Angelia in the service department was very rude to my wife when she returned merchandise for exchange. My wifes 1st language is not English, and when my wife was having difficulty understanding the transaction, Angelia was rude and impatient, huffing and puffing with an uncaring attitude. My wife reported this to me almost in tears. I would like management to hold her accountable and convey that this is not the way to perform good customer service. The woman with the bleached hair at the self check-out was harassing me. I can clearly see the instructions on the screen about inputting the serial #. She was useless. The other one was very helpful in fixing the problem of scanning the Hyper Tough moving cart. The scannable bar code was just covered by a sticker with an unscannable bar code.The woman with the bleached hair was likely harassing me for her black friends, who are after me for some dumb reason (all started with Aramark). With all the time and energy spent on chasing after me in the past decade, harassing me, assassination attempts against me.... her friends probably couldve actually been useful to the world (as well as themselves).

They dont have anything in the food isle hardly... and what they do have, they price gauge you. Not worth it. The 2 stars are for cleanliness.

There seems to be some sort of renovation taking place at the moment, which makes shopping less enjoyable. Also they seem to be short-staffed, an elderly gentleman was waiting over half an hour for somebody to help him with his phone. Apart from that the staff were very pleasant.

Not crowded. Several very knowledgeable employees to help/direct me to the items that were on my list. First time EVER that there was NO LINE at customer service!! Actually enough cashiers (not crowded). Price for a 4 shelf stand tho, was $5 more than the $21.01 online price. (Which i could not order & pick up from customer service from this store)

Closest store to my house with the best prices. Self checkouts. Never any waiting. Fresh produce and bakery.

Changes had been made. Isles larger and free of clutter. Able to find items I needed. Improvement on cashiers working. Able to check out at a reasonable time. Cashiers friendly and asked if I found what I was looking for. Rest room fresh and clean..

It was ok a little ghetto only one person offered to help me which he was great there after all employees seemed like they didnt want to be there

I love their clearance space it has lots of items to choose from. They are good on the prices too.

I usually feel very uncomfortable here. From the time I grace the entrance, I am being watched and followed. I tend to take my time when I shop (sometimes, a couple of hours-)especially if I see that there are only a few very long lines open. If I have time, I go down each aisle, making sure that I see everything I might need. I usually have no urgency to be anywhere else. This Wal-Mart is not exactly for quick shopping trips either, so pack a lunch.One thing that really gets to me, is that someone there is saving all the wine I like for themselves. The only time I can find it at this Wal-Mart, is an open container. It has been this way for several months.On the other hand, I do get excited to see all of the cool Halloween stuff they have. I will be there promptly, on November 1st, for the sale😁😎

Papa Poblanos Mexican food, one of the two great places to eat in Broken Bow. The menu selection is a awesome. Food is always cooked to just right for great taste. I have many favorites and often enjoy a bowl of special prepared quacamole with chips. Very good. The wait staff usually seem to be less than enthused. You might need to hunt someone down for refills. Lots of parking. Enjoy.

It was a very good experience and people was nice at the pharmacy and cashiers was nice and treated you where respected I recommend that people go to Walmart off of South Post oak and 610 freeway thank you and have a blessed day.

They are remodeling this store. It is a big step up from the way it used to look/be! I look forward to seeing the end results!

I went into this specific Walmart to do a return for an Xbox controller that was unavailable to use for what I was trying to utilize it for they happily scan the receipt and refund my money just asked a few friendly questions about the controller and that was it I was out the door within minutes I was very satisfied with the customer service that I received

Good best customer service at pharmacy. Had gone for my 1st Covid Vaccine shot. The gentleman who help me was very helpful very friendly courteous and lots of patience. Thank you Sir!

Cashier at this location was not very friendly. I hope she was just having a bad day, and is not the normal attitude. Due to all the stresses these days, will give her a break. Pray she has better days.

They are making the shelves taller to stock more merchandise in an 80s style setup which is awesome!

Would give five starts if they start selling produce too.. other than it’s all good. Customer service is decent. They got a pharmacy, bank and McDonalds too.They have 12 regular counters and 7 self service. Parking is huge. Only new water bottles. No refills

Walmart to Walmart service sucks. Picking up money from family and needed it in a hurry. The lady says the sender has to call customer service to verify who they sent it to. This is why I wish all my family would use cash app. Like how the hell would I have gotten the number if I wasnt the person they sending it to. Time consuming bull.

The supermarket itself is nice, it has many good promotions and a good variety of items. Would recommend going on a weekday because on the weekend the parking is very crowded. Pay attention because especially outside it does not look like a very safe area.

Even though they’re remodeling the store (sep-1-2021) the store looks still organized and clean, also stocked with most of the products.

Who ever is the buyer for Walmart is HORRIBLE. ask different people what styles are in. This for all your stores. I can not find any descent navy blue pants in any of the stores.

This store have a lot stock starting from product, households, cloths, personal care, and seasonal items. They product for office, schools and hobbies too. I like the department of craft. I love to make crochet and i found there variety of items to make beautiful craft.

Walmart is being a special store for my family like I said in my first review had a few problems but the managers always try to work it out but they need to get better TV equipment cuz they go out too much and in microwaves they go out too much I forgot to mention that in my last post so some of the things I need to get better quality on some of these things for appliances and TVs thank you so much Walmart

Walmart is walmart haha 😄 This one security guard was about to send Reinforcements to get me!! The lady on the speaker system said Store will be closing in 15 minutes so I thought ok I have time to find what I need... literall 30 seconds after that this speaker lady finished speaking, a security lady starts trying to escort me to the front, and I said to her No, the Lady spoke through the speakers and said I have 15 minutes left! I havent found what I need and then shes doing the - Nuh uh, oh no you didnt attitude- grabs her radio and starts talking on her radio like Im a problematic customer!😱 which truly upsetted me, and I spoke to her in an unfriendly way and said There is no need for that! I know I have to go soon. I just need to find this one decoration and Ill be on my way and thankfully my unfriendly tone shook her off my back... truly there wasnt any need for that, and I understand she wanted to go home, after that indicent Instill had 13 minutes left to find the decorations for my daughters birthday.... other than thay they were great! I used the self checkout and everything went smoothly 😁

Came into store to by cutting line for my weed eater, but Walmart had locked off the outdoor section of their store. This is not the first time that I have not been able to find what I need, needless to say that this is now my store of last resort.

Some (not all) staff were rude and straight up ignored me. Also to my utter shock 😵, they had no frozen section!! No milk, no ice cream, nothing refrigerated. EXCEPT OF COURSE A WHOLE ISLE OF REFRIGERATION UNITS TO MAKE SURE BEER IS NICE AND CHILLED!!!!! (And any other alcohol they may have on hand that they feel is necessary to chill and have on hand ready for anyone to get drinking straight away)

Its an older store, but I found what I wanted easily enough and was in and out relatively quickly.

I like that this Walmart is quite a bit smaller than the usual massive Walmarts that we know today. Its crazy because I remember them being small like this one is and when they became bigger and better is when people would call them Super Walmart. So its just cool how far we have gone over the last 10+ years. Being here at this smaller store reminded me of all this.

Since the ANNIHILATION of Dad & Mom stores WalMart has stepped in and out up some nice LARGE/VAST WAREHOUSES that we call Stores.PROS -Great location, decent prices, they offer supposedly ORGANIC MEAT, GRADS FED HAMBURGER MEAT, NON -TOXIC Chicken (Didnt have to differentiate back in the day ) and they have more than ONE AREA TO GO POTTY (lol).CONS -Way TOO MANY EMPLOYEES scatter like ROACHES when the light is turned on when YOU the CUSTOMER - (THE REASON THEY EXIST). LOOK like YOU MIGHT ASK a QUESTION.

Utter chaos. Store is unorganized and has very limited selection compared to other Walmart locations.

Like any of their outlets, you get all in Wallmarr. However, the layout of this shop in particular is different wherent you see clothes on right side rather than on left. I could not find the item i seeked. As usual, wide parking lot and lovely McDonalds. You will see a nice lake close by where you can feed swan and ducks. I bought a packet of bun from here and fed them, cool and relaxing.While you do shopping with walmart, always look for clearance tag in yellow color. You will see some cool deals, secret 😅

Ive never seen a Walmart like this one. We went in for 2 things, a pillow most Walmarts carry and some frozen dinners. They didnt carry any foods or produce. They didnt have the pillow either. It was a small dirty Walmart.

Walmart needs more electric handicapp mobility chairs to help people like me who have medical conditions that render walking very painful.

The particular staff member that I encounter ignored me and when she finally acknowledged me she was real quick and was rude I did not feel wanted in the entire store the staff was rather cold and I am just doing their own thing not smiling or even greeting the customer felt like I was in their way I dont really want to go back to that location.
