I bought this amazing little Rebel 300 here a few months ago. Ive ridden over 3000 miles and cant thank these guys enough for helping me begin my bike life. They worked b on getting me a good Bruce within my budget, delivery, basic riding gear, as well as learning to ride through the class offered on site. These guys were ALL professional and quick. They went above and beyond (especially Micah) by listening to my needs and resolving them even when they had to go outside their normal business routines. They then worked to reduce the price. They noticed unrelated minor problems and made sure I was aware of them. Most importantly, my bike feels like I just rode it off the lot.

I went to this store to look for a new bike. The cruiser I wanted the bank wanted to hit me with a 16% interest, then they wanted to run my credit again because maybe it will go lower the used bike section was absolutely filthy, its very clear they dont do vehicle inspections when they receive a used bike. This same day, I went to wild west motoplex and rode out on a 2019 vulcan 900. Rob and Arial, you both missed out on this sale, and you can mostly blame Arial for the dumb idea to run my credit twice and lets try again with no solid idea what the outcome could be.

Good Customer service very good looking bikes , sales personnel comes present themselves one time which i appreciate my space, and they leave you alone for the rest of the time the you are there, so you can look around and feel the bikes of your preference, after a while they come back and they ask if you have questions,they understand that we customers dont like sales men behind you,so i say that is a good plus.

I had been planning on purchasing a specific bike for some time. When I finally made the decision to buy a Honda Rebel 300, the closest business that had one available was Stubbs Cycles. I typically am one not to call someone, so I began a chat with Tylor about it. Definitely love this feature! Tylor answered all my questions about the bike and even quoted me the total price. Very straight forward buying. On the day of pickup, we ran into a small glitch, and everyone involved was very helpful and patient till the situation was resolved. Tylor took his time showing me the ins and outs of the bike and even helped load the bike in my truck. Definitely recommend buying from Stubbs Cycles if you are looking to purchase a motorcycle.

Would never recommend this dealer to anyone. Ever. Went here wanting to purchase a side by side and a four wheeler. From the minute we sat down it was sales pitch after sales pitch, “you aren’t going to any better anywhere else”, “ all other dealers are lying about their prices”, “this is the best you’re going to do” etc with the occasional smart remark thrown in. This went on for three hours before we decided to just leave. Having worked in a car sales environment before i recognized all the sleaze ball tactics. If you have to trash other dealers it’s usually because you have very little to offer yourself.Fast forward three days, we go to another large dealer in Houston. Get the exact same year and model side by side, out the door for $1,400 less than Stubbs best offer, one model level up four wheeler out the door for $600 less than their best. They had also told us Honda wouldn’t finance both machines, well guess what? The other dealer got it done and at a lower interest rate. this was also all done over the phone. No back and forth no ridiculous trash talking just done. Here ya go here’s what we can do and it’s our best. Don’t waste your time here. They have an old school dealer mentality where their goal is to get absolutely every penny out of every customer that walks through the door. The good news is that the internet will soon out people like this out of business. The two machines they lost a sale on are pictured below.

Let me start off by saying when I first walked into this shop I had never ridden a motorcycle in my life. I knew I wanted a cruiser bike and thats about it. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with smiles. I had only YouTube knowledge of what I thought I wanted and when I had questions about anything everybody I asked had no judgemental note in their tone offering their opinion. Instead they guided me through a series of visits of what motorcycle would be the best fit for me. A Honda Shadow Phantom 750. Great starter bike by the way. Sadly 69 days and 4000 mi. after, some truck cut me off and the bike was totaled. I went right back after the insurance covered the loss with a bit more experience about riding. I walked onto the floor and these same faces recognized mine and we started choosing my next bike to be. Theres more bike shops out there but none I would compare to the level of Stubbs when it comes to homeyness. We settled on a Honda Interstate 1300.

My husband and I received the best possible care and attention when purchasing our bikes. Rob was always quick to call and talk with us as we were debating where to purchase our bikes and he always gave us a offer we couldn’t refuse. I went in to get a motorcycle wheel balanced, the crew there treated me extremely well. Nice folks.

Rather dark inside, making it hard to see the motorcycles displayed there. And almost nothing has a price on it.If youre looking at Suzuki, youll find the new ones in the building marked Used Motorcycles. The Harley- Davidson showroom looks like it might once have housed Cabelas. Couldnt find chain wallets, key fobs, or other accessories so its a one-and-done sort of place. Buy a ride, and then go ride it. We dont need to see you again.

Don’t get discounts. If u ask, look at u like ur slow. Show u msrp from Suzuki website, even though u know that’s not even close to a real price. I paid more to not have to listen to fat salesman and leave.

I ordered a part on February 8th and they told me itll be delivered in 2 weeks it is now March 16th and im still waiting. Just got off the phone and they told me itll be in on Friday wish me luck.

I found the bike I wanted online and applied for a loan on their website. When I went in they had the bike out front and paperwork was really fast. Everyone was friendly. Highly recommend if youre looking for a used bike.

Over the last year I have been a regular visitor to Stubbs Cycles. I have now purchased two bikes from Rob Smith, purchased parts from Van in parts, she has shown great knowledge and recommended good tires and other parts. The service department has installed parts and jetted 2 carbs for me and has done the work flawlessly and at a fair price. Micah keeps me informed when I have a bike in for service. Horrible.They destroyed my new tire and called it safe to ride on.Then they denied it to my face. The parts manager acted like a total moron... I showed him the tire and the bead damage and he kept saying well you cant tell because its not full of air... Of coarse its not full of air... ITS OFF THE RIM!!! Now Im out $200 for a tire, $25 installation, weeks of not being able to ride my motorcycle.Also, I showed them the damage during a state required inspection and they passed it anyways because they didnt want to fix it.

Very quick and easy to deal with as far as new bikes. Have dealt with them for years with many bikes that I’ve purchased. Awesome group of people who are very happy to help.

I went in the other day and picked up a new bike. The staff here is super friendly and they will work with you on pricing and availability. They have a solid selection and variety of styles. Rob cut me a great deal on my new SV650X and was very transparent about pricing, going through the steps to show me there were no hidden fees or surprise markups. A friend of mine recommended I go here and I would certainly do the same.

I recently took my motorcycle in for service to have repairs done to my air ride, handlebars, check my fluids and oil change. The customer service in the service and parts department was outstanding! Had a great first time buying experience with these guys. Leo was very communicative, helpful, and kind during the sale process. Really enjoyed working out a deal with Leo and his sales manager. Very reasonable and fair and they made me feel as though there were being fairly genuine. I appreciated the overall effort for customer service throughout the store. Only thing I would say could have been better is the payment process. While I understand that warranties are something people want and that the finance person makes commission on, I felt it was pushed a little too hard. Might help to have the sales guys bring it up while negotiating the bike price so that it doesnt feel so tacked on. Could also have been my fault for not being clearer about my intentions. Either way, a really great experience so Im giving 5 stars. Would recommend to friends looking to buy a bike. Havent had experience yet with the service or parts departments.

My wife and I made two purchases from here within an 8-day timeframe. We both bought smaller bikes to learn to ride on and to navigate the Montrose/Midtown area easily. We had incredible service both times from Rob. The first bike we price matched with another dealer and Rob met our offer and provided great service! He took great care of us and even found us cheaper insurance than we could have gotten through our current car insurer (USAA). In fact, it was about 60% cheaper than we could have found anywhere else. The second bike we called and Rob told us to come by and he’d make us a deal. I had made some calls to other dealers before hand to get a walk out the door price, so I was prepared. Rob offered us a very competitive offer and even beat the other offers I had by $100 without us even asking! It was truly a great experience even though the place was incredibly busy! Ive come in here twice now, two hours a time trying to find a helmet that fits my extremely round oval head. Each time the individual helping me decide on a helmet has been patient and understanding that I wasnt going to rush into a $400 purchase for a helmet that doesnt fit just right.I didnt even end up buying the helmet, but they recommended another motorcycle store for me to try on a helmet. Thats a mark of a good business in my opinion.

Called and talked to one of their mechanics. Wanting to got a front rim for my shadow laced up. Said they didnt have the tools. Who has a supposedly dealer shop and no tools for a front rim? Had to finally take it to a salvage yard to get done. Crazy.

After looking for bike at several shops around Houston, I finally bought a new 2013 Suzuki Boulevard S40 at Stubbs. Neal Stevens and the staff there are really a great bunch of guys, very professional with a super-relaxed way of handling business. It took me a while to make up my mind on my purchase, but I was never rushed. Instead I was encouraged to, Buy the bike that would make me most satisfied. Very good advice because I could not be happier. I love my new Boulevard and cannot seem to stay off of it. But who wants to? If youre looking for competent, professional dealership and top-notch service, Stubbs is the place. No reason to waste time anywhere else.

I ordered several Goldwing jackets, 2 months ago and i was told they would arrive beginning of May, 2018. So i called to follow up several times and i was told it would come mid May. So i decided to go to the store and the store told me it would arrive in July! Over and over, they told me different dates and different stories. I am truly disappointed and i will never order from you guys again! I bough those jackets for some customers overseas and now i lost my customers and no one wants to order from you guys as well!
