting for my wife to get off work and meet me ) insinuated I was homeless told me I was lucky he didnt have my car towed. Staff is very knowledgeable about how to do a quick repair on your vehicle. Tell them the type of vehicle you have and the problem and they will guide you through it. They will also pull the part you need if they know that you are coming right in to get it. Excellent customer service.

I like the way this store is laid out because its familiar but some of the employees are uneducated and its so frustrating. But a couple of them are more than helpful and always a pleasure to deal with. Just know what youre looking for before you go in there... Or go to PepBoys. 😊

Again one of my neighborhood places, this location has been good. I dont do as much work on my car as I would like to these days but they seem to have a good variety of parts, definitely recommend stopping by if you need anything.

Not my local store but the staff is helpful and they cary more parts in stock then the auto zone nearest me.Love there rewards program the only one that realy gives you money towards purchases.A lot of parts in stock for my 97 Ford F150 5.8ltr.Good warranty on Duralast parts.Ez core exchange and batterie tester.They usealy have what i need to keep my truck on the road.
