Called these guys to replace stationery patio glass panel. Received quote of $200, were scheduled to meet after 2pm. They showed after 5pm their closing hours and explained the price would be $309. Why the difference they explained because of the size and type of glass which has been told to me is standard. Think theyre just trying to take advantage. Go with another more reputable contractor.

Very professional. We had a very large mirror installed upstairs. It was a difficult job and they did it well. They also had a better price than other mirror places. We did have to wait a few extra days before they could install it but it was worth the wait due to the lesser price and job well done.

Im very upset with this company. They have gone downhill. I hired them to install a mail slot on the door. They agreed and told me that the vinyl (the vinyl consisted of the business name, logo, hours of operation, etc.) does not need to be replaced and that they could transfer the vinyl to the new door. I hired them and was happy with their service.I hired them again when I opened up a new business location. I asked them to do the same thing. However, to my disappointment and surprise, they told me that they hired new subcontractors and the subcontractors did not know how to transfer the vinyl from the old glass to the new glass door. They left the old piece of glass in my supply room...The owners were actually really rude to me on the phone even though this was their mistake. She told me that they dont transfer the vinyl and that the previous subcontractor probably did it as a courtesy. Overall, when you ask a company to perform the same exact work again...they cannot deliver the same results.Update on 1/13/2021 - The owner responded about speaking with me and I told them to leave. This never happened. Now, Im even more upset that they would lie about this.

Quoted the exact same job twice and got a higher quote the second time. My 1st experience was great. I ordered the glass cut to the wrong size and after going back they cut it right to size for free. I was sold. I thought this is my go to glass place from now on. Sweet people. Professional attitude. I’m assuming it’s an employee skimming off these good folks. Got quoted $60 over the initial price for the exact same cuts. Took my business elsewhere. Hope they read this and question the situation. Didn’t get a name but got quoted by a female the 1st time and a male the second.(Update)Took em forever to respond to my review and just so you guys know the quotes were literally a day apart. Not that labor costs can’t change that fast but.......cmon.

We have used Northwest Glass several times in the past (shower install, custom glass and mirror cuts for various pieces of furniture, etc). Never any problems! We even referred friends to Northwest Glass. Well, last week, I went to get a price on two glass shelves for a curio I refinished. The lady took the measurements and quoted me almost $180 for both shelves! WHAT???? $180? I couldnt believe how expensive their quote was. Hopefully it has nothing to do with the recent flooding and the fact that people will be needing new glass shelves, showers, etc. and prices are being hiked up as a result. The quotes in the past always seemed fair and reasonable. Long story short, we found another place to cut both shelves for under $90. Huge savings and a fair price! Do some pricing research before using Northwest Glass. You might just save a few dollars.

Popped into their store today looking for a broken piece for my shower door trim. I was greeted promptly by several folks behind the desk. One of them, I think his name is Paul, took my broken piece and proceeded to cut me another one the exact size. When he returned with the new piece he described to me how I needed to make specific cuts to fit my shower door. He was very helpful and his instructions were spot on! Thank you for your time and assistance today. Highly recommend! I have also used them to trim bathroom mirrors and cut custom mirrors as well. :)

Called to get a quote on cutting a large mirror. The guy that answered gave me a price over the phone with no problem. Took it in and I was asked to pull into the back (this was a large 8x4 mirror) and the guys took it out of my truck and got to it right away. In about 10 minutes I was back at the front paying the quoted price and I was out of there. Everyone was friendly and even though their phone never stopped ringing we were attended to promptly and courteously. Two thumbs up for great service today.

I don’t understand any negative reviews of this place. The service was quality from the time I placed my order to when I had to bring it back to get six inches cut off the glass. Service was prompt and friendly. I easily give these people five stars and recommend!

I bought 4 pieces of clear glass for some cabinet doors. I gave them the measurements and they were cut so I could pick them up the same day. Pricing was comparable with other stores, a couple dollars higher, but thats easily offset by proximity.What really earns the 5 star review though is their service. I dealt with all 3 people in their front office at one time or another and was always treated well. When it turned out that one of my doors was a little smaller than the others I brought the piece back and they fixed it with no charge!

Worst place don’t waste your time !!!

I ordered a glass table top for my patio table on a Monday. They said it would be ready on Wednesday. I had to go out of town so checked back in with them the following Monday. My order wasn’t ready but they said it would be within a couple of days. I called back on Friday. Nope, not ready. They said the company they use for the tempered glass was not keeping up with the orders. I called back the following Tuesday. The gentleman I spoke with said my table top was actually on the truck manifest but when he checked the shipment, it wasn’t there. I finally got the table top the following week at which time the woman on the phone said that the remaining balance of $80ish dollars was going to be waived due to the hassle and not delivering the product as promised. I thought that was pretty great that she made that offer. It softened the frustration I had experienced. Today, Northwest Glass & Mirror called me and asked for the balance of the bill. Oh my. I explained what had been told to me and was basically called a liar. I decided that since I had to call them several times over the course of three weeks in order to get my table top, I’ll let them call me a few more times before I begrudgingly pay the balance. Immature, I know. Don’t care.

I was driving on West Little York heading towards hwy6 when this truck cut me off because he didnt want to wait patiently behind me as the left lane ended. Reckless driving. Definitely wouldnt do business with them.

The front office was proactively involved with all the questions and answers I needed my prices that were quoted fit my budget for our new frameless shower the technicians that arrived at our house called with a notice and measured our shower and was installed professionally when job was done I will always use north west glass and mirror

14 years ago as a homebuilder, NW Glass was impeccable. This past week, as a homeowner, has resulted in two disastrous wastes of my time for an appointment to simply measure two insulated re-glazes. Taking my business elsewhere.

Had an appointment for them to come out. They set it for a weekday and I called to confirm that morning then proceeded to take the day off on their garuntee they would be out. 3 calls at various times later that day, the office closed and said the tech would still be coming out. Tech never arrived and wasted a full day of my time. Had to use another company and take another day off to do what NW should have in the first place. Horrible communication skills, unprofessional, and not trustworthy at all.

How do they stay in business?? 1. No show for appointment 2. Don’t call back after follow up by me 3. Third call just giving them the benefit of doubt; they hung up. I wasn’t even mad when I called. Wow!

You guys need to learn that the quality of customer service can go a long way.I just placed a call and got hung up on the first time before I could say hello. I didnt hear anyone answer the line.2nd call immediately after a gentleman answered. He seemed to speak well but i had trouble understanding him due to the crackling noise from the phone line.After getting a very high quote for my bathroom mirror install, I told him that it was slightly out of budget and would jeed to call back. He just hung up and didnt say a thing.Concluding this experience as a whole, i will not be giving my koney to this company. 480 dollars for a bathroom mirror and install is crazy. The price of the mirror isltself was 300. 180 dollars for install is outrageous.

Horrible customer service. I went into their office and the lady at the desk took my information so one of their representatives could contact me. Three weeks later I get a phone call to schedule a meeting which they wanted to have within 30 mins. So I schedule it for the next business day (Monday) and then their representative was an hour late. Now it has been almost two weeks and I still have not received a quote for my windows. The worst part is my building is 300 ft from theirs.

From the start we were profiled by the associate, we dont intend to go back to this location.We knew exactly what we were looking for and still we could not get a proper estimate on the mirror we wanted because it was very expensive and she assumed we wouldnt be able to afford it. In any sort of sales one should never assume anything about anyone based on looks.

They quoted me the price however werent that willing to perform the work. The price for replacing glass on my storm door was more than the brand new price for the entire door at home Depot. Went to a place near 529 and elridge. Wasnt cheap there either however was cheaper than this.

Unprofeesinal staff. The date for my order to be ready was changed and I was not informed of this or when it was ready. Tried getting her name of the worker I spoke to since she was unprofessinal, she did not want to give it to me.

Did not cut my order to the right sizes, cost me a half days labor to get it fixed. Spend your money on a company that understands the English language.

They still havent paid my vacation pay. Terminated me a couple of months after my one year hire date so now I have to go to small claims court according to the Sheriffs Department .......fan-tastic.....thanks, Mr. Bruce.
