I visited this location to compare it to the Pasadena store. It was only average in comparison. The store is clean, well stocked, but not quite as much of a selection overall. Lots of varieties of sock bundles! Cute baby onesies. Good choices for mens dress, casual and athletic shoes.My suggestion would be to change the layout. The store could be organized differently to enhance the shopping experience.I really appreciated how helpful and friendly some of the staff were. Very sweet Ladies :) Ill visit quarterly just to see what they have to offer. I love the bargains you can find at Crazy Boss!

I used to love this place, but after Covid, they got AWFUL. They jacked up their prices to $8/$10 for everything that’s literally only worth like $4-$5. Second, it says on Google they close at 9, but at 7:45 the owner and some girl threaten you that THEY CLOSE SOON. And they LOCK THEIR DOORS. I got mad so decided to just leave and they had to unlock the door for my to leave at 7:46pm. Place is a joke.

Weird store full of last years styles with copycat knock off names and cheap price tags. Depressing store in a down trodden mall. Yuck.

Bought over $100 worth of dresses and rompers. They were tagged xl but when I got home I realized that they were tagged wrongly and they were medium/large. If your a big girl I wouldn’t shop here because even if it says xl or xxl it’s unlikely to fit because they tag items wrong and they are all from China and chinas sizes run small. Unfortunately I couldn’t return any of the clothes so I just am lost for the money and time. I’m super upset.

When it first opened I kind of like the place but now they are just bringing in all types of clothes that you may not necessarily find to be best quality. Just a whole bunch of no name brand clothes.... lots and lots and lots. If you have a big family and need some clothes for the kids this may be the place to come because you were going to get awesome prices on VERY wearable pieces.

Crazy Boss store is a outlet store in West oaks mall that you find brand name with cheap prices.

Take your time its so worth the walk thru for a gift or yourself

I bought 3 nice business coats for only $25 each and I love them all. The only draw back to this store is all sales are final; no refund and no returns.. and since COVID you cant try on anything except for their shoes..

So disappointed I wasnt able to give a 0, with my trip to this store. I’ve never been this flabbergasted in a long time and must say I did throughly expressed it. However I endeavour to write reviews about outstanding experiences I encounter at different organisations. To date the majority have been absolutely great, however you do have a minute exception. As I was actually having this encounter with the manager who had initially made a rude comment to my child and when I approached him he proceeded to, inform me that, that’s why “PEOPLE LIKE YOU SHOULD NOT COME HERE”. The comment reverberated so I proceeded to ask what he meant by that statement. I was most appalled, as he even when on to inform me that it was his store and he was going to call the security and police. By then I was even more astonished as to my recollection I was in the process of shopping. Our trolley was practically full and about to check out. Thats when I realised that if I were seeking customer service then definitely all hope was lost and this was definitely the wrong place to seek it. I’m supposing that this is a contributing factor as to why they are closing down. By then I was baffled to think that I was being thrown out of a store I went to support by spending my hard earned money. One would have thought that being the manager this would have been the appropriate person to resolve an issue with a customer. I must say I sincerely do apologise for coming.

2 pairs of Cat & Jack shoes for my daughters, originally priced at $14.99 each...paid $5 for BOTH ($2.50 each)! Wouldve paid $30+ at Target. Also got VERY NICE, AUTHENTIC, UNWORN Marc Jacob shoes for $20!!!!...probably the highest priced item I ran across. Wouldve cost me $249 elsewhere. Im ADDICTED to this store. And ALL the employees are SUPER nice & helpful.

Aside from it being far from where I live. I love this thrift store, bought a nice looking modern lamp for $9, some shoes and sleeping pants. Great deals. Just of course gotta search around and if you find one a little rough up, be prepared to search for one that isnt.

Just amazing!!! The prices was REALLY CRAZY. I bought: a sweater, a scarf, a hat, a formal blazer, a short Jean, and a pair of beautiful highheel boots... all that for US $31.00... and didnt buy more things because of the time, the were almost closing when we get there, but definitely well come back!!

You can find cheap and good clothes and shoes. Sometimes is disorganized but if you spend there your time you can find pretty good sales

The store had a variety of home goods when it initially opened. But it’s no longer the case, they have a few items left and they don’t seem to be adding anything else. They have lots of clothes and most are cheap in terms of pricing and quality.

A very large store with good clothes and incredible prices. You have to go calmly so they can see all the merchandise they have. It also has many discounts, most items do not exceed $ 9.00. The super cheap shoes. I recommend this in an accessible place with good parking.
