The store is very well organized. It has a Lot of Beauty Supplies to choose from. LOTS! Went in for Black Vinyl gloves... Yes in stock! Needed XL but had to settle for a LG, only Sm and Lg in stock. Also, have beautiful masks for purchase but couldnt take time to pick out a design, I had to keep moving around to let someone in or out. Mask display in very bad location, right as you enter. Checking out is a little cramped because if youre checking out, and someones going out or coming in youre forced to step out of the way to let them by, if you want to maintain Social Distance. Great store to shop just need a little improvement at the front counter area. One narrow entrance in and same narrow pathway to exit out.

If I could give this store zero stars I would. The man there is so rude & nasty. Ive been there three times. 1st time I was buying a wig off the stand because it was the last color, he had a new one in another color in the package. He wouldnt let me try it on. I said Im going to buy both. Once I bought the 1st on I said now Im trying the new one on. 2nd visit almost same scenario but with much mor nastiness. My 3rd & last visit, he tried to tell me the wig on the stand was the same as the one I was wearing. I told him it wasnt, he yelled at me that he was a stylist & new more than me. I tried it on & was similar but much shorter. Then he found the one I was wearing. He only had one color that I didnt care for. I tried to take a picture of the card with the description & he tried to snatch it out of my hand. He told me I couldnt take a picture . I asked why he was so rude, told him I was never coming back, he said good I dont care. I told him maybe thats why when Im in there, I am the only customer. Nastiness & rudeness doesnt get you customers.

Called to ask about lace closure for deep wave number 2, the guy told me he has it I asked for the price he said come see. No thanks, Ill take my money elsewhere, with better customer service

Its one thing to follow me if Ive shown that Im not trustworthy its another to follow me just to stereotype me. Its also another thing to get visibly and loudly upset when I ask you about a specific color for a wig and you tell me that its not made in that color when the tag clearly says its made in that color. Honestly just say you dont have that color or you ran out. Needless to say Im not going back. Negative occurrences there have been racking up for some months and this was just too much. Get some better customer service skills and manners maybe Ill come back or not.

Horrible customer service. My partner called to ask if there were any standing hair dryers in stock. The guy said yes. So then she asked the price range? He replied, If you want to know the price come see. She said excuse me. He responded with the same rude and very unprofessional response. They will never get our business.

Just called in to ask if they carry crochet hair. The guy on the phone bluntly yelled at me, If you want it come see it okay! then hanged up. Rude and uncalled for. This is how you lose business. I am disgusted.
