They have a decent selection of mattresses, and the prices seem fair. Decent mattresses arent cheap. The salesman was incredibly helpful, polite, patient, and not at all pushy. The experience was low pressure and low stress. This is the second time weve purchased from this store, and based on our last experience I expect we will shop here again.

I was in dire need of a pillow and the lady who helped me was so helpful. I told her what I needed, she made several suggestions that were knowledgeable and informed and she helped me sample multiple pillows until we found the right one.Great service. The only thing that would have made it perfect is if the pillow was there to take home but these days that’s not always a guarantee.

I was a little nervous because I never purchased a set from Mattress Firm. The sales associate Tracy Dunlap was very helpful with my request. I told her what I was looking for and she recommended a few, which included a memory foam mattress. She understood my needs and made my decision easy. The sister is the best sister so far we went to check in on the bedboard and then we end up buying the board.They were so friendly and helpful they are for us free delivery and it was delivered next day.

Stopped by the store just to check out options for king size mattresses. Richard was so knowledgeable and excellent salesperson, I ended up buying one. He was super helpful and understood what my bf and I needed. I would definitely recommend to ask for him if you ever go there. I spend a lot of time in making decisions when making large purchases but he was super helpful plus the company’s 120 day trial policy made me more comfortable. I even upgraded the adjustable frame.

Wow. I could not believe what happened last night. Was going to purchase a matress. Left home at 7 pm. Arrived at store and purchased the mattress and was on my way back home at 7:35. Great service.

Went here for some mattresses and ended up with none but they can send them to me 4or5 days so whats the point of having a store with no product I can order online and have it shipped here in 4or5 days for cheaper.

However when I got over to the spring cypress location, pulled around to the back to have my bunkie bed loaded into my vehicle, the guy who brought it to the door told me to grab the other side of the bunkie bed to load into my vehicle. My fiance and I have been wanting to try the purple mattress for some time now. We happend to drive by this location yesterday and saw the advertisement for the purple mattress in the window, so we decided to stop in and take a look.
