Bought a screen protector for my iPhone 12 Pro Max and it’s already starting to peel around the edges. Extremely cheap and flimsy protector, mind you I paid $16 for it.

I have to write this review on someone elses phone because my phone is STILL broke. I brought my iphone11 to get my screen replaced. I dont care that it took so long but what I care about is that not my iPhone is stuck on restart loop. When I gave it back they took 3 hours to run tests and attempt to fix it and it was still broke. They said I needed to go and get a factory reset. I asked them if they can do it and they said itll take took long. Its been 3 days and my phone is still broken. I have to get my phone replaced because of the messed up hardware and Id like a refund. It was a waste of $110 spent by the way the phone was in beyond excellent condition and it was newUPDATE: manager contacted me and apologized about it And offered a full refund, was very nice over the phone and I appreciate it. Never had problems with them before and have wen to them many times before

I brought my jacked up cracked screen tablet to cellular zone to transfer music to my cell phone since my son lost my sims card,long story short,Eddie was very patient and accomplished what I wanted because it was not easy,my screen was very damaged and challenging to say the least...but he did it!!! And I will be back..very professional and polite, it is very hard now days to get good customer service..I definitely will be back!!!

We took our IPad Air to Cellular Zone for battery drain issue. They said replace battery will fix the issue however, that did not fix the issue complete. It took them three days to call us back. When we stop by to pick it up IPad is not functional because battery was not charge. They ask to come back next day and it is functional. But when we bring it home, the battery only last 30 minutes of screen time. We call them and the rep. ask us to bring it in for diagnostic and will refund if they cannot fix it. That is not truth. When we bring it in they said it not the battery. It is the charge and discharge chip cause the battery to drain so fast. They said it is very risky to fix the issue just continue to use it with power plug in. We also ask for the old battery back. They said it is not with them. It already been dispose.

Guys I’ve been coming to cellular zone for years. They have never and I mean ever failed me. They have great customer service not to mention the reasonable pricing on pretty much anything you need done. In my case it was my screen once again which Ankit(AD) did a fantastic job just now. Of course like always, not just AD who did fantastic just now but everyone here treat you a respect. Not only do they fix your problem but they won’t have you waiting like most places. That being said they don’t just rush to get your job done, they make sure everything comes out legit. As ALWAYS. THANK YOU again Ankit seriously and for being a good person not treating me like pretty much every other places. I just can’t say enough about cellular zone.
