Vernon and Joe were extremely nice when they came to my home to measure for the installation of my new shower door. I was told the shower door would be installed after Christmas. When I called to check on the installation date the person who I spoke with was extremely rude and condescending, unnecessarily so. Basically it was like, why are you calling, we’ll call you. Sometimes it’s good to have an appropriate date if possible, that way the homeowner can be available, or make arrangements for someone to be at the house.

This review is a year late, but I wanted to make people aware. Unless you are a business, do NOT use Delta Glass. The final step in our master bathroom renovation called for seamless glass shower doors and two mirrors. Simple enough for a professional glass company right? Wrong. The initial measurements taken were incorrect and caused our shower glass to be delayed weeks longer than it should have been. Then the mirrors were installed with scratches on them. To top everything off, Delta Glass had our credit card on file, charged us before the work was completed, and didnt care that everything wasnt perfect. No partial refund was given, no apology was sincere. They had their money and they could have cared less. NEVER give them a card number to charge. Always use a personal check. If we would have, Delta Glass would have only received the deposit for the work they did. I called the better business bureau, but they are not registered, so a bad review would not have done anything. Imagine that, a company choosing not to be a part of the BBB? An entire home renovation was done, completing the bathroom was the last part, and Delta Glass ruined the home renovation experience for me and my husband.

The installation of our frameless shower door was excellent, on time and greatly appreciated. This was the best part of our remodeling project. We will use them for another project soon.

Very helpful personnel with great sense of humor!! They repaired our Samsung TV in just the estimated time and were very competent!! Excellent choice!!!

Called for assistance and general questions. Had called answered and picked up by business owner. He could, nor would not, give a general price for flat plain glass pane at square footage, not even courteous about it. Told me to call another business. Really? I thought what a jerk, how rude. Then I look to see about service quality and ratings of this business. Wow, its true word of mouth is greater than advertisement. I would never go there. If your business fails....blame yourself bub!

I was refered to Delta Glass Houston by a friend. Delta Glass listened to what I was looking for in remodeling my bathroom. The office staff and crews that came to my home were exceptional! PDelta Glass Houston was able to provide me my seamless glass enclosed shower beautifully!! I could not be happier. Best part is they did it all within the budget we discussed! I would highly recommend!!!!!!

I would never use Delta Glass again. They did not measure the shower door properly, it drags on the floor, their service to repair it is unsatisfactory, and they are unresponsive to our cslls for help, even though they know this shower is primarily for a disabled elderly person. See YELP, BETTER. BUSINESS BUREAU, and Nextdoor. BEWARE!

This company was dependable and on time with our frameless shower door and mirrors. Would call them again for any future needs.
