LL Glass and Mirror is a great company! First time using them but definitely not the last. They provided great customer service and had our mirror glass cut and installed in the frame the same day!

They give great service which is hard to find these days.

Ever wonder how to replace broken panes from exterior lanterns? This is THE place. Jose Nino took the order and the piece was cut quickly and to perfection. I have confidence that large or small jobs will both be done with professional workmanship and great service such that I experienced.

They provide an excellent and professional service. I requested a 1/4 inch glass top to lay on top of my wood dining table (to help preserve the surface over time). I think the glass type and thickness I wanted was in stock because they were able to come out and take measurements and return within 2 hours to install the glass.The glass was measured perfectly and there is no overhang. They also were mindful of my table surface and used small risers to keep the glass slightly lifted off the wood surface. They also made sure both sides of the glass were spotless before placing it on the table. It is the level of care that they took for my situation that makes this business deserve 5 stars. I will be a repeat customer for my future glass needs.

Our master bedroom window was broken and it was a complicated replacement since it is on the second floor. There was also a storm window that had to be removed to get to the broken pane. Oscar and his crew were right on time and finished in about 90 minutes. They were very friendly and went above and beyond, cleaning both of my upstairs windows while they had the scaffolding in place. I highly recommend this business.

These guys are seasoned professionals who are fully committed to quality assurance and very capable of handling a multitude of situations. .. LL Glass & Mirror is strongly qualified and highly recommendable.

They came out quickly to measure and assess how to replace a broken pane in an exterior French door. Then the next day, they arrived with the tempered glass piece and very carefully removed the molding and the shattered glass cleaning up any stray shards. They quickly had the piece replace with proper sealant and you cannot tell where they removed and replaced the trim. they even cleaned the glass. Only 2 things I did not like. 1) I asked that they call before they came for the estimate so I could make sure I was not on a client call and to expect someone to be at my door. They did not call either time before coming out which is disappointing. 2) The tempered logo on the glass pane (9x13) is bout 1.5 by 1...very large and it is at eye level when sitting in the room looking out so it is not attractive. Wish it was a small tempered glass less than 1/4 x 1/2 that is on all the other panes. But still giving 5 points because they were very respectful of my property and very experienced. Great job!

I took a small clock which needed a glass face and expected to leave it for repair. I received immediate attention and my clock face was replaced while i waited. Gave me a quote for a large, 48 x 144 wall mirror for my dining room on Friday, installed on Saturday. Luciano advised me on the best placement. They had to relocate a light switch and they vacuum-hosed the debris as they worked. They cleaned and polished the mirror after they finished and behold...a perfect job! These guys are awesome! Dont waste your time with other people; their price is reasonable and their workmanship is very professional.

We had a piece of equipment that had the glass broken on the door. We took the glass frame out and brought it to LL Glass and Mirror. I explained it needed safety glass and Luciano told me no problem. I was skeptical at first but in less than 2 days I got the phone call to come pick it up. BEAUTIFUL JOB ! These guys were great. I had a piece of replacement mirror for a vanity which was cut slightly too large by the manufacturer but they quickly trimmed it down with ease and precision. They were courteous and friendly and I will most definitely find ways to work with them again.

Not only did they offer same day service (like w/in a couple hours) but they brought an absolute perfect service attitude. I called over 28 Glaziers (Window Repair) and I chose LL Glass & Mirror. I am glad I did. They were able to cut my replacement glass and have it tempered the next day! Everyone else was quoting 4 to 6 days! Luciano and Larios called ahead and showed up the next day. They were professional and got to work immediately. I did not need to worry about dirty shoes on my new carpet. Because the quoted price was so low, I was afraid they were going to bring annealed glass instead of tempered. I was relieved to see the tempering logo etched into the glass because it is difficult to tell the difference. I offered to let them use the caulking and glazing compound I had purchased at the hardware store. But, they told me to return it and get my money back. I was glad it fit because the typical procedure is for them to come and measure the window. I assured them that I would pay for a second sheet if it did not fit. In summary LL Glass offered a good price, delivered what I wanted, and sent two honest employs that quickly did an excellent installation.

Had a wonderful experience with this company yesterday. Called early afternoon to set up a time for a quote for bathroom mirror (double vanity length) purchase and install. He had someone in Katy that could come after that call. They called me with a heads up when they were headed that way and I met them at my house. The gentleman (Viv) was very nice and measured my mirror space and took the info back to office to quote. They called not long after with quote which was a great price and said they could install today. The same gentleman came back with a helper and installed. I will be framing with some trim I have so he made sure to measure my trim and leave space around mirror for it to be applied. Great work and I couldnt be happier! Jose (estimator) and Viv (installer) were also a joy to interact with! Call them for any mirror, glass/shower door/remodeling needs!

Wonderful experience! I called on a Saturday to get glass cut for a table top (32 x 79) and I needed it the SAME day! I couldnt find anyone except LL Glass & Mirror to do it for me. Everyone else wanted 3 days. They were very friendly on the phone quoted me a price, I secured it with my credit card. I paid the price that was quoted, no hassle or anything. I could tell he was at home and he offered to come in and cut the glass for me. Excellent customer service. I would use him again and would recommend other to use him.

I called desperately on a Tuesday because I needed to get two double pane windows replaced. All the places I had called previously said I had to wait several days to even get an appointment for someone to come and measure, and then I had to wait 2/3 weeks for the windows to come in.Selvin set an appointment for me within 15 minutes, Blas came and measured everything, and he said the windows would take two days to come in. They only took ONE day, they already installed them, and they look amazing!!The customer attention was great, and their work was even better. I would recommend them 100%, and I will keep them in mind for any future glass needs!

LL Glass and Mirror is incredible! Genuine people who are so helpful and understanding! Our house window broke. We got a pane from LL to fix it ourselves. We measured about a mm too tall and they trimmed it the amount I thought it was. I was wrong and it was then too short. Then the silicone I bought to seal it busted out the wrong end. At this point, I was hopeless and asked if I could go ahead and have them come fix it. They were so kind and came right away to do it as a gift after my pitiful attempt. If you have any issues with glass or want to install any glass in any way, these are your guys!!!

My wife called LL yesterday morning to set up a mirror installation for today. Fortunately they had an opening yesterday and called back within 2 hours and sent a group out within the hour. Luis, Jorge & Blas got the job done within 1 hour and were on their way. The group was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable in getting the job done correctly. Wish we could say that about other subs that have been putting our house back together since the Harvey flood. We would highly recommend this group and even passed their name onto our project manager.

These guys are great. My house was broken into yesterday- my back door window was smashed. They quoted via text/photos, and came out to install within three hours. We didnt have to board anything up (extra expense), and the cost was completely reasonable. On the Friday afternoon before Memorial Day, too! We prefer to install it ourselves together with the bricklayer who is working for us and logically we made a mistake and the mirror broke, I immediately called José and as the previous time his response was immediate, although I had to pay it again because it was not his responsibility, This is how business works but you can perceive their concern and at the same time their desire to help us because we were spending double money, however, he decided to send the boys to my house to avoid the trip and here at home they took the measures and cut it, They left safely and I was very satisfied with the service, I did not have any extra charge apart from paying for the mirror.
