Customer Service is not the same anymore. I guess COVID’s the blame for that too? 🤷🏽‍♀️I purchased brand new tires on the 21st, for my tire light to come on, on the 22nd. Take it back to the store to explain the situation, I’m told to Come back at 6pm. Returned at 6 to receive the same mediocre treatment and to be told nothing is wrong with my tire. Ummm, ok, today is the 25th I believe and this photo says what?I’ve asked if they changed the tire gauges, per the rep, they only changed them if they feel there’s a need. Per the tire tech, anytime new tires are purchased the gauges are too be changed. Guess what?! That wasn’t done.I had I known that I was going to receive piss poor customer service I would have taken my money and business elsewhere.People if you can afford another entity other than Walmart to purchase tires, please do. All I know is gas is too expensive to be making blank trips. Walmart owe me another/better tire and some free gas.Fire all off them and replace with with people who actually need and want a job; evidently they don’t.

Dr. Lin at the eye center has a wonderful chairside manner. Staff is friendly and punctual. I was in and out quickly. Very happy with my visit. Sheri is a sweetheart in the eye glasses area.

They could use more checkers most of the employees are friendly and will help you find stuff. Some act like they are doing you a favor by helping you

This rating is not for this overall location. It’s just for specific staff member RAVEN, and her horrible customer service. She likes to argue with customers over new rules for self check out. Apparently you can have too many items in your basket to go through self check out, even when you’re bagging your own items. She starts going back and forth with me and when I ask to speak to a manager starts screaming hysterically for everyone in the store to hear making a scene. Whole time we are already on our way to go through the line she continues to chase us down arguing and yelling. It’s a real shame they have people allowed to work here treating customers that way. What are Walmart employees there for if not to HELP customers with their needs and get people get in and out of the store professionally. We should have just left our baskets for her to go and restock as that’s also her job. She definitely needs to fix her attitude and work on herself and her customer service.

This place is local to my home. I rarely shop here it has to be dire need otherwise I will travel further out to the heights location they are very well stocked the people are a lot friendlier and polite and willing to assist in locating something even if its not in their department. At this location things are all over the floor, people act like they dont want to do their job they say they have to assist someone else at the time of questioning and then they disappear completely. Only self checkout the line is past the grocery aisle down to the frozen section. Hardly any other registers are open. Id have to say the best time to stop in would be when the store first opens. Otherwise good luck.

I placed an order on online went to the pick up area got my item went home and ready to install and guess what wrong item ..I paid for $49 5 blade ceiling fan and they gave me a 4 blade $23 ceiling fan I waited almost 30 min just to get the order when I got there... I called customer service they were not help at all.. I called the pick up are number and I was lucky enough to get an employee by the name of MAX.. super nice guy he help me correct my order he took his time to go in look for the correct item and called me back and was very apologetic and said he found the correct ceiling fan all I had to do was go back and return the fan they wrongfully gave me and he would give me the correct order... If customer service cant even help out .. thankfully they have employees like MAX.. who took his time to correct the order.. thank you MAX for an awesome job...Im only give the 5 star rating to MAX ....45 north and west Rd location

Great assistance and pleasantries from Orlando. This guy must be treated well by this Walmart. He seemed so happy to accommodate me and a employee who clearly needed a cart for the items she had collected for purchase on her way off work. I watched him aid her by rushing an empty shopping cart to her before she dropped her things. Then as I stood even with his location on the aisle, he immediately greeted me and asked if he, could help me locate anything tonight. I purchased HP INK after he walked me back to a cashier for them to go pull my type ink. I really!! appreciated that as I was in a bit of a rush to complete a project for a customer and I didnt know anything about this Walmart store. Thank you kindly management. Extremely rude customer service. Cashier took a Hispanic family towards the Customer Service area and was just plain out being rude and disrespectful to them as they were trying to understand what she meant since she was giving them little to no explanation on what she needed done from them. Employee showed horrible customer service skills.

I’ve only been to this location a handful of times. The parking lot is always jam packed, has pot holes and not clean. I recently visited this location and just needed a few items. I was able to go in, get the few items that I need and leave. I needed help getting an item out of a case. A gentle man from TLE (I think) went to find someone with keys for me. The lady that brought the keys, helped me pick out exactly what I needed. Since COVID i go to self checkout so I can get in and out. The cashier for self checkout was extremely nice and sweet. She was help and made sure I was able to quickly checkout and be in my way. This has been the best experience that I’ve had at this location. I do agree with another reviewer the loud security speaker is pretty creep.

Hardly Any checkers only 2 lines open other than self-checkout. In transition for Christmas season, some bare shelves. Didnt have all I went there to purchase. This was at 10:45ish & more checkers were definitely needed.

I placed my online delivery order well in advance. They collected my money with the idea that they had it in stock and that it was going to be delivered. The delivery person never showed up they would not answer their phone. I contacted Walmart 800 number which in return contacted this location this location assured me that they were going to restock my order and deliver it same day after the normal hours of delivery. When that time came not only did they not deliver my order after me waiting all day, but I received a call well after the time stating that they will not deliver because they did not have it in stock! Now please tell me what happened to the items that the original driver had? Why could those items not be redelivered to my home once he returned the items? They wasted my entire time and I had to wait 5 to 10 days for my money to be returned to my account! Poor customer service all the way around

Out of stock on most items. Cant really find any thing that would be online here. Mornings would be best to try. Afternoons is a complete mess. Electronic and game area is so rude, they wont give you any information about consoles. Toys and bikes are always broken ND out of stock. Mens underwear is never stocked.

So many lanes closed and way to many long lines. You go in for 3 things you will have to wait way to long to check out unless its early in the morning and you arrive first. EARLY BIRD GETS THE WORM kinda feeling which is okay if you are off in the mornings. Do not recommend if you got off of work in the evening or afternoon your exhausted and you walk out more exhausted. Website deals are always off. You go looking for the deal online that says only instore and they are always out of stock on the deals. If your looking for something its hard to catch someone with a helpful attitude . Rare if you catch them having a good day. Employees look miserable but theyre cool people. Cashiers check things out slow and you dont get paid to check yourself out as a cashier but youll get out faster if you do it yourself just a tip if you see long lines. If you go with a baby you should time it or look for the bench in the shoe ile to sit and feed your baby there thats if its still there.

I like the Walmart are located off the freeway, Theyre great for one stop shop.Ill definitely recommend family and friends to visit soon.

I showed up with my mom to purchase a patio set and the sales associates were basically not there and not helpful at all. Store associates would walk by and we would politely ask them if they could send someone and they gave us the runaround every time we asked. I eventually had to call the store from my phone within the store to get a hold of any manager around. We waited nearly an hour for service and no one showed up not even the manager. I am not sure how this store is ran but this cant possibly be right, we are highly unsatisfied with the visit.

My doctor said go straight to Walmart, your rx will be ready by the time you get there. The hispanic lady at the counter said your rx is not ready it will be 30 minutes, I said, I cant go home and come back...she said sarcastically I didnt say you had to go home! I told her ok, Ill be right there sitting and waiting. 45 minutes went by, she kept calling people to the side for counsel and would peek over where I was sitting and nothing!Finally one on the pharmacy techs (Mary) was entering the pharmacy so I told her Id been waiting over an hour. She went directly to the computer and called me cause my rx had been ready.That lady needs more training or should be made aware that some people are really sick and need their meds urgently!I hope this doesnt get ignored and someone resolves this matter.SICK PROPLE LIVES MATTER!

I guess it all depends on what ones standards are but for my tastes, this is one of the worst Walmart stores in the city. The electronic section has all sorts of displays but nothing to sell, especially computers, laptops and accessories. The store is usually a mess as if cleaning crews and stocking personal is on strike. A few miles down on 45 is another Walmart which is a hundred times better, go there and save yourself the trouble

If I could give this store zero stars I would, I have to stand in these super long lines to get 2 items all because Im using cash. When the self checkout line is completely empty because they only accepting card. That makes no sense, I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN. Its always like this.

They’re lucky they get one star smh. They always have long lines whether at a cashier or self checkout. But last week I had a problem with a cashier named Lala at the return center because I told her I didn’t have a receipt and I told her I wanted to return some items and get my money back and I told her I paid with my credit card and she said it doesn’t show in their system, but I have it on my app from my bank that shows what day I bought the items. Then today, I see Lala again at the money center and I tell her that I’m receiving money and she won’t let me get it because my DL is expired. She didn’t give me any other options that I can use as an ID to get my money. So later I call corporate to make a complaint and find out that I could use my DL with a print out of my new DL. I know that she did that on purpose cuz of what happened last week. I don’t know who she thinks she is, but she doesn’t deserve to work at Walmart. I shouldn’t have to deal with someone like her and nobody else shouldn’t either.

Cashier was very rude. Threatening us she couldnt ring us up cause we had more than 20 items. We waited 25 min till we seen the damn sign. Un called for and i should not say more.

For quality assurance I will follow up with stars or no stores for quality assurance upon a senior 80 years old follows up with me after a fall in your store. For monitoring, training and ethical purposes one of your coaches assisting this elder didnt know I was observing his moves with this senior.Im letting you know documentation beats a conversation and after he had her write electronically I advised him to let her take a picture of what she typed he said okay, walked away and came back 7 min later to advise he couldnt go back on what she wrote on her report for her to take a picture of what she submitted but he was able to take a picture. I advised him as Legal Advocate & Auditor how could he go and do what she requested but now advise her he couldnt do but she could do another one. After careful review I highly believe he added information or deleted her information and wrote what he chose. He left with iPad without her clicking submit. This would not be a proper claim and once I contact corporate as a common courtesy for this senior I will then provide documentation of information he verbally said.

Great prices.Only issue I have and Im sure others on here will say Theres too much traffic in the self check out lines mostly all are credit card only with a few that except cash. And some of the employees there have an additude. But Im gonna give it another chance.

The cashier, manager at the auto center on West rd. ,customer service was awful.She would not sell me two tires. She told me I had to buy four, because it would be hard to sell the other two. That was a complete lie. Im not the only person that look to buy less than four tires. I thought it would be better to sell them than to let them sit there.

Normally when you cant find a product and ask for help, you expect the store assistant to at least make the effort to help, but she should not even be bothered.

I wanted my husband to go with a Texas theme in our home somewhere and so he finally agreed. He decided to put the Texas theme in one of our bathrooms. The one he would be using. I really like it. He was so undecided and really couldnt make up his mind as to what he wanted in the bathroom at first but he finally did.He got the shower curtain and rugs the towels, the soap dispenser, and everything with the Texas theme. Im glad that he was able to find all of the items at Walmart.So now I got my Texas theme and Im happy and so is he.I give them the 3-star rating simply because he was able to find everything that he was looking for not because this location is the best and definitely not because its the safest but I just like the fact that he found everything at one place and was able to buy the items

I am disabled and need to use electronic chair .They dont have enough of them and most time there broke and first of the month a lot of people buying carts full and only three cashiers and one of them is speedy lane 20 items or less and meanwhile all theses employees standing around taking about personal lifes and gossiping about co workers.

The repeat recorded message in the parking lot is creepy.

I went on 7/4 and my wait in line was 25 minutes. The lines where backed almost to the wall in ladies wear. They had 2 cashiers on 4th of July. There were plenty of associates on the floor that should be cashier trained. They never called for backup at the front lanes. I work for Target and that is just plain unexceptable. When trying to call and talk to a manager or customer service supervisor, I got put on hold and after another 25 minutes I still had not talked to anyone. At my job, if we have to pull everyone off the floor to catch up the front lanes, we do it. It is called CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have never had to write this kind of review before, put felt people on this side of town should know how unresponsive this Walmart is.

Never do online order/pick up these people are so rude they lie about everything. They disappear 10 to 20 before closing so they dont have to do anymore orders (then dont accept them) or they like to make you wait 45 min before acknowledging that your there. worst customer service I have ever experienced and I work retail and have been a manager at many stores I would be so embarrassed if my employees acted like this.
