Black owned beauty supply. I live in Atascocita but chose to spend my dollars within. Mrs. Lolibay is so sweet. We even spoke a little pidgeon while I was there. I will be a forever client. Try her out if she doesnt have what you need simply request it but she has a ton!

Has a better selection than top beauty next to food town & some of the same items are dollars cheaper. Also BLACK OWNED. No shifty asians staring you down making you feel hella uncomfortable. They’re talkative amongst each other but the older lady at the counter was sweet.

I do recommend to go here. First,it’s a black owned business which I love, and they have all the good quality hair products for all hair types. One thing I’ll let y’all know us if you bring your kid in there tell them not to touch anything because the lady behind the counter will think he/she is trying to steal. Also if you try stealing here, it’s not going to work the whole place has camrasyabf you won’t really ge able to run because the door will be locked so you’ll be going straight to jail love ❤️.

Older African lady at the front counter was rude to me and my daughter. Came in tonight to spend my hard own money. I try to support black businesses, but she yelled at my daughter to not touch the nails even though my child was shopping. I sent my daughter to go pick out the ones she wanted to wear for her Xmas play. I would have let this slide but Ive been in this store once before and have experience her lack of customer service before. The main source of income for your business is coming from paying customers. Why in the world would you be rude? This is why I will continue going other beauty supply stores that understand great customer service and greet customer instead of the hurry up and buy approach.

I like Lolibay, they are always friendly, owner, Ms. Lolibay, (not sure if is here real name) is always so friendly, and gives me a good deal, when I buy 2 or more wigs. Now, if her husband is there, just ignore, his stern look, hes just there to protect them...he could smile more though...lol. Also, their, daughter, when there, is very patient, & helpful. Its nice, to have a black owned shop, that is truly welcoming to its shoppers in the neighborhood.♡♡

Love this place. This is the ONLY beauty supply in town that carries my beautiful Daisy wig. The mother/daughter staff are my two favorite people. I havent been in a while due to being so busy lately but I cant wait to get back in there and support my number 1 stop for ALL my beauty needs.

Been coming to Lolibay over 8 years now. Since Mrs.Loli had the smaller store in the smaller strip in front of the apartments. So its time to update my review. She has recently added a variety of hair care products, full hair care lines, also a variety of hair extensions. Mrs.Loli has also recently extended her business with a wig store that sell wigs specifically. RIGHT NEXT DOOR! Talk about convenient. To better accommodate her clients and their high demand in wig and wig products. The inventory at both stores are always custom to her clients. If there is something youre interested in seeing in her inventory that isnt present shes normally willing to order a small supply to test out how it well potentially do in sales.

I love to support black businesses but the owner who is an older lady that works the front countee is very rude. I will not be purchasing there again. If I wanted mistreatment I would stick to Asian hair stores.

I am a cancer survivor, and when I was bald, I purchased my first wig there. The owner is also a survivor, and assisted me through the process very patiently. Now that my have has grown, i purchase products for me and gift cards for family members. She is also a BOB for those who support these owners!

The employees here are rude when you call there business phone. I called asking if they had a particular brand and style in stock, due to me buying it from them the last visit so it would save me a trip on traveling to this hair store. The lady I was speaking with automatically said no the hair wasn’t there, remind you she never bothered to go look to see if they were in stock because I have bought the hair from there. She asked if I could call back in 5-10 minutes to help others as though I didn’t need help as well. As I was explaining myself as me needing help too, the phone hung up. I called back 2 times and the second time a different lady answered and I explained to her how this person hung up on me. Then she goes to say she hung the phone up by ACCIDENT and how the customers in store come first before ppl calling on the phone.Overall the girl did apologize, and I accept! I just wanted to share with y’all my experience when you call their business phone number .

I had the worst experience here on 6/22. I went into this beauty supply for some eye lashes. The sweet lady behind the counter was busy, so I waited. After waiting a couple minutes I realized I wanted to see if the wig shop next door was open yet (coming soon sign was up). And to browse around. I knew what I wanted from Loli’s already. So I had no intentions shopping at the wig shop at the moment. I walked back into Lolli’s and the lady was still busy with a costumer. (Just how sort of time I was next door). Out of the blue, I hear a man screaming at me asking “what do you want?”. I slowly turned around because I was the only person at the counter, so he had to be yelling at me. I simply told him some lashes. After my response he got even more aggressive. I responded to tell him, you could’ve approached me much better then you did. Something like; “excuse me ma’am, how may I assist you? Or Hi, can I help you with anything?” since my back was turned to you still waiting on Ms.Loli . He’s still screaming and yelling no he wouldn’t dare address me with respect. Then told me I was free to leave and shop else where. I honestly did nothing at all to this man to be treated so rude. Please watch out ladies. This experience was so uncomfortable.

DO NOT SHOP HERE , this man harassed me since the first time I can in there . My Bestfriend wanted a wig .. most of beauty supply supply you with a wig cap to to the wig on . Not him he said you have to pay for a wig cap because who going to pay the store bills. Ok we left it alone and went to the beauty supply next door, We walk to the back to look at the wigs , He walked in and said “Yea it goes for the same thing in here. We didn’t even say anything to him , we walked by the lashes and said this lashes is to high , now I didn’t say nun to him , He just started yelling at me saying I can get out because I complain to much. His wife told me to gtf out here store and some other racist stuff the lady in blue was taking up for them . This store is not where somebody should shop
