The buying experience was good. Its just the little things after that its a headache. The little details of my mobile home it takes really longgggggggggg time for them to go fix them.they mak a big order to the company who builded so they go and fix it like 3 months ago.. NO ANSWER YET.Now they said I need yo call the conpany who builded the mobile for them to fix it 😒 😤 🙄. My mobile home its falling apart and looks like they dont care

Best mobile home company I’ve dealt with so far they did an amazing job and really took great care of us and our home. Far as the transporters if you really take a good look at the job they do out in the field and in the hot sun, you would truly appreciate their service because it takes dedication. Never again..trailer was chopped up...electric cables cut..strap down cut too short. Ruined getting insurance...sewer was not disconnected.it was cut off at the joint with a saw..they are not insured..dont pull permits..just use a blank one and fills it out..poor managment

Amazing customer service

Just closed my contract with Mannys mobile homes. I went to 5 different places and this place was the only one that could explain the process and most importantly had reasonable prices. Fredy hands down is the reason why i signed with them. He has great knowledge of the process and helps you in anyway possible to make sure you get the best deal and understanding of the contract. He never pushed to hurry and sign but yet took his time and waited til we were ready and understood everything.

To me Manny Mobile Homes have been a huge blessing to me and my family, I dealt with Carlos and i swear the guy the is nothing but GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I really dont know why they have any bad ratings but to me they have been great. I was going to buy at Clayton Homes but Im really glad I did business here than Clayton, I love Manny Mobile Homes that everyone that sees my house they cant believe the price I got it for since got i got here in Clayton I really would have paid at least 80k more but thanks to Carlos and Manny they are nothing but the best ignore the bad rating give them a chance and you will see what i mean. Carlos, Manny, and even Rojo really honest people not once i felt i was being cheated to by them they really try to help the customer i will be doing business with them soon I just want to Thank them and may God keep blessing this guys just like they blessed me and my family.

Not much of a selection, especially for the prices. I took pics of the nice ones, but some were downright uninhabitable Harvey trailers. Some of the trailers were falling apart but were being sold for high amounts. I feel bad for the immigrants who come here because apparently they finance them because no one else will and charge them outrageously. Seems pretty messed up to take advantage of people like that. We ended up finding an amazing place right after this that was cheaper, more upgraded and friendlier, they really rubbed me the wrong way here.

My fiancee and I had Mannys remove an old trailer from our property. There were a few hiccups in the whole deal but at the end of the day everything was made right. The Owner is a stand up man based on good work ethics. Thank you Manny for removing our old trailer.

We went here one day just looking around and comparing pricing, Fredy explained how everything works and was very nice, then we came back about a month later and decided to fill out the credit app, two days later Fredy called and we got an approval I about jumped out of my seat, from then on he was very helpful in all areas and he has a wonderful sense of humor as well. Expensive, no help from staff

I give them 1 star for what? Because I did 2 applications with them, I went on a Sunday to do them and see all the necessary documentation for the application, they told me it takes 24 hours to see if you qualify and it turns out that I speak on Wednesday and they tell me they are checking it, well, 2 weeks passed and it was The same and it turns out that the applications were never sent until I insisted on knowing the answer and after 2 weeks of calls and messages that I made, the bank finally sent me an answer to me and I made them know and to this day I do not have help answer or anything of manis better I look where if they can help me they say that they are to help but I did not see it anywhere or I think it was the seller who did not want to help us sadly😞😞😞😞
