Horrible customer service. The music was so loud I thought I was in a night club not a phone store. The employees were more interested in talking to each other an playing on their phones then helping customers.

If you need help this is the ATT location to visit in North Dayton. Superior service and extremely knowledgeable associates. Nearby ATT stores are inefficient and are not as helpful

One of the best! at&t stores Ive ever been at!!I came in there to pay my bill last month was also having phone issues so the sales rep Victor worked with me was very polite and tech savvy and help me fix my phone issues.. he was able to fix my phone and get me a better plan to save me money. Highly recommend going to this location! The staff are very kind and helpful!

Wade made our experience great! His customer service skills and knowledge were top notch. Stopped in the store to see about upgrading our phones. A couple days later, when we were ready to pull the trigger, the phones were sold out. Wade was sure to keep in contact with us and notified us the next day when their shipment arrived. This store allowed someone to fraudulent purchase $2100 (2 iPhones and air pods pro) and add two lines with zero down and charged to our account without any verification. Do not use this store.TO BE CLEAR: We do not live here. We have never visited this store. This store allows SOMEONE ELSE to walk out of their store and charged $2100 to OUR account.

My wife came in maybe 2 months ago to upgrade her phone and to fix our sons phone. The sale rep said it would be cheaper to go on the new plan and upgrade. Our bill has dropped 30 dollars with upgrading her line..unfortunately we had to go to apple to get the phone fixed. Over all very pleased with our service highly recommend!

Excellent!! usually go to the troy store but I was close to the huber storeso I decied to stop in. I worked with Victor and came in there about a month ago he helped me lowerd my bill, it was around 220 when I came in, and I needed to upgrade my phone. Though my first bill was higher it was like 100 dollars higher then what he quoted. But I stopped into the store for him to explain it, and on THE Next bill it was like 182 dollars! So I literally went back 4 hours later to get my wife the same phone I purchased earlier. I was greeted by someone else as Julian wasn’t there. They proceeded to tell me they couldn’t sell me the same exact phone I purchased from them earlier. So I asked to speak to the person in charge . They called the dm who literally hung up on me. She thought she was talking to her team member but she was on speaker. She was rude. Then the person I was dealing with just walked away and went to the back. The person in charge came out and said he took a call from his girlfriend! Then he told me to go to Best Buy and by the phone and bring it back. Unfortunately Best Buy was 399 and att had it for 149. I had to got to the Huber location which took 2 hours to get the phone I got from Julian in literally 5 minutes! If it ain’t Julian don’t even bother ! You will waste your time!

This store are nothing but liars! Went to upgrade my husbands phone. Was told in order to upgrade we had to change our plan. That the new plan would be cheaper, with NO changes. Well there were changes! Then told us his trade in was $700, then after switching everything to the new phone was told, oh sorry the $700 deal ended yesterday so you only got $60! Will never ever do business with them again, plus will tell everyone we know not to go here!

Tanasia was amazing. She helps me to make payments on accounts. We have extra funds to help during Covid 19 by paying on client phone bills. Tanasia is courteous, knowledgeable, and persistent to get the job done. I came on another night when 2 other women were there and neither of them were either knowledgeable or willing to help. BUYER BEWAREDO NOT do business with Victor. TERRIBLE customer service, he will knowingly lie and deceive you.I purchased a Series 5 watch back in April from Victor while he was at the Xenia location. I made it explicitly clear that I did NOT want cellular service on the watch. Victor stated that was not a problem. Victor then stated that there was a Buy one, get one deal on Series 5 watches. I was surprised considering there was no advertisement in store for this promotion. I opted in, and again, made it explicitly clear that I did NOT want cellular service on either watch. Victor stated, again, that would not be a problem. What Victor did not inform me of was that the Buy one, get one deal was only valid if you opened up a new line for each watch. I cannot state enough that during this service transaction, Victor on multiple occasions stated that there would be NO cellular service on the watches, and NO extra charges associated. Upon receiving my bill, I am in fact being charged for the two activated lines. I went to the Xenia location to speak with Victor only to find out he had moved to the Huber Heights location. Additionally the employee I spoke with confirmed that Victor absolutely deceived me and should have informed me that the Xenia location ONLY sold watches with cellular service, the Buy one, get one was ONLY valid when opening up a new line on the watches, and if I did not want the service, I would need to purchase the watches elsewhere. I have made six phone calls to AT&T with no resolution.

Great customer service! 5 stars! Money saver!Ive been with at&t for years but I was fed up with the price I was paying more than 200 dollars a month for cable. I stopped in the huber location back in July to pay my bill so that I could cancel it and be done with it. Called in they wouldnt give me any promotions and I wasnt going to pay that kind of money each month. It was a shame cause I like cable. Viktor was patient with me and herd my whole rant of the situation and he took care of me and suggested I try at&t TV It lowered my bill over 100 bucks! Im still getting used to the whole streaming aspect but for the price, its definitely worth the learning curve. Thankfuly he set up the box for me, cause im not that tech savvy. Highly recommend at&TV

Victor is the guy to see!!My husband and i orginal worked with Victor at Xenia, he got us a couple of upgrades and unlimited data...and we have been very pleased ever since...weve had unfortunate experiences with AT&T in the past and have been loyal customers for years and was on the verge of quitting, but Victor was very polite and informative when he was working with us and battled with AT&T to make things right for us! and because of it we have not left AT&T services... thank you!

A bit of a wait to get service, but worth it. Stephen helped me. Great customer service. He knew his stuff, extremely knowledgeable, very courteous and respectful, great listener excellent problem solver. I was outta there in 15 minutes and it was an easy fix. Also, Stephen looked my bill over to make sure I was getting the best deal and found out I could get a 15% discount and could up it to 25% with new plans coming out October 5th! I love saving money!!!!!

Do not do business with Victor!!! He lied, lied, and lied again! He will tell you anything to get the sale, and then AT&T, while admitting wrong doing, will do nothing to fix it. We have been extremely unhappy with AT&T since we switched in December. Our bill has more than doubled what Victor quoted us. In fact, at first it was over $900 higher than what he said it would be!!! It has been a different amount every single month, and nobody can explain why or fix it. Yet they want me to sign up for automatic payments. Hahaha, tried that! They took over $1200 in a period of 10 days. Victor said my bill would be $316. It is now over $600! AT$T, especially VICTOR, CANNOT be trusted!

Darren the store manager, is always a pleasure to work with. He knows the best deals and promotions that AT&T is offering and goes out of his way to make sure have the best experience possible. I have gone through him exclusively over the last 10 years no matter what location he has been working in.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I came in there about a week ago because my iphone was having audio issues..every time I would get a call my phone it wouldnt ring! I thought for sure it was broken but The sales rep Victor was an absolute pleasure to work with it! And simply just showed me that silent mode was turned. Not only did he resolve my issue just by turning it off of silent mode but he lowered my bill and got me a new phone for a really good price!.. and the manager Jeremy was a joy to talk to as well! Thank you victor and jermery for making my att experience a memorable one! Definitely will be back, fantastic customer service!UPDATE: its been couple months now from me previously making changes to my account my bill is 40 dollars lower and my service is fantastic! Ive had nothing but great experiences through this store. The employees are top notched. Theyre knowledgeable and pleasant. The manager, Lawanda Moore is the absolute best. Ive had issues with my Direct TV services and she went all out to assist us and get the issue resolved. She also got us a remarkable credit added to our account. They are the absolute best bunch of employees at this location. I would go nowhere else and would recommend to my friends and family to use this location for all of their AT&T services.

I had an exceptional experience at this store. I was in a rush and needed 2 phones quickly. The manager, Lawanda (spelling?) was beyond attentive to my needs and her staff was supportive and professional during the entire process. I will never go to another store - if you want the very best in customer service - I suggest going here!

I absolutely love this store!

This is getting 3 stars due to how terrible AT&T is as a company. We have had countless issues since signing up 3 months ago. The bill was outlandish for the first bill. I even worked for AT&T for 3 years and knew what to expect for charges, and still was shocked. We were promised activation fees, phone promos, and waived fees be credited back to us by the rep at the store. They have a limit they are allowed to credit back, so when the customer service line instructs you to go back to the store for a credit due to the stores error, you expect it to be fixed. The store will fight you and say they cant, and to come back in an hour and ask someone else to credit. The dodge giving credits so it doesnt hurt there commission. Accept your mistake, and fix it.

Very surprised by inaccurate information provided by the salesman and district manager. Took three trips within the same day to sort out our phone arrangement because the sales folks did not understand the basic processes involved in transferring service from other providers to AT&T as well as the associated credit checks. The sales team continually provided responses akin to “I don’t know, it’s a corporate policy I guess” and struggled to answer our questions. I have never been so dissatisfied with AT&Ts service before. I will stick with AT&T, but surely will never visit this particular location again. Update: just got first bill and noticed we were charged activation fees, even after asking and being explicitly told there would be no activation fees. These folks are just a joke. Rarely have I met such incompetent sales people

Worst customer service I have ever seen

Customer beware. My iPhone 6 went blank so I went into this store for help. They began saying that 3 other customers came in with the same problem with the screen going blank. They plugged it in to see if it would come on. I asked about a new battery, they said they don’t sell them. They began giving me the sale pitch for a new phone. I shouldn’t go with another 6 but I should upgrade. Another 6 would do the same thing because this phone can’t handle iPhones upgrades. In the mean time my husband comes into the store to see what the issue was with my phone. His remark was ... It needs to be rebooted. Sure enough that is what it was. I never saw the girl try to reboot it, and not once did any of the other employees say let me see if it needs debuted. This store is all about sales, not customer service. My gf had a bad experience with this store two weeks ago, they signed her up for At&t tv service when she told them no. My guess is they are being pushed to make sales. Not helping you with issues. If you have problems with your iPhone, make the extra drive to the iPhone store at the Greene for help.
