This is a cool store with a large assortment of leather and leather craft tools. This place as very knowledgeable staff and they provide excellent customer service.

Ive been dealing with store 133 for a few years now and cant recommend them enough.The staff has been extremely helpful and has gone the extra mile for me on several occasions.Great store and a great staff.

Excellent Black Friday deal on a vegan side today. Worth the drive from northeast Houston, this store is physically small but has a lot of product available. Definitely worth the 1 hour round trip and I got a free gift for Black Friday!

Couldnt believe it. I drove an hour to get here to find out that Tandy went communist! Didnt let me in without a mask. Terrible. Its founder would be disappointed. Did i mention that i was going to buy everything i needed to start a leather working hobby.

The customer service at this store is excellent! I had a question about an issue that I was having with one of the leather dyes and Josie sent me an email later that evening with the answer. Always above and beyond!

This is the store that I buy from. Either in store or by phone order. The store is very well stocked and managed. I always get the answers I need when asked. My orders always are right. They have a great staff. Tandy should open a store in Conroe, Woodlands or Huntsville area.

Im new to leather work and I went into this store highly overwhelmed and the employee happily asked if there was anything he could help with I replied with my needs and he guided me directly to the correct location in the store Im greatly pleased with my experience and will definitely be going back

Great store, excellent inventory, great staff. The folks here are knowledgeable and helpful without being intrusive in your shopping experience (its like a toy store for little kids there, so you want to look at everything)! I frequent this location, but they remembered my name on my second visit!Its worth the drive out there to look around the store as opposed to just ordering online. Im exchanging shipping costs for fuel costs, but getting to shop the whole store is well worth the trouble.

Bought a piece of “remnant” and after opened it at home I found it was all damaged inside, the store did not accept giving me credit to buy another piece. When I bought it they didn’t mentioned to check because it was a remnant. I recommend to check everything carefully.I found this store very unprofessional and will never buy here again.Because is the only place in Houston that sell small leather pieces I’m forced to try the other storesTandy has

Stopped by and the gal at the register busy on her phone. Totally uninterested in making a sale of any type. I was looking for rivets and some thick leather to make a sheath for a hatchet. I asked why there were 3 prices on the items in the store. The reply was that you had to have levels of membership for the lower prices. Really??? 8 bucks for a few rivets, when the member price was 4? The leather that I saw was top notch, but I would not spend my money here. Treat me fairly, you get my business. Try to take me for a ride, and I will just buy online. Enough people do that and the doors close forever.

Helpful staff, well stocked... I just wish the business model was a bit better...To get their best prices you have to purchase a membership.
