This Walmart is in a good location, and they do a good job of keeping the store safe, organized, and clean.We visited on a Thursday evening, and I was pleasantly surprised as I am not a frequent shopper. I was pleased to see a banner that they required masks for people entering the store, and I did not see anyone neglecting to wear a mask.Upon entrance to the store, it’s immediately apparent that the store is very clean. The floors are clean and the aisles are free from clutter.This place even seems to have a sense of calm about it — weird to think about it that way — but everyone was relaxed tonight, and there wasn’t any chaos or noise anywhere in the store.The selection is good through most of the store. The produce appeared fresh and abundant. The bakery also had a large and varied selection of fresh products.There was no wait in the self check-out when we left, so our process to leave was easy and unencumbered.As we were leaving, we also noticed a number of charging spaces for electric cars - a nice amenity.I was pretty surprised by this Walmart, definitely, and I’m glad to see that it was exceptionally a pleasant experience.

This Walmart is one of the cleanest Walmarts Ive ever seen. It defies every negative Walmart stereotype there is. I cant blame them for one of my favorite hair products being discontinued, the place is so damn neat I walked around the whole store. This is a location that I wont overlook for the closest target, its worth a visit anytime.

So obviously walmart is walmart. And I frequently spend my money there and on their website/app. Their grocery delivery is honestly pretty superb, and Ive tried a handful. But they should be ashamed of their garden center tonight. With the exception of maybe 2 to 3 plants, the entirety of their flowers, shrubs, trees, etc. were so dry, dead, and/or diseased that I couldnt tell what they were without reading the labels. I appreciate that walmart offers competitive pricing and no frills service, but to be honest I have found better prices on plants this year at several other businesses than anything they had tonight... So the least they could do is water them! Or just lock up that room until you do. Sorry, guys, but it was pretty bad!

Walmart has greatly improved their Lines of Merchandise and the latest High Quality Products. I found many items to improve everyday Living.My Friend Martha Stewart and I as LEOS paved the Way for Success.

They had boxes of merchandise in the way all throughout the store. Things were not organized at all, they really need to rethink product placement throughout the entire store. They have things placed in a section that needs to be in a different department. They had 1 cashier when it was 11pm and they were closing,and well over 50 people trying to check out on 1 register. After 30 minutes they finally came and opened up another register. Staff was over worked,tired and not friendly at all!! I would recommend another Walmart...

This is one of their cleaner stores, albeit small. Wish theyd had an auto care center here. Service is also decent from employees relative to other stores but could be better.

Very small space and you have to pay per plastic bag; you also cannot carry the cart outside of the building. Plus they carry cheap liquor and beer. Alright on cleanliness.

Great place and has a lot of stuff to offer you. I would have given it five stars theyre only problem is they dont have enough adequate staff there to handle the flow of customers.And most of the ones they do have working are not smart enough to open up a box of Cheerios!After asking for employees for a certain item and where it can be found its amazing how none of them had a item pricer tool to inform me where to find it, so I found it myself.Its very frustrating when youre looking for something and the employee of the company has no idea what youre talking about or how to find it!

Friendly and helpful staff. Great prices and well stocked. The parking lot is clean and litter free.

New cashiers are very friendly but customers keep talking to them about things in general and the cashiers get slowed down. Wait time to get checked out is too long even in the express line. Dont like the idea of not being able to use the self checking area unless you have a bank card. Not everyone has a bank card and unfortunately have to wait behind a long line when not enough cash registers with live cashiers available. Myself, i hate having to wait and unfortunately i have sometimes just left the cart with items i intend to buy and go elsewhere.

This was a good trip. Everyone there today was so helpful. It made my trip very enjoyable.

Stopped at this wal mart this morning around 11am. I used the self check out and mind you they have employees watching you check out and they have a lady at the door watching.Well Connie at the door let 2 customers go ahead of me first without checking anyones receipts but stopped me and said she has to check my receipts .Why was I profiled!?

On 10/20/2021 my wife, and I went to Walmart on Yale st. in hopes of getting a pound of some deli honey ham. We approached the counter and were met by an employee named John. John hands down provided some of the best customer service Ive ever experienced at Walmart. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly to us was his attention to safety. He wiped down the machine before and after cutting our ham, used new gloves, and all the proper PPE. John really made our experience something unprecedented for Walmart standards. I would certainly go back to this location. I also highly recommend the deli at this location. Thank you John

Its pretty clean,customer service is decent sometimes there is no baskets available but other than that its good.

One stop shop for most things but some shelves are messy with items missed placed. Otherwise, go there to quickly get what you need at a decent price.

The manager should find a different career. Customer service is not something that he has mastered yet. Perhaps more training? I’m surprised corporate gave him a management position..explains a lot about the company. This store is a joke. The previous time I came here there was a Walmart associate talking down to an older employee right in front of the customers. What a shame. Started going to target now.

If your purpose is buying clothes, dont bother. The fitting rooms are closed. I was just visiting Houston and traveled by bus. There was no way I was going to buy clothes only to make another two hour round trip by bus if they didnt look good or didnt fit. Unless you have a car and live nearby, dont come for clothes. But they are well stocked for clothes, obviously because no one wants to have to make multiple trips for a pair of pants.

One of the worst Walmarts Ive ever been in get along out of stock of all friends sodas but nevertheless they dont even carry a good assortment of stock... Of anything and were out of most cell phones and cards and literally no micro SD cards for cell phones but hella condomes and for once I saw more then adequate employees working . But the. I questioned why so many when barely anything in this misplaced convenience store.

The level of excellence provided by the Walmart staff deserves a recognition. Helpful, polite, kind and professional. I am deeply thankful and amazed at how thoughtful they were with my mothers knee and back condition.

Its the place tho go cause you can shop east and do more at your favorite store.

The best affordable Buffet anyone could ask for. With top-notch service that most restaurant even the high end ones do not know how to give..the manager Sean is very involved he has proven himself consistent in his job I would recommend this place to anyone they couldnt go wrong.

Store was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful, which I was not expecting- I seldom have great Walmart experiences. Decent selection for what I was looking for. I didn’t find exactly what I was looking for but, it was good enough. Prices were better than Amazon, Target, or the Dickies store. Got a few other items while I was here too. Didn’t break the bank. Store was not crowded either- I didn’t expect that either. My main complaint- check out lines. Lots of registers, but only 2 open. Self checkout was backed up. But this I DO expect, so I was prepared for it. Overall, this was a good experience.

Not very up to scale store they dont have Western Union they dont accept PayPal matter of fact one of the only Walmarts that does not accept PayPal.. do not accept returns unless 48-hour receipt something.. not use your friendly but a big..🙈💋💔

Worst service ever. I visited paint section pressed button for assistance 15 mins go by no one comes. Lady come by about a few mins later and pages management with a key. 35 mins later still no one. I waited 1 hour and 26 mins on 2 cans of spray paint. Because I really needed it and the guy was just sitting in the back. I called the store and not even a computer picked it up. I know they heard it ringing because the lady got on the intercom to tell associates to come to the front and in the background you hear the phone ringing the entire time if I could give no stars I would.

Absolutely everything you wish for available - use the app to find your way around of youre directionally challenged, or just dont have the time to roam. Possible to split the bill at the end - if youre quite the environmentalist, bring your own bags, because the amount of plastic used is nuts.

The Great Value Extra Sharp cheese tastes like mild yellow cheese with abnoxious tasting chemicals added to make it taste like a sharp, aged cheese, its just horrible tasting. Why would you do this?!???

I like shopping more at Target than Walmart, but for my late night runs this is the Walmart I go to. Other Walmart locations I have gone to are scary at night, fear I might get jumped with all the crazy looking people that go to Walmarts in the hood. This location I guess since its in a better neighborhood I feel safer, no crazy people wandering around the store. The store is always organized. The lines arent exaggeratedly long at this location.

For Wal-Mart the cashier at customer service was super nice. And fast . no tassels. Even tho i normally dont shop there since they stopped selling made in USA stuff .......I t was pleasant the person not the store

They did not have what I was looking for. I CALLED AHEAD AND WAS TOLD THEY HAD THE SHOES IN THE SIZE I NEEDED AND AND WAS told by a employee in the shoe department everything was on the floor. Drove all the way over there for nothing.

I had a great experience and great customer service from one of the employees. She guided us where we needed to go and showed us the items we were looking for and similar items.

They always have major problems. Lights off, arguing with customers, long lines, empty shelves, long lines, when you need help someone says Im on break

I am giving a 5 star purely based on my customer service with a recent store clerk, her name was Jasmine. I hope the GM gets to see this and acknowledges her tremendous effort in helping a customer during what are very challenging times. I had to purchase many items related to business and the online order to pick up failed on me so I had to come to the store unfortunately. Time was of essence and I had to make a game time decision; in store shopping is what it was! I had a lot to purchase, this entailed additional hands and carts. Jasmine was at the right place and time. I asked her for help and she didn’t even flinch. She grabbed an extra cart, hopped on board and helped me navigate the store quickly, we both had our apps open, locating the items. In between our shopping experience other customers approached her and she gracefully helped them the best she could. She would locate another associate to tend to the customer. I knew I had her full attention and I encouraged her to please help someone else too. She did this with patience and a smile. After helping other customers she would return to my side and help me with my oversized load all the way to check out and helped me to my car. This was the best Walmart experience I have ever had. Walmart I encourage you to consider improving your concierge or business level of services. I understand this has been a crazy year and we are all tired of the saying “these are unprecedented times”! However this is where great things happen; innovation! I see great improvement on your website/app for commerce and challenge your company to consider. Happy to discuss anytime!

I just made a quick trip to the pharmacy it was fast.

Clean better organized than most Walmart’s. Customer service is a rumor . The business plan remains the same cheap disposable goods from China. There is ample parking, the inner loop location is perfect close to Sprouts a Starbucks.

This Walmart has its own red light. You can leave in an orderly fashion. This is perfect for seniors and other slower drivers. Walmart is always crowded, but otherwise clean and the staff is stressed but helpful.

This Walmart is no different than any other. Its always hit or miss with any of them. The employees and customer service always needs improvement! I will say that the pharmacy is always a pleasant experience.

Unbelievably bad location. Not only do they post erroneous prices under items but when you calmly request to speak with a manager and or lead, they could care less about the customer. I have been waiting for 20 or m or minutes, but he never showed up and told the employee to honor the price. Ughhhhh

This review is about the Humble location. They never have enough registers opened and this includes the self bagging area. The employees are no help in locating items and half of them act bothered when asked questions. I would recommend the Porter, Tx location if you want friendly customer service employees.

Well stocked location. The majority of the staff seems helpful. The store can get crowded at times. It has a McDonalds inside and several other services.

Very dissatisfied with the service and I feel very disrespected. The whole pharmacy staff and the manager was very disrespectful.I was on hold for an hour the phone disconnect on me twice they continue to not provide me with any help or services. I’m very disappointed with them and I will be in contact with the corporate office to report this matter. I spoke with the manager in that department and they refused to fill my prescription because they say I was evacuees.

So shout out to my home Walmart, 111 Yale Street. The store has been running on quarter staff this week because of these unprecedented winter storms, but the employees service and cheerful spirits are above and beyond. They went the extra mile for me. Special thank you to the wonderful female associate who went to the electronics department for me to find a car charger I needed. She was super friendly and helpful. Thanks so much you are appreciated 💪❤️

Been once or twice. Asked several employees about location of an item. Was sent to 4 different aisles. Finally, one did know exactly where to look. Bingo!

Again... Another Walmart. The negative this time was the loo, lavatory, restroom or commonly known as the bathroom. Didnt feel comfortable using it. Felt like a gas station bathroom; the cleanliness didnt match the niceness of the store. Hope they can get that squared away.

I went in to pick up an online order. It couldnt have been any easier to accomplish. I was in and out within a couple of minutes with my order in hand. Ive never shopped at a Walmart, but Ill be back to pick up item ordered online again! Thanks.

Its Walmart so what can I say? If youre not an impulse shopper and can wait a few days, I recommend Walmart.com which has a better selection and competitive items!Almost everything is free delivery/shipping and a lot of whats online isnt in stock at the stores but the prices are pretty decent and you never have to leave home! The descriptions and reviews online help out a lot as well...which isnt available to in store shopping!

Not a lot of organic selections. Found everything I was looking for. Minus one star for rude response when asking for CD-R discs at electronics: I just do cell phones and turned away. No sorry, no attempt to find someone to help me when she was clearly unoccupied.

No long lines nice and clean

As big as the store is and as many patrons...it should always be stocked...there was no bottled water...and after asking an associate for help, it took 15 minutes to get into the locked tool case.
