I definitely recommend Dr.windshield auto sales. They have some great vehicles. I’ve had mine for a few months now, it runs great and they are kind people. Communion is awesome they call me to remind me to pay my note. They don’t play about their money. Overall they really helped get me in a vehicle when no one else could.

Terrible place they told me I could set a payment plan then asked for the keys and disappeared with my items pathetic and Im sueing . Also sold me a car that broke down the next day with no rear view they let me drive off the lot with no insurance etc just unprofessional all together and janky

Came and got my cracked rim fixed and paid extra to have it fixed same day which was Friday. The very next day it started leaking air again! I know they have a warranty so I brought it Monday and they said they were short staffed because someone called in so asked me to come back next day. I come back next day and manager told me that they are too busy and to come back monday! I told him that I already paid and why should I have to wait. I didn’t have to wait the first day when they charged me 225. He said that I have to wait like everyone else and I didn’t think that was right especially since I had already come the day before. Had to get rude with the manager who was very condescending. Once they saw I was upset they said they could help and to pull up. So they were just lying. Never coming back here again!

Horrible customer service!!!! My rim was dropped off on 9-15-18 and promised to be done on 9-21-18. I called to verify the rim was done before making the hour and a half drive and was told yes. Got there and was told it would be another week. Promised a discount due to the delay. Finally able to pick up finished rim on 10-4-18. Showed up with receipt showing full payment in hand. Guy checked receipt and put rim in truck only to have someone come out of the office and accuse me of not paying. They removed my rim from my truck bed and made me wait while they tried to figure out if I had paid...... the whole time continually checking the receipt that had a whole page dedicated to the approved transaction!!!! Finally they said I could once again have my rim. That I carried out myself!!!! No discount..... No Im sorry...... Horrible experience!!!!!! I truly believe they had every intention of trying to get more money out of me if I hadn’t kept proof of payment!!!!!!!

Worst costumer service bought a car from them showed up to let them know i was going to be late on payment they told me to bring the car back and that they would supposedly reset the computer. Brought the car in just so they could tell me that they couldnt release the car to me until i paid two months in advance. You ask me these guys are scammers

George called me a few days later saying company “A” didn’t approve me, so we went with company “B”. Paid my car note with company “B” but still received a bill from company “A” called company “A” and they told me I was still active In their system and that I was actually approved with them (after George told me i wasn’t) called George and he told me to tell company “A” that I wasn’t satisfied with the terms and that I returned the car....ummmm I’m not lying for you thieves. Company “A” and “B” paid you for the car and you tried to stick me... shame on you. Save yourselves the trouble...they shady af

Complete lack of skill for a basic windshield repair. Our car was hit by a rock which resulted in a fairly common bullseye crack - we brought it to them the next day and the guy filled it, I could tell that it didnt look like it was properly done. Im from Canada where the roads are layered with small rocks and salt for traction in the winter, we are used to a lot of rock chips and I know what they look like when they are repaired. We went back again with concern and they attempted to fill it again which still didnt look right, but they assured us it was. A few months went by and now the crack has spread half way across my windshield - TERRIBLE SERVICE AND ABILITIES for a Windshield Glass Repair specialty shop.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! Not even worth the 1 star. I agree with the person that said they have horrible customer service. The only reason I came here was because I live down the street and my car had a flat. I went in to buy a spare tire (until I could buy new rims) which they said they would get to me after 4 oclock. Okay cool. The guy called me to ask how many holes in the middle it had and I gave him the answer. As 4 oclock approached I called to check the status- he said they didnt have it yet but hed call as soon as he got it. An hour went by and I called again, this time they sent me to voicemail. When my husband got home, we went to the store to see what the deal was. Well in front of us, the guy called the place where they were getting the tire and said theyd have it 10 am TOMORROW ??!! At that point I said I needed a refund and that I couldnt wait until tomorrow. What a waste of my day, had I known that I would of went walking to other stores to look for what I needed. PS: while I was there, another customer had just paid for his service and quickly came back to speak to the boss because apparently they did not replace the tires and the workers dropped a rim (I think). Needless to say they have HORRIBLE customer service. I dont trust that they will refund my card so I put a call into my bank to dispute the charge.---- In response to the owners response: my car is a 2000 Honda, how are wheels discontinued for that? I was able to find a wheel for half the cost that same day else where. Thank you.

If you are purchasing a car since its Tax Time, DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE HERE. They go by the name Houston Wheel Repair but your receipt will say Dr Windshield. They financed me a car, at blue book value, in which they claim nothing was wrong with it. I went and asked them to fix the issue, but they wanted ME to buy the part and they will fix it. I explained that im not paying for parts that should have been fixed before i left the lot. I even offered to give them that car back and use my downpayment i already paid for a different car. He told me no and I have to pay another downpayment and they will do an upgrade. My husband had worked day and night to fix the issues that they are refusing to pay for. I even asked if we buy the parts and since my husband is doing the labor, can you take the amount of the parts off the note.The salesman, said I needed to speak with the boss about the repairs. The next day the alternator went out. He said he will have the owner contact me and he never did. We went up there and the owner was very disrespectful and lied saying he wasnt the owner (when we arrived the salesman we went through met me at the front and told me the owner was there and he went to get him for us). The owner called the police, lied to the dispatch people and said my husband had a knife. 5 Houston police showed up and searched my husband. The owner ran and hid in his office and told his workers to tell the cops that he wasnt there. Luckily the officer I was speaking with had been there multiple times and knew exactly who the owner was. He told me that this was not his first time coming up there bc of them scamming people. He suggested I get a lawyer and sue. The manager stood in front of the officer and said the were going to take off the payments that we have coming up for the parts. He said he would contact me the next day. That was a week ago. I keep calling and he keeps telling me to call him back. The owner put a tresspassing on my husband as well. The very next day the transmission started tapping. We went to a shop and they told us the motor and transmission is about to go out and the odemetor has been tampered with. $4500 to fix and they still dont wanna pay it. U checked my paperwork and they left the odemeter reading part blank and didnt tell me it had a salvage title. I have had the car 3 weeks and they are trying to reposses. They claim at first it was $175 for insurance. I told them i didnt ask for insurance through them and i dont have insurance paperwork nor a policy number. The lady at the front said I dont have paperwork bc it only covers the car. Im not going for it bc I purchased my own full coverage. Now they want me to pay an additional $275. When i told her the manager said that they are taking out the amount for the parts, she told me no one told her and the car is up for repo. I have had the car not even a full month and they are already trying to repo. I have gotten a lawyer involved bc this is ridiculous. Please dont spend your money with them. They are con artists and theives. Oh yeah I forgot to mention they try to get you to pay in cash bc the owner doesnt like to give refunds.

This is the worst place ever to purchase a car from less than a week ago i purchase a cadillac xrx with a 1000 dollars down less than 48 hours the car start messing up giving me all type of problems so they came a towed the car to they shop its been now 3 days and i yet to get my car back everytime i call they give me the run around and it just lik that dont care that they just took your 1000 dollars but you dont have a car anyone who reads this take my advice and go somewhere else this place sucks

This has been the most unpleasant experience with ANY ESTABLISHMENT in my life!!!! This place is ridiculous. I dont even do reviews but i had to share this chaos. STAW AWAY! All sunshine and rainbows until you sign those papers and fork up that $$. I shouldve known when I overheard a conversation about how they have multiple websites and ads with different names to spread out the onslaught of negative reviews. There was even a customer there that was vehement about a lemon car that they wouldnt fix. Henry is the main one with his throwed off a**. He is snappy and rude and will overtalk you with a bullying tone. He will tell you yes until you sign papers and then will lie about the promises that were made. The supporting staff is just as bad. Stephanie is new and gives horrible customer service by rattling off a runaround spill and then hangs up in your face. One day, Stephanie called me out the blue with an attitude about a payment. (It wasnt due for another 3 weeks) She felt real dumb just like how she look. Theyre going to make somebody snap in there.

Absolutely nothing it is a big ripoff the manager named Mark is rude they took my money to repair a rim i bought all new tires the rim never sealed and it caused my new tire to go flat. I didnt have a spare to get my car there the manager told me thats not his problem and thays life he was so combative not willi g to rectify the issue at all. i had to wait until tbe next day. Not to mention i had to borrow a rim and tire from the great american wheel and tire by the way they are totally awesome.

I purchased a 2006 lincoln zephyr from them and the car was bullshit. i had the car a few days and it was making noises on the front end by the tire area. i took the car back to the dealership numerous times and had them check it out, i left it there days at a time to get it repaired but everytime i came back to get it, the problem was never fixed. Everytime i went in there, i sat there for hours at a time. they have POOR customer service. After 2 months with the car, My car note was 1 week late and they called me and the manager told me to come in to sign a date extension until the next week when i got paid, i went in thinkig i was going to sign an extension. i had my 3 children with me, me and my children sat there from 3:30 in the after noon all the way until about 6:45 to sign my name for a date extension, one of the salesman finally came out to tell me that they were going to hold the car there until i come pay the car note. mind you, i had my 3 small children with me and they took my car because i was 1 week late. the manager lied from the jump, he knew he wanted to hold the car until i came in 4 days later to pay the note, thats all he had to say over the phone instead of telling me to come sign an extension. i told them to keep the car because i cant deal with lying people like that, tripped over me being 1 week late and and took my car while i had my 3 kids with me. they want their payment on time but could not fix the car. i had the car 2 months and it had so many problems with it. How dare them even do that to someone. That is absolutely horrible. He could have told me that from the jump instead of having me sit there for 3 hours with 3 small kids having me thinking i was about to sign an extension. I went up there a few days later to sign the papers forefiting the car and it was back in lot for sale again, not clean with some of my items still in there. This place need to be shut down. The owner does not need to be in business and he wont be for long with the type of attitude and customer service that he provide.
