Ive gotten Plexiglass here, twice. These have been for our RV Doors, to keep our dogs inside. The Staff is Friendly and Helpful! If Youre looking for Glass or Plexiglass be sure to Call or Stop By! It doesnt get any better than here!!!

Showed up late on a Friday afternoon to get some of my own glass cut. They were very friendly and accommodating. Great to place. Highly recommend.

Not very knowledgeable, arrogant, and almost useless. Anything they sell you can buy online four times cheaper. I called and explained in great detail that I needed clips to hold glass shelves, with stainless steel cable that goes through the hole. They told me they had them in to come back on Monday. I came by and they showed me adjustable shelf pin style holders, not for the cable that goes through the glass shelf to be suspended off the ceiling, as I have explained. Then the owner took down my information and got back to me with some estimates. These people quoted me over $1,000 for $50 roll of cable _available at home depot) and some 18 chrome support holders. That is at the most $150 worth of materials, with a 40% markup off distributors cost. They came up with $995 plus tax!!! If thats not a rip-off, then I dont know what is! Knowing the way they do business I would never recommend anyone even go in there and wasting their time, or overpaying! There are way better shops in Spring and even Sugar Land areas. Theyre very knowledgeable and truly helpful!

I ordered a piece of furniture online that arrived with two broken glass panels. I found Heights Glass and am very glad I did! They were able to cut two new panels to replace the broken ones in under 30 minutes. The price was very reasonable too! Ill definitely return for future glass needs!

Height Glass Rocks!I had this giant picture frame that was valuable but my the artwork in it was not my style. I wanted to get a mirror put in the frame and use in my home gym. I called Bobbit glass and was quoted more than $950. This caused me to hesitate and leave the frame in my garage for another 6 months. I called Heights Glass (wish I had thought to sooner) they did it for more than half of what Bobbit quoted - same 1/2 glass, same specs. They also picked up, delivered and installed - not part of Bobbits estimate. It looks fabulous and I am sorry I hadnt sought them out sooner. My hope is that Heights Glass will not decide to increase their fees, but continue to earn peoples loyalty, like mine. I will use Heights Glass for all my glass and mirror needs and support my neighbors who do a fabulous job! Thank you!!

Heights Glass is the only glass company i have used for 25 YEARS or more, I am 62 years old, i can remember when they were located on Beall street. The Howards have always thier company in a very safe and professional manner. so when you are in need of thier services do not hesitate to give them a call!

First business I have did business with that sold me the work glass and did not wont to replace it. If they make a mistake they want you to pay for it.

Great experience. Brought my car in at 8 AM to have the side window replaced. Received a quote within minutes and the owner even dropped me off while the work was being done. Received a call a few hours later after the job was completed with quality material and workmanship. Solid recommendation.

Worked with Anthony. Very responsive and polite. We purchased quite a bit of glass for a renovation/addition and all was installed timely, cleanly and professionally. Out of all of the people/companies I had to work with during the project, Heights Glass was one of the easiest. Highly recommend.

Every time I called Heights Glass I spoke with someone different and everyone seemed clueless. I had to call them 3 times to try to get someone to come and measure the window because they wouldnt call me back with a time. The guy that came out to measure the window was supposed to be at my house at 8:30 am. I had to call Heights Glass at 9am to see if anyone was actually going to come. Yes it was a crazy weather day but good customer service would have been them calling me and informing me that they were still coming however they were running late. Instead I got oh sure... we can send someone now. As if they forgot they had an 8:30am appointment with me. Yes I called around to compare companies because this company seemed shady. When I did decide to get the window from them I asked for a Friday deadline and they kept skirting around the idea on if they could do it. When I did call at 3:30 they took my credit card and told me they would call me to follow up if they could make the deadline. Guess what.... no call. The next day they were closed due to ice so I understand not hearing from them. Wednesday morning... nothing. So I called them in the afternoon to see if they had ordered the glass. The answer was no. Again... why did I have to call?? They had my credit card info I thought we were moving forward and good customer service would have been them calling me the next morning to get the order processed.Lastly- the gentleman that answers the phone is rude and unorganized.Do not use this company unless you want a huge headache and terrible customer service!

I got a large mirror the price was good they took it to the truck and loaded it.
