Replaced my windshield and scratched 2/3 of the paint going down the top of my windshield (zoom in on picture). When I told the owner, he tried to say it was from the previous windshield (the stock windshield), which is ridiculous and made up more stories. Also wiped extra silicone all the way down the top of my truck. Only offered a $40 refund of the $185 service, and then canceled the refund when I left. About to take them to small claims court. GRIMY OWNERSHIP. You get what you pay for.

Busted up the cowl or plastic tray at the bottom of my windshield under the wipers when they replaced the windshield. Once done I brought it to their attention and they basically tossed me out the front door denying any wrong doing. I had just bought this car just an hour before and had gone over the car with a fi e tooth comb. Only damage was the windshield. Was told it was old and gonna fall apart anyway. I ended up getting the part my self. Good thing it only cost me 50 $. Would of been nothing for the glass shop to cover but instead I guess they needed this bad review and the loss of my business from this point forward.

They were great. Took care of my window with in 2 hrs. Looks great works great. If I need them again I will be back. Thanks againg.

They dont clean out the glass in the doors they make a mess on your floor inside the car

I was extremely disappointed with this business. I have called 3 different times before going and my “appointment” kept getting deleted some how. I get there to get my door window replaced and the lady at the front argued with me that I did not have a appointment after calling 30 minutes before to confirm my appointment. After 30 minutes of arguing with me they told me the cost would be $200 after telling me the day before it would $110. They then took my car to the back and broke the door handle off of my driver side and the man then cussed me out when I asked him how he did that. They then call me back after an hour of them having my car and told me they went togo put the new window in and broke the new glass. After this entire experience this company is absolutely ridiculous and extremely unprofessional.

This place use to be alot cheaper. I guess the new owners are greedy. They do good work though.

My girlfriends car window had been broken into the other night, in a frantic hurry to get the window fixed and repaired as soon as possible we stopped by AAA to see if they could repair it any time soon. Amazing customer service, very friendly and helpful... They were able to fix our window for a low price and a very timely manner (only about 40 mins!!). Highly recommended!!

Friendly - the guy at the front desk was courteous and willing to answer all of my questions about his glass suppliers. I called ahead and confirmed that they had my windshield in stock. They called me back after 1.5 hours to pick it up.

I wouldnt recommend to anyone!!!! i recently gotten my windshield replaced and the guy put the new one on crooked (meaning its not even) because when I close my door the windshield sits more to the passenger side and its a nice size gap between the door where the weatherstrip meet the trim of the windshield. I told the head guy and he was like its no problem, but my problem is it wasnt like that before. on top of that now my car has puddles on my driver and passenger side when it rains because they broke the clips to the cover under the wipers. they are so dirty they tried to say its not the windshield so its not on them. my thing is you have to remove the cover to get to the windshield, thats when they broke it because my car wasnt leaking before...All I had was a cracked windshield before I went, not a leaking one

Worst service ever. Im disgusted by their unethical and unprofessional behavior. I had my drivers side window replaced and the owners son recommended that I have my motor replaced because he said that it would go out any minute. After my window stopped working (that same day), I had a family friend take a look at it and we were shocked by what was found. My window was being held up by wood and screws! Yes, wood and screws! Im outraged! I will be looking into what legal actions can be taken in regards to this matter.I HIGHLY recommend avoiding this company.

Ive had the bad luck of my car being broken into twice in 3 months.The first time I was so flustered on what to do after I googled every auto glass shop, and couldnt find anything under $200.I randomly saw AAA discount auto glass on my way to work and made a u-turn. The men there were so helpful and professional. They had it completed in under an hour and vaccumed all the glass out, with no remnants left.The second time, I felt like an old pro. They again, had my window fixed in about 40 mins and I was on my way to work. Both times the price was under $130. I highly recommend.

They say they open at 8 but they start at 8:30 had to go to somewhere house and pick up the windshield did not have it in stock please make an appointment and see if they even got the windshield its going on two hours

They spilled adhesive on my leather seat and will not admit fault. I was the last customer that day and my guess is because they were rushing they spilled it. They also left boot prints on floor mat and smashed chocolate into my carpet. Dont patronize this business
