Yesterday, I bought a 2010 Honda Fit. Jorge was very friendly and respectful. He worked with me on pricing for the car and was very professional in getting everything done to complete the sale. All of the staff were polite and seemed to be happy working there. The car is in amazing shape for its age and runs very well. They cleaned the car and filled it with gas before giving me the keys. Ive been looking for cars for roughly six months and this is the first car I came across that was better looking in person than in the pictures. They really do take care of the cars and make them worthy of being listed for sale. All of the other car dealers(including big dealerships) had cars that were rough, needed new tires, or had serious problems. I am confident that buying from Houston direct auto was the right decision and would recommend them to anybody looking for a good clean car. One of the most pleasant experiences Ive had during my search for a truck. If you go in to the little York location ask for Kamila, she is knowledgeable and on point with communication and working diligently to reach your needs.

The sales process was fairly straightforward and Brenda C. worked with us very well and she was very knowledgeable throughout the purchase. My only complaint was that the car was not very clean and while they did wash it and vacuum it, there were some stains that could have been cleaned up. Well most likely have it detailed ourselves as a result, but all other dealerships have always done this for us prior to delivery.

I recently purchased a vehicle from these guys, a 2011 Range Rover Sport on June 26, 2021 around 4-5pm. On Monday morning I had a low coolant level warning and engine light on. On top of that the hood struts don’t work, loud clapping noise on passenger side, and the a/c was blowing out extremely hot that same day I bought the car was told by their salesman Gleen that it was normal because it was an older vehicle now I’m sure you guys are familiar with vehicles and what Gleen is saying is completely false a normal functioning car that has gone through the proper inspection shouldn’t not be blowing out hot ac just because it’s an older vehicle I had an Lr4 prior to this same year and it blew out perfectly cold a/c. I didn’t even have the car for 48 hours and it was breaking down I have been trying to get into contact with a sales manger or general manger but all these guys/gals do is transfer me to the sales/service people and all they do is put me on hold and hang up. The car was towed to their service manger CJ on Tuesday only after he told me a wreck would come pick it up Monday afternoon and it never came. I have been asking Cj for an update but all he says is I’ll give you a call back and never does on Wednesday I was told it would be ready by Friday Thursday I was told by Saturday and Friday I was told Monday or Tuesday I’m completely disgusted by the service these employees have been giving me especially after I just bought the damn car and in less than 48 hours it was breaking down??? The salesman couldn’t even put my paper plates on correctly because he couldn’t use a damn screwdriver I mean come on, last week their service manger gave me an email to reach out to their general manger turns out the email only reach him CJ! Honestly these people are extremely unaware of the stress they’re causing by selling a car that was clearly not ready to be sold and then they have. You waiting days/weeks for a damn update they haven’t even told me what the hell is completely wrong with it if you’re in houston stay away from this place at least the people I have been in contact with have not helped nor eased the process one bit. Absolutely terribleUpdate:The car was given back on 7/6/21 A/c only works when I get up to speed once I come to a stop sign or hit traffic lights it goes hot quick, when I got the car back I was disgusted by how dirty they left the interior of a beautiful car treated like complete sh** these guys truly don’t care sad to see. I’ve done fully digital transactions like this quite a bit.Got the buyer’s order, Wired them $17,000 for a used Ford Escape, was waiting on final papers and a delivery ETA. They called me at 7:00pm and told me that they sold the car (that I already sentthem money for) from underneath me.Then the sales associate blamed me and tried to pressure me into buying another vehicle from her instead of getting a refund.A terrible and, honestly, kind of bizarre experience.UPDATE:The owner responded and, again, did nothing but deflect and place blame. The entire process, including the actual transfer of funds, was a few hours. Your sales associate, Karen, told me a deposit wasn’t necessary when I asked her if I needed to put down a deposit during our initial discussion.As I said - I’ve been through this process many times. It’s obvious you had already sold the car before I initiated the wire. But you requested the wire anyways because you thought you could convince me to buy another car from you if you got the money.That’s dishonest, shady, and not the way anyone should do business.

Went to the Jeanetta location to see a car for my 18yr old son, it went from bad to worse. We test drove the one he liked, only 5 yrs old and 59,000 miles, as soon as we start the test drive the squealing from the engine was horrible and very obvious. They had us test drive another one that was similar but even less miles, it was an automatic and wouldn’t even shift correctly while driving so it obviously had a transmission problem, the inside was also a mess and there were random bolts in the cup holder. Beware of cars here, they are not maintained at all and are lemons in my opinion. We thanked them and politely left.

Not very happy with them. Gave them approximately 7,000 down for a simple vehicle (I accept our credit does suck) but after 7,000 dollars youd think theyd be able to work with us for 2 weeks considering we just gave them every dime we had. Just money hungry people. Unfortunately they knew we we had no other options. In the future I will definitely be taking my money elsewhere. Not understanding or compassionate at all. Its ALL ABOUT MONEY WITH THEM. Take your business elsewhere!I must add: they didnt tell us until the paper was printed that the whole price of the vehicle increased 3,000 dollars all because we were paying cash.

After looking for weeks I came in and right away Chris saw me and steered me to the lobby area full of computers where he found out what i was looking for to show me their selection. He patiently let me drive 3 cars before i decided on the first one I drove! Everything else was a breeze from their. I surprised my wife with a Cadillac that I bought from here. I payed over blue book because I was assured the car was in perfect condition and they would fix anything that went wrong within the first 30 days. After 2 days of driving the car the brakes went out, the tire pressure sensor quit working, the windshield wipers stopped working, and the headlight went out. I called the sales person Karen and she would not talk to me nor would anyone else. After calling for days, finally I got them to come pick up the car with the promise of fixing everything. After having my car for 2 weeks they said everything was fixed so we go to pick up the car. When we get to the dealership no one wants to talk to us and they keep us waiting for over an hour. Finally they come out to tell us they lost the keys! They assured us they would get a locksmith out on Monday ( we were there on Friday ) and deliver the car to us. On Monday they deliver the car on empty ( it had a full tank when they picked it up) and one of the keys won’t lock the car, and neither of the keys will remote start the car ( it all worked when we got the car). On top of that they did not fix the windshield wipers, or the tire sensor even though they said they fixed everything. Now we are calling and leaving messages that are all being ignored so we drive an hour and a half to the dealership. Did I mention I work 12 hours a day? Yeah…so does my wife! When we get to the dealership no one wants to talk to us and they all say there is nothing they can do and that it’s someone else’s responsibility. At this point I’m over it! I want a refund! That’s met with the same passing of the buck, and it’s someone else’s job. Finally they tell us we can send an email to the owners. All this after paying for this very expensive vehicle that was over blue book in cash. So they have all the money and there attitude is we can go…………. We’ll I’m sure you can fill in the blank. This has been the worst car buying experience of my life and it was all supposed to be a wonderful surprise for my wife.
