The overall process to purchase a vehicle at EchoPark was very smooth however the areas where I think there can be improvement on are as follows:- The sales manager used an improper pressure tactic by implying that I couldnt make a decision without my wife when there was 10 vehicles I was interested in so didnt feel a need to purchase without her seeing the vehicle as well- We didnt receive the permanent license plates until 3 days after the temporary plates expiredOverall I would purchase a vehicle from Damien and EchoPark again.

I had a pleasant experience working with Austin at Echo Park. Communication was on point. No pressure, stress-free, and always answered all of my questions in a prompt manner. Echo park Houston was a different experience. Roland was able to walk me through from start to finish. You only deal with your salesman from beginning to end, no pushing from sales managers or finance. Only downside is they dont allow outside financing. That was on me, I should have done my homework. Regardless we are able to refinance so its no big deal being that we got a great deal on our vehicle.
