Great home furnishings store. All there locations are always first class. If you need something for your home they likely have it. Buy bamboo boxes from them for my store.

This particular store is closing. Editing my previous post. I misunderstood what I read. I like bed bath and beyond in general. They have good stuff. Especially their bedding. Can not go wrong with bamboo or Egyptian cotton sheets. Only complaint is some of their items are overpriced for the quality you get. Just need to research before you buy.

I wanted to come here for a long time and when I did, I learned this location is closing. Although they didnt have much to see, the staffs were nice enough to assist me locating some items I was looking for. Unfortunately they dont allow coupons which is understandable but since theyre discounted, its a good deal (I think...)Visit this place before they close for good. You might find interesting items for a good price.

Amazing customer service. Attentive and ready to assist. Rep couldnt find the items I was looking after searching the area, confirmed part of what I was looking for was available at another store but the other part was out of stock at all local stores. Rep placed the order for all items to ship to my house with free shipping. Doing all this with a smile on her face. Wish she had provide her name...she deserves the recognition for making a customer feel good about shopping at this location.

Shop with confidence, a clean and organized store. Helpful staff and the management is very nice as well. If you ever have a question, ask for Leslie. Literally..she is the encyclopedia of Bed Bath & Beyond. Apart from being very professional and experienced. Again....Great store...good discounts!Dont forget to bring your coupons!😉

This location has your typical BB&B fare. Pretty decent selection, but very packed. Sometimes can be difficult to navigate the aisles with a cart.

Purchased a big storage bench at a well worth price. The guy who helped was super helpful and kind! Great service and awesome variety of items. Clean

They are closing the store near my home, 3 months ago they talked me into getting a $50 membership to get savings when I shop there, today they wouldnt honor a coupon for regular priced items that I was buying because they are closing. Dont waste your money here go to target or Walmart

This store has every essential needed as the name describes. Bed, bath & beyond. Duh. Love the selection and prices are very competitive.

Very large location that has no signs that let you know what is where. You first go into the kitchen area then bedrooms finally bath section. Very good quality of things but a huge store and one employee. Very difficult tok receive customer service. Not best but okay.

I’ve had more issues at this location, just browsing or waiting for a friend, than any BB&B I’ve ever set foot in. The location must have issues with indigents bc I’ve been made to feel like one on several different occasions.I’d recommend looking for another location.

This is location is actually going out of business. Most of the store is empty and sold out but you may be able to find a few good deals.

Good place to go when your in need for everyday household appliances but you can never find anyone to assist you when you have a question.

Bed Bath and Beyond has the largest selection of Home essentials and sports decor.

I came in to print out a wedding registry and the older woman that assisted me was extremely rude. I spelt out the name very slowly for her. Once I finished she repeated the first two letters loudly then stared at me with an attitude. We repeated this process about 5 more times until everything was correct. I work in retail and I know how customers can talk fast especially with spelling things out---so I purposely spelt things out very slowly. There was no reason for her to give attitude. Once she got the info pulled up she made comments on the date. I chose not to buy anything and as I walked out she said What? You arent going to make a purchase now? Not in a friendly way but with attitude. Katy Mills BBB has much better customer service.

Cindy said no returns,they had a recent policy changed but she did not even listen me and wait for me to explain my case which has an exception due to my purchase date before the policy change. I talked to customer service and they helped me a lot..

Great! When in there for toothbrush heads and came out with over $400 worth of items for Christmas. Work for me with discounts that I received in the mail.
