New ownerships is running this place to the ground… I used to always be able to rely on PGE to have what I need. The ownership that took over a year ago has not been able to keep any inventory. I was gracious with Covid excuses (with comments it would get better months ago) but it’s hard to believe when another local vinyl shop has had no issues being fully stocked. Called today to make sure they had black and white HTV before I drove out there and was disappointed once again. They don’t have black and haven’t even ordered it… I get not having a huge array of colors but black?? I am officially over the inventory issues and will be moving on.Was given the option of using the black foil. I was willing and eager for this the last time a sales associate offered it because she said there was no difference at all in appearance. Turns out there is! Much shinier and not the look I wanted at all. So on top of not keeping inventory, they are lying (or maybe just ignorant) to their customers about the product they do have.

Went here for the first time and feel in love with everything. The store is well organized and extremely clean. The staff is extremely helpful , friendly and knowledgeable about all they have. If your not feeling creative they have items there for sale as well. I will ne back soon.

The store is great for quick crafting supplies and great deals. It’s a little hidden but trust me it’s worth the find. Owner was super nice and friendly.

I have no experience crafting with vinyl but I needed letters applied to a nylon bag at the last minute for my kids camping gear. I showed up and asked for help and the owner was incredibly gracious with her time and knowledge and helped me complete my project in store. She went above and beyond to help me and I would highly recommend supporting her business!

It is replete with all manner of gift items to personalize, and an impressive array of vinyl to boot. Additionally, the staff are helpful and delightful. Its a very pleasant place to visit - one of several stores in the old Wal-Mart building.

As an omni-crafter I truly enjoy enjoy shopping here because I am able to find the vinyls, HTV, and blanks I need to create the things I do.

Laser etching. I am an avid shopper at this store and I love their variations and different seminars they offer. My least enjoyable experience up until today was with laser etching. I commend and appreciate Mindy for attempting to explain how to convert my file however this was after 2 weeks of waiting with no phone call on the status of my order. When I did call and spoke with Cindy the store manager she was short with me and wasn’t willing to help me and just told me to just get a refund. This was very important to me as it was a very special gift for my mom who is an educator. I won’t be using them for laser etching again but I will continue to use them as my vinyl source. Thank you Mindy you’re a gem.

Great customer service

You can get vinyl a lot if places but you cannot get the customer service and kindness you will receive here! These women are so willing to help and explain things to you. I always leave here happy. Their shirts are high quality and the vinyl is wonderful.

The owners here go above and beyond for each one of their customers! Even if they don’t have what you need they personally make sure that you get it one way or another! My favorite vinyl store EVER! Seriously! I have a different one right down the street and still come here instead!

Wow... Great place with amazing selection and bargains!!! Did a workshop there for greeting card making led by Carole Corey she was very patient & had an excellent class. That was fun and the workshop & shop were amazing!!! It is well worth a visit so do yourself a favor and check it out!!

This place is fantastic! The only place to go in north Houston to buy vinyl in person. They have a LOT of inventory at very reasonable prices. Mens and kids Sportflex shirts for about $5, bags, glass platters, wooden blanks, drinkware, blankets, and so much more.
