The gentleman Pat was super knowledgeable and didnt use aggressive sales tactics. He explained differences between products in a way I could understand! He was awesome! We were not planning on purchasing today but rather just to see what was new. He made a sale just by his personality! He made the experience there pleasant for my family and I! As for the store itself it was cleaning, neat and had steps in place because of Covid. Parking lot, this is a parking lot shared with other business so Im sure it can get congested but when we went it was not.

I had the worse time getting the correct bed rails. Waited for an hour at the warehouse only to get home and find out they gave me the wrong product. Called to see if they had the correct product, waited an hour on the phone while they checked, never came back on the line. I was pretty upset....and then Lesley worked her magic and exemplified top customer service. She and Pat ordered the correct bed rail, located it at the Conroe store, Pat drove there on his off day opened the box to verify, then drive to Lesley’s house and loaded it in her car the next day so she could take it to the store. I got it from her the following day. That is going well above and beyond!!!! Who does this!?!?!? Big high fives to these two!!!!! Teamwork made this customer stop from changing to a competitor!!! Thank you very much!!!!

The salesperson and the manager was very knowledgeable about there products. When they didnt have the product called a nearby store to verify if they had the product.

I went to the Mattress Firm store in Houston out of recommendation of my roommate where she bought her bed, she knew that I had picked out a mattress and adjustable bed frame from an online store and told me to just go look. I went in and a beautiful young lady , Leslie , greeted me very pleasantly and asked if she could help, I told her what I was looking to buy and she very patiently helped me pick out a new mattress and then I told her that I had the frame already picked out and she asked to see it, I showed it to her and she said that she had one that was actually better and that she could match the price. I looked and tried out the frame and purchased those items and even got a very nice mattress cover all for less than what I was going to pay online. We got it delivered very quickly and even though some pieces we’re missing Leslie was quick to make everything proper. I would highly recommend anyone looking for new mattress and things to check out Mattress Firm and go ask for Leslie you won’t regret your decision. The delivery men were also very personable and polite and did everything with care. Thank you Mattress Firm for everything. Jessica, at the Summercreek location, was friendly & very helpful through the same. But, sent me to the wrong location to pick up. I ended up having to drive 35 EXTRA minutes, opposite of the direction from my home, during Houston evening traffic. Juan at the Humble location tried to find one closer, but to no avail. & directed me to the Veterans Memorial location, which I was completely unfamiliar with that area & uncomfortable driving to, without someone with me. Not happy.

Got my bed at half price , service was wonderful as well as the free delivery to my house. Spent a good bit of money , but you cant put a pricetag on decent comfort.
