Saw a deal online for retro games on the 3ds as a gamestop exclusive. Unfortunately they did not have any 3ds systems in stock and could not order one but were able to direct me to another local store that did.

They have video games and collectibles. Rex was an amazing help

This place has great customer services they always tell me the latest and newest upcoming products. I love this gamestop and everyone in it. Some people complain because they dont know how to address some things and should really work on their people skills. I never once had any problems with any gamestop period and I have got nothing but love for gamestop. Keep doing what you do and dont let the haters stop your shine gamestop.

I wont give a full five stars cause they dont always have what they advertise they have. But the stores always clean even if a lot of the customers arent.A lot of the employees are great, theres just a few guys that are uptight and tight-lipped. Im not saying do a song and dance or anything but could I get a little pep?

Great service and friendly staff. I was looking for an old school DS Lite and they actually had one. It belonged to the girl that was working so it was neat to buy it off of the actual owner. The DS was in great condition. More GameStop employees should be as friendly as this girl was. Great customer service!

Everyone that works there is super knowledgeable. They treat you like your old friends. They do their best to help you find what you want and for the best price. No I was not given store credit to write this review but if someone from gamestop sees this i wont say no to some in store credit. You guys are the best.

A great place to shop for video games! The staff is very knowledgeable and the prices are competitive, especially if you join the rewards program. However, twice now weve gotten home before we realized the employee didnt put our game in the case at checkout. Both times they immediately fixed it, but its still a hassle for the customer to have to go back to the store.

Turned in my old games today and was able to buy a brand new game, Pokemon plushies for my son and still had a huge credit left. Were going back tomorrow to use the rest!Hands down the MOST Ive ever been given for used games.The staff there was super friendly and didnt make me feel like sifting through my trade-ins was a chore. Got the new call of duty here and when I brought it home I couldnt shoot a damn person. Brought it back expecting a full refund and the worker (guy with a beard) couldnt accept it due to damage. When I bought it it had the scratches and blood on it. Its part of the design! Anyway I had to my cat taken care of, shed just been in a freak accident and I figured this would take 5 minutes on the way to the ER. Will be back for the next animal crossing game.

I called the store to ask about trade in offers and promotions. The first question someone named Tim didnt really give me a straight response. I asked about promotions afterwards he said he didnt have time to talk to me over the phone and that i should just come to the store for further questions, and basically hung up on me. He stated he was busy planning for a upcoming release of battlefield. I get it that your busy preparing for it and wanna ensure it goes smoothly. But you should not try to make the customer feel like the person in the wrong when all they are asking is two questions. TWO DAMN QUESTIONS! I will never return to this location again. I will highly recommend customers to visit a different location. horrible customer service. Most people would get fired for that customer service something to think about gamestop!

Great place to get used game

I walk in to look at used titles and 3 different employees flock to me to try and sell me things. Its Gamestop guys, its not that serious.

I strongly recommend going to Best Buy instead. Cause I won’t be shopping here again. Went in to buy a playstation plus card for online for 1 year for my brother for christmas. They had them on sale for 30 dollars. I went up and they tried to charge over 60. I asked them why it wasn’t the sale price and he just kept yelling at me it was only while supply last, it was only why supply last. But the sign definitely said until the 24th. It’s the 23 rd. And he said while supply last but there was still plenty of cards so idk how that works. And he said that they ran out in one day. The sale started the 17th. And we went in on the 23rd. And they still had the sign up. The man was very rude and we were just calmly trying to get an explanation and he just kept screaming at us. Won’t shop here again. If i could give them 0 stars I would.

I have not been in a GameStop in years because of the companies business practices, but I was given some gift cards. Service was quicker then I remember, was not hassled about making for the transactions and only spent maybe 6 minutes in the store.
