I took my phone here back in March and they did a great job and fixed my screen for a good affordable price. About 3 weeks ago my phone just froze and I couldn’t unlock it or do anything. I could turn it on but other than that it wasn’t feeling my touch. I messaged the Instagram page and they replied to me within minutes to bring the phone in. So yesterday I took it in and explained my situation, with out hesitation they trusted my word for it and fixed it with NO CHARGE and made my warranty count due to the weirdness of the issue. Great place, the people give you even greater vibes. 1000% recommend!

Very good service! Just got back from there.This other phone store was trying to charge me an extra $250 for a certain phone and EZ had the best price and they also gave me an iPhone case and glass protector for free! I would recommend this place to everyone.

Just went to buy a phone and one of the lady that was working there didnt look like she wanted to sell anything we will ask questions me and my niece and she would just give us a short answer instead of explaining good I bought a phone and asked her can you please help me set it up and her response was just do it at home because is going to take long here i guess she had something else to do when the store was empty, After I chose my phone she wanted to hurry and charge my card when I was still looking at the pop sockets so I just decided not to buy it because she was so in a hurry. No good customer service!

I cracked my phone and took it to EZ wireless to get it fixed since I’ve seen them on a lot on my following stories. So because of the hype figured they must be good at what they do. Wrong, they messed up my ringer after fixing my screen had to go back and forth to fix my ringer. Came in with a problem got fixed but came out with another problem. It got fixed in the end with no charge, but due inconvenience of having to wait for them to be able to fix my ringer 0/10. Do not recommend. Honestly do not understand the hype.

First time going here.. I wasn’t satisfied at all, the customer service there isn’t great at all. They all seem bothered to even be there. It wasn’t a great experience and I won’t be returning. It seem like a good place to go too because of the hype it had on IG.

They are very honest business. I have been taking my phones & tablets a little over 2 years now and they have never let me down. Just recently I took my husbands phone so they could replace the charging port and the young lady in the front offered to clean it out and check if maybe that was the problem. That was all it needed instead of just taking my money she saved me money! They have my loyalty!

I went to take a different phone. But the young lady advised me it would be better to get my phone fixed. So I did. They let me know what was exactly wrong and how much. And it didn’t take long. I was very satisfied. Now my baby (My IPhone) is back brand new. I recommend them.

Brought my XS MAX to get fixed because the back screen was cracked and the screen was pressing random stuff. We’ll long story short they “fixed” it but the phone is turning off on its own and moves slow when it wasn’t doing that before, I tried contacting them via Instagram since they are always online and I got no response. My boyfriend whom took the phone over there messaged them and they read the message and blocked him. SMH would not recommend, I thought it was a legit business because I see a lot of people posting them on social media but nah they proved me wrong! Unprofessional!

My iPhone X had a cracked back screen supposably they fixed it yet they told me the Face ID would not work charged me extra. Went home my phone wouldn’t charge or turn back on. Got a loaner for a few days go back to get my phone and certain features are not working like my google map doesn’t re-route and it freezes. My phone runs slow and doesn’t pick up WiFi like it use to. Never again should have just taken it to Apple. I will never go back there or recommend anyone to go there

If I could give them no stars I would. I understand with this whole Covid-19 situation the service has slowed down. BUT I dropped off my Iphone 8 plus on Monday for them to tell me its not fixable 1 WEEK later. They didnt even call me to let me know. I had to call to check up on the phone I had dropped off. I also dropped off an iPhone 7, the screen was cracked and they fixed that but when I went to pick it up today it was not charging. I told them I needed the camera glass to be replaced and they said it would take ONE HOUR. However I had to call them of coarse to see if it was ready as they are closing at 4. I called and they told me it was going to be ready until monday. I told them to just leave it as it is, that I was on my way to pick it up. I did, and when I went to go pay they told me it would be 70 so I gave the young man $80 and he comes back with only $5 dollar change. He said he was charging me the tax sales. I just left it like that. I WENT TO THAT STORE ON 3 DIFFERENT TRIPS ON THE SAME FRICKIN DAY. NOT ONE OUT OF THOSE TWO PREVIOUS TIMES THEY CHARGED ME TAX, THEN THAT YOUNG MAN SAYS ITS TAXABLE NOW. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED AT THIS STORE. I HAVE ONLY HEARD GOOD THINGS BUT THIS TIME I WILL GLADLY STOP RECOMMENDING MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS HERE.

Took in my Apple Watch Series 4 to get the screen repaired. When I picked up my watch, it wouldn’t hold it’s charged for 8 hrs... when prior to bringing it in it was holding it’s charged for at least 12 hrs, and I know this because I bought my wife’s and mine at the same time. Either they swapped me for a cheap battery so I could bring it back or they just screwed up my watch... very disappointed...

Ive been here plenty of times for different reasons ( broken screen, new activation, new phone or simply a new trendy case for my phone), always great service and accommodates my busy schedule. I have little time and little patience and I wont deal with an embarrassment of a shattered screen in which they always get things done for me in a matter of minutes. EZ wireless is awesome! I was there a few weeks ago and their service was great. My charger connector tip broke off and got stuck in my iPhone port. They were able to fix it in no time! I will definitely be back for any other phone problems I might have.

We came here as a last ditch effort to see if they could salvage our iPad. My little boys got a hold of it and it ended up with a cracked screen that was caving in. These guys blew me away with their quality of work and professionalism. They have a nice little play area for kids to play in while you pick up which I thought was a nice touch. The iPad is good as new! We will definitely be back and we will be sure to refer others here.

I have been here in the past for three times and they have good service, good and affordable phones. They did explain to me the phones had a warranty of 30 days. I had a problem one day with the new phone I bought from them. I return within the 30 days and got another phone with no problem. My sis also buys phones in this place and shes happy.

When they give you a price to repair your phone it sounds good and cheap, but in the long run its not worth it. If you have an iPhone I highly recommend you to go to the Apple Store instead. If your screen becomes broken the Apple Store will repair it for almost the same price as this place. The screens they use to repair the iPhones are very cheap, and one drop of the phone can lead to the phone falling apart completely. If youre a female who likes to put it all out there then you will receive phenomenal service. If you are a male or an older person they will let these more attractive females skip. BEWARE. Dont let the prices fool you.

Just left. Was in there for 10 minutes. Young lady on the phone never acknowledged and asked if I needed anything. When she got off the phone there was still no acknowledgement. Not good buisness practices. Customer Service is Everything.

Oh my gosh! Love these guys. I gave them my tablet to fix..the digitizer was broke. Other companies wanted to charge me $150 (including parts and labor) these guys charged half of that and had my tablet back to me in 2 days! Strongly recommend! Friendly and fast service!

Update So before I type my review with Ez wireless I apologize for my grammars I am from russian who recently migrated to Houston. About 5 months ago I 5 months ago I took my phone to Ez wireless to have my screen fixed. Few weeks passed by and my home button all of the sudden stopped working I was so upset when they told me they couldnt do anything about it. So just last month I took my phone to my local apple store to see what the issue was with my home button. A technician told me that they had installed the ribbon cable wrong which lead to my home button becoming defective from time to time. Also the 3 ribbon cables located inside my iphone 2 of the screws were missing (clearly that shows signs that whoever was fixing my phone at Ez wireless was rushing) Since the technician was nice he only charged me 10 dollar for the home button repair. Ez wireless is just an over hyped name do not take your phone here unless if you want your phone to be fixed in a rush! I am never coming back here and will make sure to let others know about my issue. They thought that they would fool me by not taking a look inside my iphone well y;all were wrong and pitiful period.

No just no. I came here to get my battery replaced for my iphone 7 plus they got the job done however theres this one major issue I have with the battery replacement. every time the battery goes do to 3 percent my phone starts lagging crazy like seriously how did you let that happen??? tried to take it back since it was still under warranty according to there warranty policy. Very next thing they inform me that they cant do nothing about it . Fyi there parking is horrible

Fair place to get phone fixed but didnt like they said one price then when I went to go pick up the price was completely different first it was 60 for 2 phone screens to get fixed then pickup was 65 for each phone and an extra 5 for both for whatever reason......learn from my experience go somewhere else, taken advantage of people just sayin

They ask you to zelle them money for purchases but apparently they never received my zelle so i paid them cash my bank shows where I transaction went through and now they wont return my money not good customer service, so this happens they supposably gave me the money back but it didn’tfo through i let them know there was a typo on the email and now they close the accor, i will report them to the bbb

Terrible, just plain terrible. And thats strictly because the prices of the services vary on who you are... GENDER wise. My male friend had an iPhone 5 and was told that the price would be $120 for a repair. But when there was a girl who asked about pricing, (WITH THE SAME PHONE, AND A CONDITION THAT WAS FAR WORSE) she was only told the charge would be $70!! So if I have a nice rack and butt, can I get the discount too or what? Do I have to do you a favor/please you in some way?? Thats just NOT how you conduct a business. And to add on top of it, they sell fake knock off hoverboards that will probably also break on you just like their phones. I wouldnt recommend for anyone to come here at all, I rest my case!!

DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE!!! They messed up my iPhone more than it already was. All they had to do was replace my screen but they ended up messing up my ear piece and front camera, and to top it off the glass they used was cheap. I really was excited to get my new/semi new IPhone 5 but I was not informed that I had 30 days of warranty. So, I purchased the phone and I even asked if the battery was working and they said oh, yeah it works and it was a lie. It did not take long until I realized that it was not the charger messing up but the phone is horrible battery power. This is not the first time I purchased a phone from them. I bought a LG G2 and the same happen. Now, I have to pay them to get a battery and I know that as an IPhone, its not going to be the same anymore after being open. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE ANYMORE.
