I got my windshield replaced here for a great price and they did a great job! Frank had a great attitude and I could not have been more pleased. The girls at the front are on top of it and have a great attitude as well!

As I was driving on 290 frontage road this morning, I signaled to get into the left lane so that I could get on to 290. I turned off my signal because I believed there wasnt enough room between me and the truck coming up in the left land. The driver slowed down so that I could get in the left lane, and after I changed lanes waived a thank you. Once we were on 290, I moved over one lane and the driver speeds up just to cut me off. Really!!!??? This is how you drive a company vehicle. The last 4 numbers on the license plate is 7345. Doesnt say much about the company.

GO TO THE NEXT GLASS SHOP! I visited on February 25 with a mirror frame to get a quote on replacing the glass. I was quoted $111.66 if I were to place the mirror inside the frame myself. I thought it was high, so she agreed to call me back to see if they could do better with pricing, then we would move forward. She asked that I leave the mirror there, and I agreed. On the seventh day without a call, I called and was told they could not honor the price (I had a written quote) and that they would charge me significantly higher fee. After explaining that is not the point of a quote, I would go ahead and purchase two mirrors if they honored the original price. They still refused. If you can not get them to honor a written quote, you seriously can not trust these people, plus any customer service. NEXT GLASS SHOP!UPDATE: The owner of the glass shop called me and tried to rectify his employees actions. He gave me a deal on getting the mirror cut and agreed to install them in the frame. I went to pick them up and they cut the glass but they had NOT installed them. I guess good help is hard to find.

This company came out to replace my windshield twice, and both times it leaked. The third time they tried to blame my sunroof, which is sealed shut. They still refuse to refund my money. They are completely incompetent. Stay away from this company.

I called to see if they could repair a rock chip in my windshield. They took my information over the phone and were ready to work when I got there. The repair was fast and, because of my insurance, I didnt have to pay anything. I recommend Apple Glass highly!

I had both the windshield and back window replaced and following the directions to leave the blue tape on for 24 hours, proceeded to pull if off along with some of the paint from my hatchback. I immediately sent an email, followed by a phone call. I was told I would need to speak to the office manager who leaves at 3pm and to call back the next day. I did and was told I had to bring it in for the shop manager to see. I brought it the next day, arriving at 4:15 pm. I was told that Carlos leaves at 4 (hard to believe all the managers leave before the shop closes). I asked if someone else could look at it and take pictures as I was driving in to Antoine from Katy and no one said I had to get there before 4. A man from the shop looked at it and said yes the tape removed the paint and asked the lady in the office to take pictures. She did and said Carlos would call me. 2 days later he called and said they use a special 3M tape that is specifically designed not to damage the paint and to take it to the dealership to see if it’s under warranty. I did and they said paint is not a warranty item and if damage was caused by applying an adhesive, they were not liable. We tried to call Carlos to let him know, but was asked to leave a message and he has never returned my call.

Zero communication between office and field personal. My glass was never ordered.... They take no responsibility for errors, witch I understand do happen.

I used this unprofessional company in 1 of our jobs to replace a glass on a door that we broke. From start to finish this was a nightmare, it took them 2 weeks to install the glass. It was schedule for a Friday and they rescheduled for Monday. No communication at all. When the glass was Install they left broken glass everywhere and tried hiding in the bushes. I called the manager and she tried to help me out by sending the guys back to clean it up. I told her it was too late we were already taking care of it and I will never used them again. The company I work for has been using this company for over 10 years. Glad to say that we will no longer used their services again. Melissa the office manager is very rude and knows nothing about customer service. She lied to me about another job that I need it done. Carlos lied about contacting my client and schedule someone to measure a window we broke. My client was going to be out of town the day they said they schedule it forWe are a landscape company and sadly we break a lot of windows unintentionally. I do not recommend this glass company.

I went to the shop in the Woodlands. Great service. I had to return a second time because the first windshield they received was defective. I was much happier knowing they did not try to pass along a defective windshield. Second time I have used them and I found their prices to be very competitive.

Had an appointment scheduled for 2 of my cars to have rock chips repaired, was told the technician would arrive after 330pm, and they would call before they came. Instead, they didn’t call, arrived at past 6pm, wasted my entire late afternoon waiting for them, and then told me they couldn’t fix either cars rock chips because they were too small/ or too far gone. Why didn’t they ask for a picture at least before they came and wasted everyone’s time? I feel like this was a failed attempt at time management or efficiently by this company.

I was referred to Apple glass by a friend. Very favorable experience. The tech showed up on schedule, was vey courteous, and efficient. He replaced my windshield (looks great and does not leak) in excellent time. All for a very reasonable price. I would absolutely use them again.

Me too. I dont usually post a review. I just want to pass on my experience. Maybe the saying goes you pay for what you get. I saw a Goupon for rock chip repair and I just recently got a rock chip on my windshield. I have heard of Apple Glass co but have never had used them. I dont know much about rock repair chip other than resin is injected and pressed into the crack. I decided to repair the chip and at first was very happy with the repair. It came out with only a noticed dot but garage kept and only driven a few miles a week i just noticed the chip again. I called them and was told that there no guarantee along with it cant be repaired again and they would give me a price for a new windshield. So here my deal I will never know, did they do the job right with good material to last? Was the glass prep correctly so the resin would hold?Does this all mater. This chip reappear within 2 weeks that i noticed it again and now nothing can be done since they told me that once you repair you cant go over. If Im wrong in posting my disappointment in a repair that did not last then i apologize

They a little slow in getting to my vehicle. Appointment was at 9:00 a.m. and they didnt take it until 9:30 a.m. However, they were prompt in repairing the glass once they started. Front desk personnel we very polite.

Went in on 12/27/13 to get a rock chip repair done. Suzanna greeted me at the front desk and had Frank go inspect the chip to make sure it could be repaired. They said it had to be the size of a quarter or smaller. When he came back, he used his fingers to indicate the size of the chip. He did so 3 times, each time he indicated it was bigger and bigger. I thought it was funny and said each time you describe it its getting bigger. He then became aggressive, moved towards me and stuck his hand in my face and said I SAID IT WAS THIS BIG. I was shocked. Ive never had an employee of an establishment treat me in this manner. He was aggressive enough that I thought the police might have to be involved. I told him to get his hand out of my face and he responded with well you had your hand in my face. I did no such thing. I looked at Suzanna and asked Is this really the way this company treats their customers?. She just sat there smirking at me and didnt say a word. I asked her again and she just continued to stare at me. I asked for the name of the owner of the company and she did respond to that question. At the same time Frank, who was now in the office behind her, yells at me And my name is Frank while holding his jacket open and pointing to his name tag. I asked him what was his attitude all about and he said I dont have an attitude. You do.Finally, another guy in the office took over. His name was Carlos. He apologized and handled the situation. He looked at the chip and said it wouldnt be a problem to repair.He was great to deal with and had my car out of there fairly quickly.I have never experienced such unprofessional treatment as I did from Suzanna and Frank. The only reason I stayed was because Id purchased a groupon for 3 years of unlimited rock-chip repair. Otherwise, I would have left immediately. I WOULD NOT recommend anybody go there and have passed the word onto all of my friends and coworkers about what happened.

I contacted Apple Glass for a quote on window pane replacement in my home. Their website offers free quotes; however, the free quote is for a phone quote only. A $35.00 service fee is attached if the service provider dispatches a technician to actually measure and provide an accurate cost of replacement. The Apple Service representative (Melissa) did say that the $35.00 fee is waived should I elect to use Apple Glass to do the job. Melissa provided a vague estimate on the labor cost which is the concern. The phone quote provided sounded reasonable; however, my concern is that the true cost could differ significantly and should I elect not use Apple after receiving an onsite quote, Id be out the $35.00 for little in return. Bottom line: Apple Glass should be a more transparent in their advertising. Please note: this post is not reflective of their work - just their advertising practices.

I contacted The Woodlands location about getting auto glass replaced. Everyone was wonderful to work with! The technician came to my house, replaced the glass and was done in :20 minutes. Great service, great price and great people! I will use them again if & when the time comes!

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!!! I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WOULD NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. I came in using GROUPON to fix my chip that was about a penny size. They ASKED ME TO SIGN A PIECE OF PAPER saying that its not for COSMETIC PURPOSES AND IF THE WINDSHIELD BREAKS, YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY ABOUT $350 FOR IT. They claimed that they would fill in the STUFFS so the crack stops, but it came out looking the same but when you touch it, it has a little pump on top of it. Cheap service, and quality. I would never return here again. I went to a different place to fix it again. I called them and ask them why they didnt use their machine to suck the air out before the fill in the resin. They said it was because of THAT PIECE OF PAPER THEY ASKED ME TO SIGN that it is not for cosmetic purposes. WHAT THE HECK? THATS THE WHOLE POINT OF FIXING MY FREAKING WINDSHIELD SO THAT THE CRACK STOPS SPREADING AND IT DOESNT LOOK LIKE ITS DAMAGED.PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!

Got offer through Groupon and scheduled an appointment, However it rained, Was told job couldnt be done if windshield got moist( I personally feel if this is an issue something should be purchased like a blow dryer or something to remedy the issue- or even compressed air) anyhow I was forced to reschedule...next day chip turned to a crack, without even looking at the windshield sales rep explained it couldnt be repaired- No refunds available on purchase. I didnt recieve Actually work but I do feel if this is your specialty then an investment in equipment to meet common circumstances should be made to accommodate things like rain or moisture.

I have a 2016 Buick Enclave and when my windshield broke I went to Apple Glass. I requested a GM front windshield and instead it was passed off as a GM but instead was an after market windshield. The glass in the after market was very bright in the sunlight, could hardly see, I had to spent 180.00 to get a clear tint put on the windshield. Will never go back because I was lied to in the beginning and the customer service sucks.

My Wife and I are new to Houston and when the windshield in our truck cracked, Apple Auto Glass worked directly with the insurance company to not only replace the glass, but to get the factory sound screen. I would highly recommend this company to complete all your glass needs. If you auto has a broken windshield, I would not recommending that you drop it off and plan a long afternoon. THEY ARE QUICK!

We had our shower glass done and they did a great job. I had a mix up on the day and they showed up a day early and no one was there at the house. When i talked to the service person, she apologized to me even though it was my mix up. She then got us fixed up for the next day. The glass looks great!

Both windows fixed in less than an hour for half the quote at Apple Glass.... They answer the phone quickly tho....

Initial service was okay. However after about 2 month the windshield cracked with no evidence of a rock chip. When I first called they claimed they did not change the windshield. After I dug out receipt they said they would look at it. I took back and manager claimed crack caused by rock. Very poor customer service.

The staff is very polite and helpful. I received very prompt service and it was just as I requested. I would reccommend them and will use them again if needed.

Called on Monday and scheduled an appointment for Tuesday afternoon (between 1-5pm, they said). When I hadnt heard from anyone by 4:00pm I called to find out the status of my installation. Brooke was very nice and tried to find out what was going on. When Brooke called me back at 4:15pm she said that the installer had a real mess with his glass supply and wouldnt be able to install my glass on Tuesday. Why didnt the installer or someone from the shop call and notify me? She rebooked me for Wednesday afternoon (between 1-5pm, again). Its like waiting for the cable TV guy. When 4pm rolled around on Wednesday and I still hadnt heard from anyone, I called another auto glass shop and found what I needed for 30% less! and they could actually get it installed. I wouldnt recommend Apple Glass.

They came out the same day that I called. Showed up at the time they said they would and replace front windshield in one hour. Rained off and on for a week following the replacement and ZERO LEAKS. Well done. Service tech was professional, and friendly.

Apple Glass does good work but provides horrible customer service. I asked to be notified before the technician arrives so I could show up and pay in cash. I was notified AFTER that the window had already been replaced and they were demanding payment. I called the company to notify them I was at the bank to set it up where Id beable to pay over the phone which would be the quickest option at the time. A manager then calls me afterwards threatening to remove the glass and blaming me for the delay of payment. This is the same guy I called and set the appointment with and specifically told I need to be notified before the technicians arrival. I am a very unsatisfied customer. If I had to have another window replaced I would pay extra to use a more professional and courteous company!

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Let me start by saying that I needed my window repaired because my car was broken into. All of my belongings were stolen, including my credit and debit cards. They sent their technician to my house to repair the rear drivers window, however, the windows were mislabeled so he actually brought a passenger window. By the time he realized it he already had my door panel off. He told us that he would order a new one because they were mislabeled but it was coming from the dealership so it would be an extra $25. I wasnt sure why that was my responsibility to pay since it was Apple Glasss fault, but even including the $25 it was still cheaper than some of the quotes I was given, so I was willing to pay it although it should have been payed by them. So the technician leaves my house without putting my door panel on. This morning, CARLOS called me to inform me that it would be $25 extra dollars and take 5-7 days, I agreed to those terms. Then he told me that I needed a credit card to order the glass. I told him that my whole wallet was stolen and I dont have a card. I told him all I had was cash and asked if there was any way I could give him my police report and he could help me out at all. He told me no. So then I said well Im going to have to take my business somewhere else. My mom took the phone from me to ask if there was any other way to go about doing this since they had already taken my door panel off, CARLOS got extremely rude with us and was telling us no. We told him that even though we shouldnt have been charged the $25 and we were being penalized we were still willing to work with them. Instead of offering customer service he than began to argue with us telling us that we werent being penalized for anything. I dont know about you, but paying $25 for their mistake seems a little crazy right? CARLOS still chose to argue with us. After 3-4 minutes of pointless arguing, we told him we did not want to do business with them anymore and asked if they could come to my house to put my door panel back on since his technician left it laying in my garage. HE TOLD ME NO. We told him how rude he was and that it was their responsibility to put the door panel back on, still refused to do it. We asked if there was a manager or owner we could speak to, he told us no. After more unprofessional talk from CARLOS he told us that he could have given us a better price but now hes not. and hung up on us. I called him back and he answered the phone and immediately told me that he didnt want my business. No hello, this is Carlos, nothing. Just picked up the phone ready to argue again. I said that was fine but I needed someone to put my door panel back on. He still refused and hung up. I called the other location to try and get them to send someone out but they told me I had to go through Carlos. So I called him back and he sent me straight to his voicemail. I called back again, and finally got to speak to someone and they told me he would send a technician sometime today. I feel like 30 minutes of arguing could have been completely avoided if he would have just said yes Ill send someone the very first time I asked but he would rather have argued. CARLOS is the manager, just adding that. So if the manager speaks to people that way, I can only imagine how polite the rest of the employees are. 100% would never recommend them to anyone.

Horrible service. Phone attendant is RUDE and I took a half day of work off to be here for the 1pm-5pm window. I called to reconfirm before leaving work at 12:30pm and they said, oh yes, well be there around 5ish. I just got a call at 4:58pm to reschedule for another day. After telling them we wanted to come anyway, the tech then calls me and says, WELL, I guess Ill be there WHENEVER. I said never mind.This company wastes your time for a service youre paying for!! I had the windshield replaced in my wifes Infiniti by apple glass. After the next rain we got water in the car so we took it back to have them investigate the leak. It turned out to be a clogged drain in the sunroof. They blew out the debris and cleared up the issue for us. Thanks Apple Glass !!!

This is my first bad review on a company in my entire lifeI am mad that is why Im making this review!!!the QUOTE WAS A BIG LIE, they quoted me 250-350, after the measurement they quoted me much higher ($450), w/c is the same measurement I gave them the first time,this company is a joke, they dont care about u, they charge me 35bucks w/o mentioning it and that is only for the measurement, I gave them the 35 so they can finish it on time, and said will come back with the glass, and waited five days, but nothing happen never came back, I called them and ask when are they going to install the glass, they said they dont know about the order but will look for it, and will call me back, again, I never got a phone call, so I called again, and they still dont know about my glass that needs to be installed.I decided to go elsewhere,and there it goes, I called the other company, gave them the size, type of glass, send them a picture, and came in after 3hrs, and done after 30mins!! that is the company that cares and a pro!!!, and I only paid $238 vs apple glass charging me for $450 and waited for 7days? lol apple glass is a joke!!!again apple glass in antoine Houston is a joke!!! go elsewhere!!! very unprofessional!! consider it I paid apple glass $35 just to make this review!

Terrible, we built a brand new commercial building, its not even four months old! Two 5X5 pieces of glass on the exterior of the the building have cracked from the edge. The person on the phone said we have tint on it and its our fault! (There is no tint) We paid almost $8000.00 for all the exterior glass, this is unacceptable. So if you are building a new building, do your research, read thier reviews, they tell alot of people that its their fault. Never again!!!!!!!

Their technicians do great work. But their office staff leave a lot to be desired. The ladies (Paula-manager & Stephanie) at the Antoine location are unprofessional to say the least. I went through my insurance company & needed extra parts, which I figured wasnt an issue but Paula likes to talk to customers crazy on the phone, refuses to provide proof of warranty & wont explain anything to anyone for any reason. She refused to call my insurance for supplement payment, then professed she called but no one at Farmers (*supplement doesnt have voicemail & the adjuster didnt get a call from her at all) got a message from her and hung up on me 3 times that day. When she finally called the supplement line, she got a live person (no voicemail like she lied and said) they sent them a check. Now she calls back, still refusing to provide proof of warranty or an explanation on why the price was higher; using We dont have to tell you our costs as her reason for not providing any information. David the supposed owner hasnt called me back in a month; which is how long Ive been dealing with this company for a CAR WINDOW AND REGULATOR. I would not recommend doing business with this location or at the least never have to call the office for anything because they wont answer any of your question like civilized human beings.

I took my car so the passengers window could be changed and when I picked it up, the handle would not open and close properly. I went back to have it checked since it was working properly before taking the car in to get fixed. When I went back they basically told me that it was my fault that I had brought in the car like this, when this was not the case, and in fact they did not make me aware that the handle was not working. They treated me like it was my fault and the person I talked to made me feel dumb, telling me that how would I know if it worked or not if I was the one driving the car and not getting in through the passengers side. They told me I would have to buy a new handle to get it fixed. So I decided to go to my mechanic and have him check the handle , it turns out that there were some small pieces of glass left inside the handle, and that was all that was wrong with it. All they had to do was clean it up, but they chose to disregard my problem. I called to talked to the manger and I was told she would call me back the next day because she was gone already,and she never called me back.

I haven’t even had my appointment yet but just based off of the lady who answers the phone I’m skeptical to go in. She hung up on me then when I called back she answered the phone and didn’t say anything. She comes off as a real b****

I called to get a quote to replace a window for my vehicle and was quoted 235 dollars. When asked why so much the person was rude and dismissive. Found another place about 5 miles away who will do the work for 90. Never again!!! Do not call this place.
