The repair person, Billy, arrived not too long after receiving the request for repairing a jammed garage door. He repaired the door quickly and inspected the system for any other issues. Billy explained why the door jammed and provided advice for taking care of the door in the future. The door is working properly now.

Our experience with the OGD technician was excellent. He took the time to answer all our questions and did a careful check of the garage door system before explaining the work required. I’m so disappointed in their “service”. My husband and I were leaving for a weekend getaway in late September when our garage door came completely off the tracks and we couldn’t get it to open or close very well as you can imagine. We called and were super impressed that they were able to get someone out that day before we left town and they told us we needed a new garage door but it would take a couple weeks. No problem we were able to do that.The first guy who came to our home said that the door was a little small and that there would be a gap between the frame and our door but we could go to Home Depot and buy this strip that would help cover the gap which seemed a little off but that wouldn’t already be included with the amount of money we were spending. So he fixed the door, went to the warehouse, fixed another door, and came back to fix the gap.Here we are in early November and the door won’t close AGAIN. Three days now this week.My advice, take your business elsewhere because they are not reliable.

I was extremely impressed when the dispatcher advised that she could get someone out to my home that afternoon! Technician Oliver Keltin was fantastic! He showed us the issue and presented a plan to still be able to operate the door manually while we worked the matter out with our home warranty group. He accomplished a “tuneup” of the door that permitted us to operate it with ease manually. Very impressed with OGD and the team of professionals I got to work with on Friday!! My technician was polite, respectful, but most of all very capable. He fixed my garage door and was gone within 20 minutes. These guys are always amazing!!

The tech was great but very disappointed in the company. $200 to tighten a chain? Ridiculous, then charged for a package that didn’t happen just because that’s the only way they can charge for that. Also their advertisement of $50 off repairs on THEIR website they won’t honor. Terrible! Will never use them again, make sure to shop around, also really should have been asked before charged.

My garage door failed and I called Overhead Door on a Sunday. They sent a technician out that afternoon and he made repairs to be able to manually open the door. He returned the next day and replaced the operating system. I was impressed with the speed and professionalism of the technician.
