My brother been buying all of his glass from them for 12, years best price hands down. Without a doubt all of the employees are very pleasant and professional. Jaime is the manger very good guy have very good sense of humor and he get a long with basically everybody . Hes very business orientated twice he had a barbecue for the clientele and his employees one of his secretaries have a fantastic green salsa one of best I have ever had in Houston .

WORST GLASS VENDOR EVER! They will screw up your orders then blame it on you even if you have proof that it was their fault. They dont deliver in a timely manner and half your order wont be there, theyll argue that you received when you didnt. After using them for nearly 2 years Id had enough, I switched to a new vendor and found out that San Jacinto was charging me twice as much for glass than other vendors in the area charge. Also my new vendor doesnt charge to deliver to me, San Jacinto was charging me $30+ every time for delivery. My new vendors delivers ON TIME EVERY TIME, no broken units, no mishaps. Also San Jacinto claims to clear out their emails each week so they wont have records of your conversations with them.... Would avoid these people at all costs!
