It’s been a nightmare since we purchased our mobile home in this place. I think we were too excited to hear that the house we just had purchased was a good deal. Little we would know what was coming after. Our house was delivered on may 5/2021 since that day till now we haven’t be able to move in. The first payment has be charged. And still we keep getting bad news the house isn’t ready to move in. It’s been stressful for my husband and I. I mean our furniture our living room and dining table that we purchased last month of June has been delivered to the place we are renting sitting in the porch just imagine that. We already received the light bill for our house and the water bill too and we haven’t moved in. Just two day ago we received a call the house has to be moved again cause who ever put together didn’t properly do it correct. Horrible service not naming anybody cause they changed personal every time. They give you numbers from people who are getting the task done and they never answer. It’s so annoying we have to be calling them every day to see progress in something it should’ve been done the most a month. We started to see they were moving when we ask to talk to the owner which he doesn’t work on weekends. The owner of this place knows our situation and still here we are almost three months and nothing. I honestly gave up already. We are stuck here for 20 years to pay of the house.

THE WORST OF THE WORST. STAY AWAY!!!I bought my house and was delivered the second week of April 2021 and to this day November 5, 2021 still so many issues not being fixed and I am not talking about little details, I am talking about things like master shower not in use or shingles on roof missing and broken structure of the house (to the point i had to put a tarp on so the rain wouldnt damage more damage. A TARP ON A BRAND NEW HOUSE!!! I have talk to so many people there and theres always someone new. You call they never answer and when they do nothing gets done. NO ONE DOES ANYTHING ABOUT IT. They just thow the ball at each other. Now pretty much say they have to wait until the manufacturer Legacy Homes does something about it. Is like I am not their problem anymore. I have a list of the people Ive talked to and believe me is close to 15. Ive ask to talk to the owner or main person and I was denied by the secretary to do that!!

If in any case you decide to not buy the home that you’re applying for and you already gave them your down payment along with the application, they will hold your down payment for a long time before they can refund it. I don’t think they have a separate customer service department to assist people with these issues, because they will keep telling you that they’ll get back to you, but never do. They’re very quick to deduct your down payment from your bank account. Just make sure you’re ready to buy. Other than this, the staff is very nice during the buying process.

Do not give this people your money. We bought a mobile home from them. It took for ever to get se up. The ac doesn’t work and they refuse to fix it. The house has leaks and once again, they refuse to fix it. customer service is non existent. Stay a way from their predatory services.. I give them a negative stars if it was possible. Save yourself the headache and stay away from them.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS PLACE. Since purchasing our home back in January its been an absolute nightmare. They moved it to our lot in May. Not properly placed just put in the middle of our lot. Fast forward to now October its still not complete. They promised to fix the electrical and plumbing issues but havent heard back. No one answers the phone or emails. We go in person to speak to a manager to later find out they lied and wasnt a manager. Constantly changing their employees. All they do is blame each other and ignore our needs that they promised to fix. Oh, but when it comes to the payment they want it on time and even processed it without permission. BEWARE! They are all liars. From Jay the seller, to Walter the manager, to the service man Mario. Oh and they claimed to have sent someone to clean it and its still dirty.

Bad experience with Americasa. I dont write reviews but I got to write this one. Im crying 😭 writing this review. Too much stress with this company. We have closed everything since March. But gave us house keys on July 15th since then we can not even move in. I have to drive 40 mins Monday through Friday back and forth to drop my kids at their new school thinking the house will be ready. My kids having stress as well waking up at 530am to go to school every day!!! Now we start to pay the mortgage without living in the house. They are not nice at all with Heavy Heart writing this review. We suppose to have a good experience with our first home 🏡 but its the other way around. 💔😭😭💔

They are crooks. My family home was damaged after hurricane harvey and we went to them in desperation to find a safe home quickly . We did not receive either. This week we finally had the home delivered and it is not safe and I would definitely say after months of dealing with them it was not quick either. When they finally decided to delivered the home they did such a hap hazard job that the blocks are leaning and the the house after 2 days is already un-level. The BRAND NEW air conditioner has been damaged and they have drilled holes into our siding with out sealing it so before we can move into this new home to leave a water damaged home we already have water getting into the walls

My name is Abimael Arakachi Reynaldo, i stopped doing business with them and the $7,600 i paid them as down payment was supposed to be refunded to my bank account, its being more than a month and my money still not on my bank account, I been trying to speak to any manager they always said they are busy and manager will call you back I texted and called sales person and response from him as well, this is ridiculous. I need to get my money refunded ASAP.

Beware! Great service up front and very helpful. But as soon as the signatures are done and they receive the money from the bank you are on your own. I have been trying for months to get them out to fix damages done to my home during transport with not even a returned call. Calls, emails texts all ignored.

If you are looking to buy a mobile home, I highly recommend Americasa, especially his sales representative Yevgueni Zapata, he is very professional, he helped us a lot, he answered all our questions ( he was there 24/7 literally) and even when we signed the contract he help us go through the moving and installed process. I removed one star because Freddy ( handyman services) was almost impossible to reach and took forever to finally send someone to install our porch and skirting and that was because Zapata interfered for us!Even when his job with us was done he never stopped answering us and helping us until we were fully satisfied, that’s what I call a great costumer service!!

Do not give these people your money. Uslysses took my fiances money. We stopped doing business with them and the $500 that Mike Vasquez gave him was supposed to be refunded to his bank account. Over 30 days later, still no money. They refuse to answer phone calls or texts. Even calling the main office phones does no good. They cater to Hispanics but they also try to cheat them. Beware.

Ulises hooked me up with a good deal. Made everything simple and got me approved for funding. Will be back again for more.

Ones all that was done it turned into a complete joke..no kind of communication, fake promise list. it took over a month+ to be move in ready. Every time I would call they had no clue what was happening from Ramses, Ernie to management. A very famous respond I would get was We dont take care of that, its not our job . Ok its not your job but you contract the people to get it done right????. They made no real effort to make things right. What started off as buying my mom a new home and having it ready for her Bday turned into a complete mess. I will NOT be recommending this place to ANYBODY. I would even bet most of the 5 star reviews are FAKE on here. I see one with my name about the same time I made my purchase. Just glad all this is over...BIG MISTAKE doing business with this place.

I cant say enough good things about my experience with Mobile Housing of Texas and Ernie S. The process was seamless which was completely unexpected because nothing ever goes smoothly with such a large purchase, but it did thanks to how knowledgeable Ernie was. The other thing that completely blew my mind was how quickly I would get a response when I called or emailed. On the rare occasion that I did have to leave a voice message, my call was always returned within an hour or less. These are amazing people to do business with.! Thank you soooooooooo much Ernie!!!!

Yeah. This place is great if you dont need in-house financing. The owner sold us out to legacy housing, 6 months after paying him 14 thousand dollars down payment for our new house, without notifying us, and all the boneheads who work for him took 8 months to send over our insurance papers, etc. It was a huge mess.

The worst experience ever terrible customer service I’m sick and tired of it once you sign the contract your on your own I regret buying a home from them the worst place ever what kind of business is this we own a business and our customers are our priority we have not once received a freaking bill we don’t know how much we’ve paid towards our home we don’t know the balance oh but they pull the monthly payment every 14th of the month they supposedly were going to start sending us bills/balance like months almost a year ago and we have not once received one we also went Monday last week and they just told us oh Lorena is going to send you your balance and send the paperwork to refinance your home nothing has been done I should’ve listen to a person that used to work there way long ago that told me that this company was complete bull that’s why they left the company

Where to begin. First person I gotta thank is Hector the one that I first got in contact with. Same day I first talked with him, gave him the details of the move of a single wide mobile home was the same day he reached out and gave me his quote and when it came too it was exactly what I paid. And the move was done today 8/25/2017. Yes the day before the big storm came in Hectors crew came out the day before prepped and today the 25 came out and knocked out the move. Not only that due to the weather they questioned if they would be able to knock out tying it down to the ground due to the incoming rain. Which by the way was what i most concerned about because of the high winds. But man these guys all had families to get home to yet as promised they got to work and braced it down before the bad weather came in and I cant thank these guys enough. Very professional and price was more then fair. Will definitely recommend them to anyone and use them again in future jobs. Good communication both with Hector the manager and the crew in charge of the move. Whether it was threw text,call,or email. Awesome group of guys.

You need to be careful who you listen to at mhot. Lots of talk and not following thru by some of there staff. Get your own contractors to do the electricity, plumbing, set up. After the home is delivered and you start dealing with the service manager they go quite. If you dont ask consistently you dont know whats next. Not satisfied with the whole experience. 🤨

If you want to buy junk buy it here they will never complete the job of things in need of repair they say that they give a 7 year warranty I would like to see that happen when they cant even complete the install the whole staff is unprofessional and do not care after the purchase delivered home the end of December and it is the end of February and still waiting going to start lawsuits wish I could post 0 star they say it is cosmetic doors that dont close light switch missing in master bathroom tub faucet no cold water knob falling off a cabinet doors does that seem like its cosmetic to you

I haven’t heard anything back I called the guy who helped and no answer texted the guy and still no answer they say without ssi the can approve you but then again they run ur credit multiple times with makes ur credit score lower . The mobile homes are very overpriced you can go somewhere else and get the same mobile home for $20,000 less. They tried to sell me a Trumh Glory for $53,000 when factory direct has the exact same one for $29,000 they did not wanna price match.

Me and my husband went on February 29th and we worked with jair. We signed papers we even gave the info for a downpayment and nothing has happened since. I have tried getting a hold of jair by email text and phone and nothing. So we will go somewhere else.

This place is an absolute ripoff, my son in law went in on a referral and was told he would be approved no problem on a repo unit they had coming in so he put down $2,000.00 to secure the unit at their request which was to be immediately refunded if the deal was not consummated. After getting the unit in they told them they would not be able to get the deal approved like they said so he requested the money back. After some real unprofessionalism my son in law got into a heated dispute with the management team and now they keep telling him the money will be refunded, its been over 6 weeks and a ton of lies with no refund in hand. Now I am forced to sue them for the 2000.00 plus emotional distress and attorneys fees just to get the money back. Unfortunate it came to this but please watch out for these guys, they have very unethical business practices.

No COVID-19 regulations in place. Company seems to not care about their customer and employee health due to the lack of signage addressing the global pandemic we are currently going through. Employees do not wear masks nor do they enforce masks to be worn by customers. Disgusted.

Spent over 200k with them and one of the many issues we experienced was that there is lack of communication internally, which in turn compromises the quality of customer service after the sale.We have waited over 100 days since houses were installed and are still not live in ready.One of our houses was installed outside our property line and had to pay 1k more to get it moved when the property line was clearly marked before install.There has been over 5 people to report the issues up the ladder of command and nothing has been done in regards. All the way up from President to office manager.Please stay away from these guys; save your money and time an go with the competitors.

The selection of new homes was pretty insane. definitely stop here when you go find a new home, we started our search here, visited clayton and palm harbor, and then came back to get the one with cedar exterior and the porch. will update when it gets delivered
