My total experience at Mattress Firm on Wednesday was superior. My very senior citizen Mother needed a new mattress. After doing my research I headed off to a shopping mall expecting to bring home a mattress. I was met with bad news that production was behind due to Covid and that it would be 6 weeks before delivery. I then remembered the Mattress Firm store near Lowe’s in Meyerland. When I entered the store a very pleasant young man introduced himself and went to work detailing my choices. He was extremely helpful in making my selection and best of all the mattress was delivered that evening. Thank you so much, my Mom is sleeping soundly.

The manager made a great effort to assist us in every way. His guidance and flexibility made the experience much less stressful than it could have been. I have Parkinson’s, and trying mattresses was more difficult for me than for most people. Once I had narrowed down my choices, the manager even moved a mattress to an adjustable base for me to try. In addition, I feel he did his best to give me the best price possible.

Great experience! I was greeted very well at the store and immediately assisted by the two salesmen, Kumueh and Eddie. Kumueh asked me detailed questions about my preferences and my sleeping habits to help determine the best mattress for me. He showed me several different mattress options and suggested me to try out a few different beds. He was very patient with me in answering all my questions and was very knowledgeable of all the products. Kumueh was not pushy trying to sell me something I didn’t need, he listened to my needs and wants and what I was looking for, he suggested just enough and not to much. Customer service was really bad. The seller tried to trick the customers to pay more and don’t know the information accurately about their service. He tricked me to do hard inquiries for their credit even I asked is it a credit card or not. He also tricked me to pay for delivery fee (with $1700 mattress) even I asked can I just picked it up or not. Never come to this store again.

We were tied in our situation with a warranty claim and our old mattress and he was able to compensate out of his own favor to take care of us. I walked in and was greeted by a well dressed, well mannered sales rep. The best part about this store was the way the sales gave me choices that focused around my intent. If you walk in knowing what you want and your budget I think they try to show you a variety. I got to test out some mattresses by sitting and laying down on them. The rep explained technicality and aspects of mattresses such as support structure and durability in comparison to other mattresses. Its wonderful to have a great selection and variety. I recommend you go when you have a finalized a plan for a budget with enough time to test out some mattress.

I absolutely loved the service the manager and staff went above and beyond to help me. I have horrible credit and I was still able to still get approved and got the bed I needed.

Went to this location because a friend recommended Daniel Pugh. He was fast friendly and very knowledgeable about every product they had in the showroom. I will recommend him to friends looking for a new mattress set.As far as delivery, he advised and alerted me within a 30 minute time frame. The delivery truck also alerted me when they were 10 minutes away, they arrived right on time and were in and out within 15 minutes. I went to enjoying my bed right away. I would definitely go back to this location and have Daniel help me again.

Upon walking in the door, we were immediately helped and I already felt that I was in good hands. Every employee was knowledgeable of their products, and the manager, Suresh, assured us that he could take care of our business like no one else or other store could. Being the awesome manager that he is, he made us an offer that I couldnt refuse and I purchased 3 mattresses, and 3 600 Leggett and Pratt adjustable bases as well. Delivery was easy and the delivery crew was on time, and very careful with moving the furniture and mattresses and so forth and the installation process was smooth. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone shopping for a mattress.

My wife and 1-1/2 year old son and I went to Mattress Firm in Southwest Houston today. Suresh was the salesman there, and at the time we were the only customers. He was ready to help with any question, but also didnt crowd us too much while we took a few minutes with each mattress we tried. Suresh was also very kind to our son, offering him toys or remotes to play with, and taking care to unplug an appliance nearby while my wife and I tried a mattress.Suresh also knew off the top of his head all the details we wanted about all the half-dozen mattresses we asked about, making several suggestions to find a suitable compromise mattress between my firm preference and my wifes soft preference. In typical salesman fashion, he led us first to the most expensive model in the shop, although he was by no means a pushy salesman. When we indicated that model was too much, he suggested another model of the same brand, to maintain the same quality we were looking for. He also was very ready to negotiate, and we walked out the door with a reasonable deal.
