First I have to start off saying the customer service is A1. When I saw the 5 star average reviews I thought there was no way possible. I went in to Eagle Auto Glass Katy when the most random and inopportune crack appeared on my windshield. I have a Camaro with some special windshield that costs a but extra to replace. Stephanie was there and greeted me in the most hospitable way and provided me all the options available, as opposed to just the most expensive one. Truly honest business practice; and because of that, I will be back whenever I have a car issue that they can fix. She and her husband Joseph provided a really speedy repair. Real personable people that are super kind and stand on family values. Love and respect to these two and their two polite kids.

I thought their quote was competitive with a good locations I decided to use Eagle Auto Glass. When I arrived on site, the windshield they were going to use had been scratched. Unfortunately, they had to order another windshield and could not replace until the next day. They offered the mobile service for free and reduced the price even more for my inconvenience. I am happy with the result and customer service.

Recently had my car broken into. The dealership quoted 1200 to replace a powered tail gate back glass for my truck. I checked around for different quotes and estimates around Katy but ultimately chose Eagle Auto Glass based on their reviews. From the moment I called them, Grace, who answered and provided me the quote, was clear communicative and was quick to answer any questions that I had. She gave me a quote which came out to a little under 300 which was way more reasonable then what the dealer quoted. I dropped my car off to had them work on it. During the process they discovered that my window regulator was damaged during the break in. They informed me they would be able to replace it for me as well with a very reasonable quote. My total came out to still be less than half the dealerships were quoting: I got a new regulator and glass (w/privacy tint mind you) and overall a really great experience. On top of it all this they did all this on New Years Eve and Day. I don’t think any other shop would be as committed to getting the job done and exceeding my satisfaction as they have done on a major holiday. If anyone ever needs their auto glass repaired or replaced, I highly recommend you checking these guys out. Top notch! I will definitely be back if I ever need work done.

Literally the best experience you could possibly ask for when it comes to getting your windows replaced on your vehicle. Their price is extremely fair and competitive! I had my back window and front windshield replaced by Eagle Auto Glass and they were extremely fast and did a fantastic job with communication! Grace and her Crew did an amazing job on our trucks windshield. Not only were they able to complete the job fast they made us feel at home. The windshield was awesome quality. I had the worst experience someone could have I paid a Glass company to remove and reinstall the the glass in my 1979 Ford Bronco that I was restoring. Let’s just say it took them three weeks to not in stall two windshields and break one of the caps glass. And then they said it was everything but the installers fault. Eagle glass order the windshield and I ordered the two new cap glass. And in Two Hrs it was done perfectly. Ashley on the phone was professional and kind. And the installer not only courteous and professional and new what they were doing. I will recommend them to everyone.

Grace Watts answered every question with an intelligent and detailed answer, assigned qualified personnel to do the work, completed the work on schedule, and did everything from start to finish exceptionally well. In my experience this company has no peer. Their location just west of Houston is easily accessed off of I-10, and well-worth the short drive. I am not only satisfied, I am delighted. My vehicle was broken into while parked at hotel. I was traveling from oregon to Florida. Thieves broke rear passenger window. As most safelite was recommended. big waste of tim . Could not get through to live person even local office!!!Detectives had card for eagle auto glass. what a God send. Grace is owner and she was immediately understanding, helpful and legitimately concerned for my dilemm . She found the replacement and had a tech there in the afternoon who was professional knowledgeable and an enjoyable conversationalist. He completed the work, did an excellent job cleaning all the broken glass fron the door interior, etc. Add to this they were less than the COMPUTER THAT SAFELITE quoted!!!!So, if you are in the Houston area and need auto glass service, forget safelite and call Grace at Eagle Auto Glass. You will be impressed as I was.I even told Katy police dept they can feel comfortable recommending.
