I came to this Mattress Firm with my older brother; we were looking for a queen mattress for myself. When we walked in, we were greeted by Juan right away - from the start he was great. He told us that he would help me find the best mattress, with great support and comfort, all while staying within our budget. Juan stayed true to what he said!!We started by checking which level of firmness I prefer, firm, soft, or medium. Juan showed me the different kinds of beds that Mattress Firm offers, and the differences between them. He told me about how different springs work within the mattresses and the differences between them. He also told us about how the day we were there was the first day of the Black Friday sale, so I ended up getting a great deal!!After finding the mattress that I preferred, Juan was really great throughout. He made the payment process/delivery set up all really smooth. The day after visiting the store, my bed was delivered and set up fully for me promptly and without issue, which was just a great experience all around.I appreciate the personal level of service I received, and did not feel uncomfortable or pressured at all. He has actually solved two issues with my order that have happened in a super speedy fashion (wrong mattress initially delivered and got me my refund which was originally agreed upon). My next mattress will definitely be through him. Would have been a 5 star review if I just used him initially. Thanks again for making things right!!Original Post:Daniel is a very sleezy sales representative. First he tells me they will price match what was on their own website. Then when I am expecting a refund check I don’t get anything in the mail. I have to call them to find out they no longer wish to honor their reduced price. I explain how unethical it is to go back on our agreement. I make them aware that I no longer want my mattress and to please give me my full money back as I am still within my 120 day trial period. Guess what? They will only refund me half of what I paid because they refuse to take the adjustable headboard back due to “policy.” I got scammed and lost out on a decent amount of money. I literally wish to return everything!! I hope to see their manager tomorrow to talk about this. I’ll update if we can come to a fair agreement.

I stopped by this store last week to purchase a couple of beds for staging a home and the experience was just as great as the other locations Ive visited (about 9 stores now). Zach was very attentive to ensure I received what I needed. I knew what I wanted to purchase and he did not push unnecessary extras, which can be annoying at times. He did make sure I knew of the various options I had for delivery. I informed him I would be going to the warehouse to pick them up. It was a great experience, my preconceived notion of Mattress Firm Sales staff was that they can be overzealous and short-sighted and unnecessarily aggressive, much to my pleasant surprise we dealt with Raul Garcia and he helped us throughout the process and understood our situation and respected that we were going to shop around and compare all other mattresses as well. He then worked with us to find the best value. Needless to say I would not have purchased a mattress if it werent for someone like Raul; the opposite of an unnecessarily aggressive salesman.

I was ready to shop around for a mattress, until I started working with Montana, the Sleep Consultant. He really listened to what I needed and explained options to me, so I could make an informed decision for myself. I did not feel pressure to buy anything, but I was very excited to move forward in getting a queen mattress + adjustable base... and a few other add ons. He has great knowledge and stories to help understand what has worked for other families too.The store is also very clean, comfortable and all the windows make it so cheery & bright (if the sun is out).With the online mattress trend and an abundance of clearance / bargain centers, it is easy to get overwhelmed with how to start shopping. I recommend popping into this location - ask for Montana or Brittney - and letting them help you pick something.+ they do great promotions. Marcus was very friendly, helpful and professional. He was patient while we tried many different styles of mattresses. We got a great deal on an overstock mattress and were able to book next day delivery.Im changing this review from 5 to 3 stars based on my delivery experience. We were told that it would be red carpet treatment and they delivery guys would wear booties not to track dirt into the house. I got a call at 6:40 saying they were at my apartment but they didnt follow the delivery note I added when purchasing the mattress and they went to the wrong entrance. I said Id meet them at the correct entrance (gave directions) and it should have taken them 1 minute to pull around but it took them 30 minutes - Im not exaggerating - to get to the correct entrance. When I called after about 10 minutes had passed, all they said was they had a minor inconvenience and it would be just a few more minutes. 20 minutes later they arrived at the correct entrance. While they did apologize they did not give me any reason why it took so long other than the vague inconvenience. Then, while the driver started to find my mattress in the truck, the second guy was on the phone for about 5 minutes so I stood there waiting to show them up to the apartment and then they were painfully slow actually unloading it from the truck and one guy even said sorry were taking forever. Once they got up to the apartment, they did not put on booties like we were told and it had been raining out so alone wet dirt got dragged in.All in all, they were nice and apologized but it was a very tedious and annoying situation to have had to wait almost a full hour from when they first called to say thy arrived to the actual delivery and I needed to clean my floors. Definitely NOT the red carpet treatment.

We ultimately decided on trying out a Casper, but after a few months we decided it was just too firm. Went into Mattress firm today to get a new mattress because my boyfriend has had extreme neck pain. Good experience. Brittany is friendly, very informative and transparent on everything involved with the mattress buying process. Also I’m glad to see mattress firm using eco friendly bedding products. They offer sheets made from bamboo and say their mattresses are soy based with no off gassing or any of the environmentally unfriendly chemicals. Overall they made the buying process easy by helping us work through what’s best for our sleeping style, preferences, and showing us a little about how the mattresses are made so we better understand what we’re getting.

And mostly, she was super friendly especially in today’s ‘new normal’. My wife and I walked in thinking about purchasing a new mattress and we left with two new beds (I highly recommend the super cooled, all-foam temper-pedic!).
