Great customer service , i been shop at this location over 26 years, staff always nice, ask me if i need to look for something, they always ready at the counter for your check out. Clean store and organize, the staff always try to help the customer with their best knowledge. They will be happy to order any product if store dont have. Thank you store manager and staff. :):):)

Literally the only reason I go here is because its so close to my work. The convenience, when needed. But I dont have a loyalty to this location. Theres never price tags on the shelves, which I dont understand because other Armstrong McCalls are more organized. The staff here isnt the friendliest or helpful. Theres a particular girl who speaks so monotone and bothered, that when asking her for help, her reaction makes you feel guilty for bothering her. Its a huge location, but Ive been to other huge Armstrong McCalls that are brighter, friendlier and pleasant.

The staff is very rude. When you ask a question they acted like your bothering them. If you want decent customer service then this is not the place for you. Other than that they usually have what you are looking for.

I visited today this shop to purchased textures when I reached on counter she asked me my license number due to new customer I gave her my salon license number after that she asked again my Tax permit license copy . I was not interested to give her permit license number or copy because I did not want for any tax exempt wish these textures are for salon used not for sale but she told me this is their procedure . I did not give her and went out from the shop without buying textures .As my understanding and doubt Tax permit license will use for another purpose . No any shop of Armstrong ( sugar Land ) and Sally shops all of them never asked for tax permit license number why only this shop is asking ?.This is not right way . The price of Texture Wave made by Paul Michell is very high as compare to other Branches they are selling in 7.22 $ while Sugar land branch is selling same texture in 6.50 $.

I just want to thank the management here for being very helpful and understanding! I am an area manager over three sport clips locations and had to purchase Joico sprays to spray paint kids hair we were not able to bring the sprays back until around 4 to 5 weeks later due to the event date!! It was a little rocky but they worked with me and give me a store credit so that I could get products for my stores!! I am very appreciative of their willingness to work with me ! Ive also been coming to this location for years and the girls have always been very helpful!!

My visit to this Armstrong was very pleasant. It was clean and pretty organized. The products they did not have,they made sur they told me why and told me about what they were going to have soon. Yes I would go back there to shop for sure. 🤗😁

The store was out of a lot of product. You didnt have med gloves. The people were talking loud. Not friendly and not very helpful.

Today was my first time here...terrible customer service. The cashiers saw me walking around looking for items and never once greeted me, made eye contact or asked if any help was needed. Rude and unfriendly the entire time. Needless to say, I won’t be back.

Congested,dusty..Overpriced and low on inventory. Found what I needed on Bellaire in surplus and half the price....

I have been a customer here for 25 years...it use to be a great place. Now really lacks in general customer care of any kind! In the last 4 years of going in at least twice a month I can count two visits where I felt like a customer.

Worst experience ever. They allowed me to purchase items (with a out of state license) but when I needed to return an item that was the wrong size I was told I could not because I had a out of state license. Then the cashiers (who both had been speaking English) started speaking Spanish. My resolution was unclear and handled very unprofessionally. I asked for the manger and never spoke to one. I was given a email address and no response. Im opening a salon nearby but WILL NOT BE USING THEM.

Associates need to work on customer service. Only two of them have been customer friendly, but none of them.come to the floor and ask if you need help.

Remember this is a professional only place you must have a cosmetology or barbers license. Super helpful they will find you exactly what you need.

They have all the great products its clean and everyone is polite and helpful. My only complaint is that a lot of the products are not price marked and its hard to shop that way.

I usually go to the one on 290 but I recently moved closer to this one so I thought I would save the gas and get registered here I went in and though it wasnt as organized I still continued to shop I was continually given dirty looks I assumed it was because I look very young and it wasnt believable that I could be a stylist but I didnt let it get to me much I wasnt exactly finding what I went in for so I asked for help on a particular blowdryer and the lady was very rude and standoffish about it she said you need it for school or what and I came back with no actually I need it for the salon where I work and then she started to say well ur salon only uses these 2 brands and were out of those I then told her that the salon didnt care what blowdryer I used as long as it had a specific feature which any brand could include she then continued to say well no we dont have it you could try sallys being a professional hairstylist there are a few things I wouldnt mind getting from sallys but i would perfer to purchase most of my supplies at armstong mccall anyways I just ended up purchasing a few combs and brushes I also needed and I handed her my license so I would be in their system and she refused to put my info in because it was 9 minutes to closing which in fact isnt so bad because I wont be shopping here anymore the one on 290 is way more friendly organized and respectful and its sad how this location was so disrespectful to me because of my age

I been buying my beauty salon supplies at this location and im very please with their effectiveness and fast efficiency with the way they provide information and assistant to my Profesional needs..I must say that since i have been treating for my deliveris of products to my salon my experience with this service is even better ..Cristina Rojas exceeds all expectations. .precise,on time ,always available very reliable. .i could not be more happier with the team at the store everyone is so welcoming ..thank you guys for making of Armstrong McCall such an amazing store.Sincerly..Glenda Renderos.
